The dock closest to the beach is perfect for afternoon and evening relaxing as well as easy access to the beach by swimming, kayak, or paddleboard. The other dock on the larger portion of the lake is perfect for paddleboarding, kayaking, and fishing. Steps from the beach access boardwalk and about a block and a half from Red Bar and Chiringos. The house is older but clean and charming. Ample parking and the views from the wraparound deck are absolutely unbeatable. This has been my favorite rental in the 30a area in our 6 years of visiting. Have stayed in newer more "luxurious" houses, but none beat Grayton Point in my opinion.

Great location! We had a family reunion for Christmas and had plenty of room. The beach is really close by and we hung out a lot on the dock.

Dining indoors does pose a problem. There just isn't a good dining space but for us, the weather was great, so dining on the porch was perfect!

The setting is great... views of the sunrise and sunset! Walk down the boardwalk to the beach. There is a cute little bar/ restaurant and a few shops down the street. It is an older house but pretty well equipped. Cleaning could have been better... there was still a pie in the oven from the last guests meaning the oven was not even cleaned. The front door did not lock and the downstairs room has a dehumidifier that was completely full of water, so it was not functioning. Overall we loved the location but cleaning service should be changed.

They scheduled routine maintenance of air filters change and yard blower during our stay. Thought that was rude during our visit. With strict check in time at 4pm. Save the maintenance for when guests not there. The parking was used by the local neighbors as well. Bad experience with a nice view.

We loved the access to the lake and the beach for kayaking and paddleboarding.

We have stayed at Grayton Point multiple times over the past 10 years and it never disappoints! The views of the Gulf, sand dunes, and Western Lake are spectacular from inside the house as well as from the wraparound porch. There are newer houses you can rent in Grayton Beach, but none beat the serenity, privacy, and relaxation you enjoy at Grayton Point!
