This is as described. Close to the beach and walkable everywhere.

This is a small property tucked away but VERY close to the beach (just across the street). It feels basically like a suite in a hotel but you have a full kitchen. Not all parking is covered (which was a bummer for us because it rained most of the time we were there) but we were grateful to have parking at all. The floors always felt sandy but that's to be expected with such a beach-adjacent property. Linens were clean and towels plentiful. Beds were pretty standard in terms of comfort. Check in process very easy - they text you with the door code. You can text that same number and they will respond very quickly to any questions you may have. Was so happy to learn that there was literally no check-out process, ie. you don't have to take out the garbage or strip the beds.

Excellent location, well stocked condo, lots of beach accessories, comfortable beds. The shared patio/courtyard was awesome. We really appreciated having a nice laundry facility that was included with the rental. We would definitely recommend this to our family and friends.

The location of this condo is amazing! It’s right across the street from the beach and easy access to all the fun activities San Diego has to offer. The condo was spotless and had all the supplies we needed including free access to washer and dryer. The beds and pillows were very comfy. We were surprised how quiet it was given the very close proximity to the beach. We come to San Diego often and will most certainly return!

Clean, lots of amenities, relaxing, nice place to stay

Staff quickly took care of a couple of issues. One suggestion: I would remove the trash cans from the grill area. People started dumping all of their trash there and by Thursday flies were numerous. All trash, even from grilling should be taken to the outside areas. We hope to return.

Stayed here for 3 weeks with my wife, and we loved the place. Very close to the beach and seawall (great for walking, jogging), and also very close to Carlsbad Village (every restaurant and shop you'd want). The unit itself was clean, and big enough for 3-4 people to stay comfortably, and well appointed. The only thing needing improvement is the keyless door lock, as it doesn't always respond, even though batteries were replaced. Would definitely stay again!

The unit was beautiful, updated and very clean. Full kitchen, perfect for our family. Location was awesome as it was walking distance to the beach and Carlsbad Village. The owners have a wagon with boogie boards, beach chairs, and umbrella for the beach. It was so convenient! Check in and check out was super easy. We definitely will be back, and highly recommend this property.

This property is across the street from the beach, very clean & comfortable. Also a lovely & short walk from Carlsbad Village. I enjoyed my stay!

The accommodations were very nice, updated appliances, everything you would need. The beds were really comfortable with nice linens, and the air conditioners in each bedroom worked really well (no A/C in the living area). The only "hiccup" we had was the electronic lock on the front door...it was acting flakey and we had a few issues locking and unlocking the door, but the owner was very responsive, and gave us a traditional key to use in the meantime, until they got it fixed. Overall, it was a great trip!

My wife and I stayed for a long weekend. Very clean property with great access to the ocean and Carlsbad activities. The fire pit area was a great meeting place. I recommend the property

Had a great time! Restaurants walking distance, enjoyed the patio area. I took my 3 adult daughters and everyone really enjoyed the area and the accommodations.

Renting was easy (this was our first VRBO rental). Property was as described and we were delighted. Though there is no ocean view, it's only a half block to a great stretch of beach and an easy walk into Carlsbad village.

I can't wait to come back. Half a block to the beach. Well appointed kitchen. Magnificent beds. Kind and helpful staff. Condo provided a beach wagon to haul the toys to the beach. Attention to detail made us feel welcome. Loved it!

Wonderful stay. We were pleasantly surprised to find the beds SO comfortable! A very nice treat for an Airbnb. Quiet, clean, 1/2 block from beautiful beach. We will be back. Choose Unit 6!

This property is very close to the beach. In fact, there is an ocean view from the balcony if you look through the parking garage next door😊�. There is also a table and chairs in front of the building that has a better view. Beautiful sunsets. We appreciated the coffee and containers of soap, body wash and conditioner. Personally I wanted a soap bar, so if you do then bring your own. Note that this is on the second floor with no elevator if you can’t do stairs. The stuffed chair in the living room has seen better days but everything else was in good shape. Parking was tight but available. All in all would certainly recommend.
