We were so impressed with this location. The property is beautiful and well taken care off. They have so many extra amenities that helped to make our stay fun and easy. It's a short walk to the beach and to the village. We will defiantly be staying here again.

We had a wonderful stay in Carlsbad. Super close to the adorable village of downtown Carlsbad with great restaurants and shopping. And of course the proximity to the beach is outstanding. Highly recommend staying here!

If you’re looking for a beach vacation, give this place a try. It’s a block from the beach, a half mile from bars/restaurants, and offers everything you need for a vacation.

Really enjoyed our stay in our Vacation in Carlsbad condo! The unit was clean, roomy and while the weather was incredible, we loved having the AC option on certain afternoons. We walked to restaurants and the beach everyday! Nancy was fantastic to work with! We look forward to our next stay!

This was perhaps the best short stay at a place in a long while. The location was great, the condo was perfect and the amenities were excellent. I will definitely stay here in the future.

Very clean, convenient and easy stay!

Process was smooth and pleasant.

The property is clean and within walking distance to the beach, restaurants and shopping. It also has a fun game room and all the items you need for the beach. We will definitely stay here again!

The condo was beautiful and very close to the beach. It has all the amenities you need and then some. We stayed over spring break and enjoyed every minutes. The beds were extremely comfortable and one room even had black out shades to keep the sun out to allow me to sleep in, what a dream. We would definitely stay here again.

We love that we can wake up to an ocean view and that it’s a short walk to the beach. Since we are traveling from out of state we appreciate that there are coolers, beach chairs, sand toys, and a couple bikes available so we do not have to buy them. The game room is another favorite!

Very clean and well equipped lodging. Glad to have the bicycles (would be nice to have two more).

Great place to stay. Unit was clean and had everything we needed to make our stay enjoyable. Some of the building amenities were not accessible on the first day and the vacation in Carlsbad team worked hard to fix the issues right away! Location was fantastic!

I travel a lot. I VRBO a lot. This is the very best VRBO I have ever had the pleasure to stay. It's cool. Beds (and sheets) are amazing. The water pressure in the shower is outstanding. The view of ocean from the front porch is really peaceful. I sat there and drank coffee and checked email each morning. Everything in new and cool. Oven, fridge, washer/dryer- all good. The kitchen is well stocked. The little game room is over-the-top. The parking is easy. If you're looking for a reason to complain go elsewhere.

My family and I rented here and the space was cool. It had modern touches and was very clean. When the lady met us to give us the keys to let us in, we let her know that another car was in the spot that was assigned to our unit. The car was moved but still was creeping into our spot and not enough for us to park our mini-van. When we let her know she just told us to park in the street. Now not only did we not have a spot to park we didn't have access to the garage either for our vehicle because our space is right in front of the garage door with access to the garage. We picked this place with certain criteria in mind and parking was one of them. The parking spots were super tight. Since we stayed longer while all others had left we eventually got a spot but there was no way for another to park next to us with the space constraints unless everyone had smartcars.

We loved our whole experience at this property! The location was perfect - a short walk to the beach and only about a 6 minute walk to the village. The apartment was was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The kitchen and baths are very modern and up to date. The beds and linens are nice! The outside storage has everything you need for the beach! The property exceeded our expectations!

We came to Carlsbad for a Spring break from Colorado with our two daughters. We all loved our rental. Missy checked us in & made sure we were happy. It was extremely clean with plush comfortable beds & great showers. Just one block away from the beach with a spectacular ocean view. The beach is a state beach & very nice. We were close to the village with great restaurants, grocery store and bike rentals. The condo had everything we needed: beach towels, beach chairs etc. It is a professionally decorated modern style with AC, new appliances, electronic keypads .We loved every minute of our stay. We highly recommend this property.

We stayed for several days with my two young grandsons (5 & 7) who LOVED the game room and beach more than Legoland. This condo was exceptionally clean with wonderful beds and all tile floors (perfect for beach days). My husband wants the same rain shower head and pillows at our home. We slept like babies! The beach chairs/toys and outdoor shower were very useful; will happily return! Very convenient to town and easy to access. Great garage space too.

We stayed here in September while visiting my son and his family in Carlsbad. We have stayed at some very nice places in Carlsbad but will never go back to them - we will only stay here! Missy was very helpful showing us around and every need has been thought of right down to the digital locks on the door. The kitchen is gourmet-worthy and so much fun to cook in since it's right in the center of activity, very attractively decorated, bathrooms are really cool and the shower heads are great, and a beautiful view from the living area. The whole condo was exceedingly comfortable. The location is wonderful - 1/2 block to the ocean walk and just a little further to the beach access, and close enough to walk into Carlsbad Village. This is in a very residential area so there is no noise from the street. We did not use any of the beach equipment but they have everything you could ever need. It was very hot and humid by CA standards part of our stay, so my son, his wife and our brand new grandson came and stayed with us for a few days because they do not have air conditioning. My d-i-l, who grew up in Carlsbad, said she felt like she was on a total vacation. I can't wait to come back here!

We enjoyed the clean, tasteful, comfortable stay close to the beach with all the right amenities. We will be back, thanks for a beautiful condo to rent.
