Overall the house was nice. If you are looking for LOTS of trees and quiet, this is the place for you! Wish there had been a tv downstairs - however, was able to enjoy the fireplace while reading.

We have been going to Door County for many years. This has been our second stay at Sue and Eric’s cabin. Beautiful place, secluded, close to everything we love, and our favorite part is the amazing fireplace. It might be becoming our go to for Door County.

We absolutely loved the home/cabin. Plenty of space for the four of us to sit inside or out. Lots of kitchen wear to cook our dinners. Owners were very responsive to some questions we had at the beginning of our stay. Great location in Door County, planning on going again next year!

We absolutely loved our stay here. It is such a beautiful cabin set back in a beautiful setting, It was so quiet and peaceful - seems so private and yet we were so close to all the best of Door County. The cabin itself was so interesting and cozy. We spent each evening in front of the wonderful fireplace - and actually loved not having the tv in the main living area. The beds were very comfortable - and our granddaughter loved the hidden bunk room and the Alice in Wonderland-like little room just for kids. We have stayed in many places in Door County over the years and this turned out to be one of our favorites. Loved the kitchen - though it seemed a little dark without a light above the sink. All in all, this was a fantastic find. So appreciative of the owner's quick and helpful responses to our questions. We would love to come back in the fall. Door County is our happy place - and this trip was extra special because of this wonderful cabin!

Our family of 5 (three kids under 8) took a short spring break trip to door county and rented this house. The stay was great and the property matched the listing well. The owners were extremely communicative, friendly, and professional during our stay and it was really appreciated. The house was clean and had everything we needed for a base camp to prep and cook meals, play, explore, and relax. Beds were comfortable, the wi-fi worked well, and the location was good for access to all things Door County. The massive shower on the main floor with steam option was a gem! Overall, our stay was really nice and restful. It was peaceful and quiet and we were able to recharge and have a lot of fun. It also had a surprise "kids nook" in an upstairs closet that our children really enjoyed!

We enjoyed our stay in Fish Creek. The house was stunning, with beautiful views of the surrounding forest in every room. The kitchen was fully stocked with quality pots, pans, flatware, and glasses.

The house is even more beautiful in person than it appeared in pictures. We stayed in the winter and the view of the surrounding woods in the snow was breathtaking. Hosts were extremely helpful and accommodating.

A lovely cabin with everything we needed for a short getaway from Minneapolis. The cabin is well supplied with all of the usual necessities of being away from home. The bed was super comfortable after long days of hiking and biking the many parks in Door County. The owner was very responsive when a minor issue with the shower popped up. The location is great for going either up or down the peninsula. We loved it!

Rustic and private in central location easy access to all areas perfect for 4-6 people

Our first time in Door County and we will definitely be back. The cabin was in a great spot for hitting all the hot spots Door County had to offer. Had all the amenities, it was clean and affordable. We also caught a show at the theatre at the end of the road. Awesome time!

Great cabin, nearby everything we wanted to do, unfortunately the beds were very uncomfortable. Other than that it was perfect!

Five sisters spent a “getaway “ trip to Door County. We stayed at this lovely cabin in a beautiful wooded area. It is just as advertised. It is a very quiet area, yet close everything we wanted to see. The owners were very friendly, answered all emails very promptly, and gave very clear instructions re: how and when to enter the property. I highly recommend it as a place to stay.

This is a charming cabin, tucked away in a very private wooded setting. Great location from which to explore the villages of northern Door County. The house is filled with North woods rustic charm and decor. High quality appliances. Very comfortable bed and a great shower. Would definitely return!

Great house with beautiful property.

This fully renovated cabin is delightful - authentic and modern at the same time. We loved all the nooks and crannies and the big wraparound deck with views of the woods. The lake is only .2 miles away and a drive to Peninsula State Park - about 15 minutes away. Love this place!

This was our second stay here. Location is great. Cabin is stunning. Lights in kitchen are too dark and the living room furniture could use an update. Otherwise it's a gorgeous place.

Very quiet and quaint! Perfect for 6 adults! We felt close to Egg Harbor and Fish Creek. Supplied better than a lot of other places we have stayed. Answered any questions I had before we left, promptly. Would recommend if you want seclusion.

Perfect getaway between Egg Harbor and Fish Creek. Tucked away into the woods but 30 seconds to the main road! We loved the wrap around porch - especially during a good storm.

We had a great time in this property. We enjoyed being close to the outdoor theater and the quiet outdoors of this property. Fun time.

We really enjoyed your stay and the location of the house was great. We loved the outdoor area to play yard games and enjoyed sitting on the front porch. The hosts were great and super responsive. I would say the only hard part was not having phone service at the house. The internet worked great however depending on your cell phone service provider you may or may not have service. Also, there weren't any window shades/covering in the bedrooms which made for early morning rising when the sun comes up which my teenagers struggled with :) So make sure to pack eye pillows. Otherwise, we loved our stay and you can't beat the location if you want to be near Fish Creek!

My whole family loved our stay here. We have been coming to Door County every summer for a few years and think we have now found the place we want to come back to! The cabin was clean and comfortable (vibes as well as beds/couch) and was just as described.

We had a wonderful stay and highly recommend this property. It’s gorgeous and has all the modern amenities but still maintains the “cabin in the woods” charm. The hosts were responsive and provided a great list of recommendations for restaurants and fun in the nearby villages. We’ll be back!

Nice cabin in the woods next to a recently blacktopped road. We had a good stay and the accommodations fit our needs well. We liked the house alot. Need to fix the under cabinet lighting in the kitchen with the dark counters and walls it is a bit short on light for meal making. Small improvement to a great place.

It was wonderful! Like home away from home. Location was convenient to all the different things to do in Door County. It is quiet and private.
