The condo was exactly how it was listed. Regina was an awesome communicator. With this unit being on the 6th floor, it minimized the wait time for elevators. It is a great location, we loved our time!

The property was well laid out. Plenty of room for everyone. The kitchen had everything that we needed for our stay. The inclusion of beach chairs and beach toys were great. There was an issue with one of the sliding doors not closing and sealing correctly. One message to Regina and it was fixed the next day. Communication with Regina was flawless. Definitely plan on staying here again. Thanks for a great week!

This place was great extremely clean we had an excellent experience! Family of 8 plenty of room for all of us. Check in was a little crazy but after everyone got checked in was it was not bad.

The property was clean and well kept! The owners were easy to communicate with, checkout was a breeze although early. We will definitely look into this property again on our next trip.

Very clean. Pictures matched description perfectly. We had to go buy garbage because because there were only two for the week. I would suggest leaving more. The garbage can is small and fills up quickly. Maybe 3-4 for the week. Besides that, it was great! Lots of beach towels and beach toys for kids!

This was a very nice rental with lots of extras throughout. The kitchen was equipped with everything you could need while cooking. The only thing is the bottom pull out had sand on it when we first pulled it out. Our room was running behind on being cleaned and Regina texted us right away letting us know and it was only about five minutes and my code didn’t work so I reached out to Regina and was issued another code in a matter of seconds. We were very pleased with the unit and would stay here again.

We were very pleased. Unit was as pictured and very clean and comfortable. Several extra amenities were nice. When we arrived the refrigerator had been set on a colder setting than recommended which had caused the water in the door to freeze.

I highly recommend this condo. It was very clean and the owners have thought of everything for the renters to enjoy their vacation without packing the entire house. We brought our own beach chairs and ended up leaving them in the car because the ones in the room were great. We would definitely book again without hesitation when we come back to Panama City. If I could give this condo and the owner more than 5 stars I would. They were fast to reply to any questions even prior to the trip which gave me reassurance if something was a concern on vacation they would take care of it. The hotel itself is a great family atmosphere and clean.

By far the best condo I have stayed at in Panama City Beach. Regina has thought of every extra to make it feel as cozy as home. Anything you could need in the kitchen, beach supplies and towels, cozy blankets to snuggle up on the couch, games and books! The over-packers dream condo to relax and leave the extras at home!

You can tell the owners really take pride in their condo. It was super nice and clean. The entire stay was excellent!

We have stayed at splash for 10 years, and this is by far the best one yet!!! The owners thought of everything! From beach towels, chairs, toys, to a book to read on beach ❤ Beautifully decorated!

This property was an excellent choice for our family. Our daughters' family of 4 had their own space to rest on their own. The Grandparents also had a great area for their personal space. The beach toys were used the condo provided too. Thank you to the owners for providing a comfortable environment

I was nervous about staying at a children-centric hotel thinking cleanliness would be lacking. To my surprise, it was the opposite. Not only was our condo super clean but we saw people continuously cleaning the complex throughout the day. The condo was exactly what we saw in the listing and the owners were extremely kind. I would not change one thing and can't wait to come back! 5 stars hands down!

My family had a wonderful time. Condo is spacious, clean, and the view is perfect. We really appreciated the well stocked beach closet. Regina was so kind and super quick to respond to questions. Had a lovely time and would definitely return!

We had a great stay. The unit was great. Roomier than expected. We had two adults, two teenagers and an 8 yr old. Plenty of room for all. The kitchen has about anything you could need and there are plenty of pool and beach toys and chairs. The view is great. High enough to get a good panoramic view but low enough that it is easy in and easy out. We come to Splash once a year and plan to stay here again.

We had a great time at Splash resort !1 Made a lot of memories! Room was very spacious and updated. Gorgeous views from the balcony. Slow elevators and extra linens would be the only complaint I would have, but all is well . Kids loved the water park area. Close to beach, so less walking. Loved our stay, hated to leave !! I would call it a huge success !!

This unit is very clean and setup nicely. We loved having the bunk nook for the kid’s which made it nice, not having to use the couches for beds. We loved all the amenities of the unit and the resort. The owners were awesome to work with during the process of booking and was nice to be able to be in contact if anything went wrong. Everything was great during our stay and would DEFINITELY Recommend this unit. This was probably our favorite unit of all the times staying at PCB.

This is a great place for family. We were a big group of 9, but had plenty of room. The condo was very clean and very well appointed. Our hostess had thought of everything down to extra beach towels available. We had one minor problem and our attentive hostess handled it very well. I highly recommend staying here and I plan to again!

Everything you need is in the condo. Regina was quick to reply on all questions and was very accommodating!The condo was very clean and comfortable.

The communication with the property owner, Regina, is amazing. She always got back to me in a very timely manner and never hesitated to answer any of my questions. The condo itself was very clean and was stocked far better than any condo we’ve ever rented in the past. I’ve never rented somewhere that supplies the amount of beach accessories (boogie boards, towels, chairs, umbrella, toys, etc) that Regina supplies. I was blown away. There was literally nothing we needed that wasn’t supplied in the kitchen or anywhere else for that matter. The riptide bar and grill was open during our stay and although pricey, the food and drinks were worth it. The only complaint I would have is the elevators require some wait time (only 2 elevators per tower and each tower is 21 floors). This doesn’t reflect Regina’s condo AT ALL. This is strictly a review on splash itself in case anyone is wondering. Also, make sure you have extra hands if you take a beach wagon down as there is no ramp and you will have to pick it up and walk it down the stairs. Or if you have someone in your party that is handicapped. Again, this is no reflection on Regina’s condo, just trying to give people a heads up. The condo was by far the cleanest and best supplied we’ve ever stayed at and Regina is a pleasure to deal with. We had no issues whatsoever at check in or check out.

My family and I had a wonderful time. We would definitely return! The condo had everything you will need from beach toys and chairs to extra blankets and pillows! I loved that there were plastic plates and cups for the kids (not many condos have that). The only bad thing was the elevators. They were working on them the week we stayed, but even when there were two working it wasn’t great.
