Our family of six stayed here while attending graduation at UCSC. We had a great time. The house is comfortable and well supplied. Plenty of room for all of us. The location in Seabright was perfect. Close to everything. The owners are very responsive and a pleasure to deal with. We would definitely stay here again.

This is an outstanding house, with a beautiful ocean view from the patio and plentiful space. We had 3 small children and 4 adults and the house was the perfect amount of privacy and spaciousness. Our girls loved the loft area! We cooked several times in the well-stocked and very clean kitchen. The living room and the dining table seated all of us comfortably. The house is well decorated and very comfortable. We appreciated all the beach gear, outdoor shower, and other thoughtful amenities. The proximity to the beach, boardwalk, pier and harbor can’t be beat. The neighborhood is beautiful, well-kept and feels very safe. The sea breeze and sound of the waves every night was amazing. The hosts are very responsive and provide a lot of information about the area and the house. Highly recommend!

One of the best rentals we’ve been in, with respect to kitchen and living supplies. Great for a vacation where you are spending most of your time in the house. Walking distance to the beach and boardwalk. Didn’t need to drive most days.

Outstanding experience

We loved our stay at this Seabright vacation home. The location is great - walkable to beach, boardwalk and restaurants. There was plenty of space for our joint family group of 8. The kitchen is well equipped with high end appliances and pots & pans and all other supplies. The owner was friendly and accommodating. We'll definitely be back!

We had a wonderful two week stay at this house in Santa Cruz. The house is completely stocked with things like towels, sheets, soap, toilet paper, paper towels, etc. The kitchen has great amenities like nice pots, pans, glasses and cutlery. The house is roomy and the location ideal! We have stayed up and down the Santa Cruz, Capitola and Rio Del Mar coast and this house has been the best. The owners were very responsive and the communication around checking into and out of the house was clear. We plan to stay here again!

We really enjoyed our stay at the Seabright Beach house. The location was fabulous. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful but not far from some good restaurants and a coffee shop. The house was well stocked with everything from towels and bathroom supplies to kitchen utensils and dishware and glassware. The design is a bit dated but everything was well maintained and very clean. The master bathroom shower head needs to be replaced. Without that there is really only one full bath. The property manager was prompt and helpful in answering any questions we had. We would definitely come back again.

This lovely vacation home provided everything we needed for a relaxing and fun stay. The outdoor deck is great for morning coffee, sunning in the afternoon, and cocktails at sunset. The kitchen was so well equipped! Not only pots, pans, utensils, dinnerware and glassware - but lots of spices, oils, and condiments. The grill looks new and works great. They even left us a couple welcoming beers and sodas :) The bedding and towels were top-notch. Big TV had high resolution. The owners provide beach towels, nice beach chairs and umbrellas, and even bikes! This is a place to come enjoy yourself. And the beach stairs are only 3 doors away. So it's easy to go down for a walk anytime of day. The owners were very nice to us, promptly answered all our questions and accommodating of our requests. Can't recommend more highly!

The house and location were perfect for our family get together. Well stocked house with everything we needed. Communication with the owner was easy and prompt. We would definitely stay there again when in the Santa Cruz area.

What an incredible stay. When we think about Santa Cruz, this is exactly the kind of place we think about. The house has an awesome Santa Cruz vibe, is HUGE and had more than enough space for 4 adults and 2 kids, has the perfect location if you're into awesome beach access, and the owners/property managers were incredible. We've stayed at various places in Santa Cruz (we live in San Jose, so Santa Cruz is the ideal quick get-away destination) but nothing compares to this property. Both families haven't stopped talking about the house since we got back. And we're already working on calendars trying to find the next time we can stay at the house. Trust me: you won't be disappointed if you stay here.

All of us loved the proximity to Seabright Beach, the best and cleanest beach in Santa Cruz. We could see the beach from the house and listened to the ocean at night. The house was very comfortable for us, 4 adults and 3 children. The children walked up the stairs and immediately fell in love with the loft. The kitchen has new top of the line appliances with safety features and there is a large grill on a secondary deck. We did not use the grill due to the easy walking distance to an excellent Italian restaurant. My favorite architectural feature is the 1970s style large open living room with tall windows on 3 sides and a high ceiling. The house was very well stocked, with lots of extra towels and supplies, even Starbucks coffee for the Keurig machine. The hostess was very responsive and kind. A very good experience overall!

This house was everything we could have asked for and more. The location, set up for entertaining, easy appliances and fully stocked! Communication was easy and very responsive! We hope to be back next year as we created amazing memories with our family!!

This house was perfectly situated for our family! Steps from the beach, easy walk to the harbor and 41st Avenue. Plenty of room for everyone. The most impressive thing about the house was how well-equipped it was-- so many towels, both for bath and beach, lots of kitchen equipment, cleaning supplies, toilet paper, etc. The hosts were easy to communicate with and very friendly! I would stay here again, if I had the opportunity.

This house is in a great location and is well set up for multiple families with kids. Our teens enjoyed having the loft space to themselves. Well equipped with kitchen items, towels, beach chairs and all the things you need. The house is fully carpeted (including bathrooms) and they use air fresheners or plugs ins or something that was a little strong for the more scent sensitive in our group. Otherwise great vacation rental overall.

Nicely located property, near the Seabright Beach, short walk to the Santa Cruz Beach Boardwalk and very short drive to downtown or other areas of interest in the city. Comfortable for a family of 4 (2 adults, 2 small kids). Communication with owner and check in / check out was easy and straightforward.

We were able to walk to the Boardwalk/pier a few times and head down to the beach several times a day. There's also a cute small museum (Santa Cruz Museum of Natural History) a 5 min walk away that the kids absolutely enjoyed. The house also has accommodations for all age groups-- my kids loved having the entire loft to themselves and there was enough space that everyone was comfortable. You can hear soothing waves at night as you drift to sleep and in the morning, wake up to the view of the ocean speckled with sailboats from the deck. Jodie was so pleasant to work with and very responsive before our trip and the day we checked out. Nothing required us to contact her during out stay, since that house had practically everything we needed from wide array of beach gear, to laundry supplies, a fully stocked kitchen (even coffee for the Keurig), and cable/Netflix on a nice big screen for the kids to wind down. The property is in a great location allowing you to walk to many amenities (deli, market, coffee, restaurants). The house is one of the best stocked vacation rentals we have experienced. We cooked at home a few nights and had everything we needed to make the meal complete. Jodie is very accommodating and the communication was top notch.This is a great vacation spot for any large family!I will rent again without hesitation.

Very comfortable house steps from the beach. 12 minute walk along the bluff to the boardwalk. Kids "Free ranged", while adults hung on beach or comfortable and spacious deck big LR for movie night and well appointed kitchen. Easy communication with owners. We enjoyed!

This house is just few steps away from a nice beach. Close enough to walk to the boardwalk as well. Lots of options for sleeping to accomodate all different kinds of group.
