Beautiful house in a great location.

I loved how quiet the property was. It is kind off the beaten path, but that was one of the things I loved about it. It's also really close to a great beach that would be perfect for small kids. It was a beautiful house that was really peaceful and spacious with a great front porch that is perfect for your morning coffee!

This was a 3-generation family vacation, ranging in age from 7 to 75. The house was perfect. Lots of room for all of us. The yard and deck were great for relaxing. We saw deer and foxes in the yard. Star watching from the lawn late at night was spectacular. The location is outstanding, close to everything but quiet and serene. We went to American Camp just down the road several times to spot wildlife and enjoy the beach at Grandma’s Cove. The house itself is well equipped, very clean, and beds were comfortable. We liked everything about this place and would recommend it highly as a delightful vacation home. Thank you to the owners for sharing your lovely home with us.

Property great. Electrical outlets a challenge. Nightlights would be a nice feature. Coffee pot needs replacing. Took over one hour to brew.

As we made our way around the curving drive, we were welcomed by a beautiful, spotted deer! The house was clean, quiet and comfortable. The sheets were amazing - Charisma. Nice layout for family time together, as well as private space within each bedroom.

The house was spacious, clean and very comfortable for our family including small children. Loved the large outdoor area and proximity to nice beaches. Would love to stay here again!

There were 8 of us with plenty of sleeping room and plenty of room to spread out around the house, great sized kitchen where we could all cook and eat together. The house was only a 10-15 minute drive from downtown Friday Harbor, and was also a 10-ish minute walk to the American Camp trails or to Eagle Cove Beach. Wifi worked really well too, and although cell coverage was spotty throughout parts of the island, Wifi calls worked perfect from the house.

This house was fantastic! We are two teachers and two teens on spring break. The house is very clean and had everything we needed. We enjoyed being so close to Eagle Cove, Cattle Point, and American Camp. I highly recommend staying here! It’s a quiet, beautiful, peaceful place. Thanks for sharing!

Provided everything we needed for a multi generational family gathering for Thanksgiving. Plenty of great places to enjoy each other's company.

Large lovely house. All 6 of us were able to have seperate bedrooms which was very nice. The house is clean and well stocked. It is showing it's age but is still in very good condition for a house on an island. We loved it all, from location to the foxes who visit in the am.

Very cozy and family lay out is great. Close to a fantastic beach "Eagle Cove" and a great long walking space nearby at American Camp. Will definitely come back with family to enjoy this private home. Thanks!

Beautiful house with large backyard with swingset and slide for kids to run around and play. We had my parents, my adult brother, my husband, and my toddler with us. There were 4 bedrooms upstairs, 3 with queen beds, one kids room with bunk beds and another bedroom downstairs with queen bed. I think it would probably have been better if things were a bit more kid proofed, i.e. furniture secured to wall in the kids room and fewer breakable decorations. We were fine but did have a bit of scare when my 2 (almost 3 year old) decided to get up and head downstairs without telling us. My husband heard her and she was totally fine but it was definitely a learning experience for us all that we needed to be more specific about her getting us when she woke up not just if she "needed us." Regardless it was a lovely home with plenty of room for all of us and save for some really low water pressure in the sinks, tub, and toilet of the 2nd floor bathroom I have few complaints. Remember if you're cooking to bring your own spices they have some basics but it's a bit of an odd mix. The temperature was pretty comfortable the whole time but for people who run warmer you should make sure to grab one of the fans for your room. (The house had several). It's a pretty drive in and out of town and if you have bikes or an electric scooter you could probably use that. Some of the couches/chairs are pretty low so if your someone with back problems or who's pregnant like I was for this trip just be aware you may want to add an extra pillow so you don't sink into the couch too much. Otherwise enjoy your stay and the peace and quiet. Also don't forget to stargaze it had a great view with little light pollution.

We are a family of 6, 2 grandparents with 2 adult children, and their children. There was plenty of room for all of us. Well laid-out to have different activities in separate areas. About 15 minutes to town. Lots of areas to explore by foot.

Big expansive floor plan is designed for VACATION !! Light / bright - open and airy. Very Kid friendly! Library and ‘away room’ plus -lush, private, wooded setting! Easy to walk to Cove and American Camp. Would love to buy it!

The house was better than described. We spent the weekend with my brother, sister in law and two adult neices and the house was plenty big even with six adults. The rooms were clean and quiet; the outfitting in the kitchen was incredible for a rental; the grounds were nice and secluded; and we loved every minute. We already talked about renting it again in the summer. Thank you!

Beautiful, comfortable house in a great location on the island. 15 min to Friday Harbor. 20 min to Roche Harbor. Eagle Cove is about 1/2 mi away. American Camp with all its trails and sweeping views is a short walk away. House has a high chair and swing set w/ slide that was great for our little one and plenty of yard to run around as well. I would 100% stay here again.

Many necessities in the kitchen and bathroom provided, we cooked at the house almost all weekend and cleanup was also easy. Weather was back and forth from warm and sunny to sprinkling rain, the covered porch space was a great way to continue hanging outside during rain.

Had a very enjoyable 3 night stay at this private, well maintained, and well stocked home. Kids enjoyed playing in the yard, the swing set, and the short walk or drive to the ocean. Property is less than 15min to Friday Harbor, made other activities in town easy to access. More than enough space for a large family. Only suggestion would be to upgrade the very firm master bed.
