Lovely home and neighborhood, close to the beach and reasonable drive to many other great tourist destinations in San Diego. Bunk room was great for kids and lots of little details helped like step stool in bathroom and kid dishware. No AC but ceiling and floor fans helped and there was usually always a breeze so it was not a major concern for us. We would definitely come back!

The property had all the basics we needed. The location was minutes from grocery shopping, restaurants and the beach. We even went to the outlets. We were able use the beach gear they had which came in very handy! We absolutely enjoyed our time here, the house was perfect for our needs- truly a home away from home!

No words Can fully describe the wonderful experience we had in this property. The home was beautiful, it had everything anyone needed to include quick access to the beach, LEGOLAND, and grocery stores. We loved ever min we had here and will come back again in the future. If you’re looking for a place that will fit all of your family comfortably this is it.

We loved this property. It was perfect for our family of 5 and our little dog. Courtney stocked the house well with everything we could need. As described, the house does get a really good breeze. The beds were very comfortable. The large jacuzzi bathtub was a nice plus. Our kids enjoyed the ping pong table, and we all, especially our dog, enjoyed the backyard. The only thing that could make this property any better is if it were walking distance to the beach, but it is only a very short drive to the beaches and shopping areas. It’s a wonderful house.

Very comfortable home. Kids loved the game room and backyard! I enjoyed the clear labeling (lights/bathroom fixtures) and abundant extension cords. Front room was great for dark room (kids nap time), but the back bedroom was a little too bright for sleeping past day break. It was so helpful to have the easy access to washing a load of clothes. All in all, we really enjoyed our stay and would return.

Great, cute little house in a great location. Our family loved staying there and would highly recommend it to anyone who wants to stay in Carlsbad. The house was very clean and had everything you would need. Close to Carlsbad Village.

Charming home with ocean views and welcoming interior. We were able to have our grandchildren visit and the ping pong table was a big hit. The outdoor decks and patio offer plenty of space to enjoy the cool ocean breezes. We enjoyed our weekend and hope to return soon!

Are was very good Big enough for us and small dog. The only issue we had was the BBQ was not clean looks like is been this way for awhile. The Oven was dirty so I was not going to used it. I dont understand why no one complain about this. We had to go out and buy a Bbq. The manager was very nice but didnt have any one to come and fix the problem. I have stayed in many homes and the oven and stove been always clean. The beds were good no problem. We still like the house.

This was the perfect home away from home for our family. We enjoyed breakfast out on the patio, playing ping pong in the game room, and relaxing with movies in the living room. The location was super convenient for our visits to Legoland, Torrey Pines, Safari Park, and DT San Diego. Courtney was very kind in letting us check in a bit early on a rainy day. The property was clean and had lots of outdoor space that our two young sons enjoyed. We loved our stay and will treasure the memories we made here.

This VRBO place is superb. It was VERY comfortable. I was able to entertain my family for Xmas Eve dinner, Xmas Day cooking a 16 pound turkey in the oven and having a big table to seat everyone. The outdoor deck and lower patio were absolutely PERFECT for my dogs to get out and potty and sit outside in a safe fenced in environment. The floor plan of this VRBO is great for entertaining because you can cook in the kitchen,, serve at the granite bar, big table, and talk with everyone seated in the living room too. There is a nice garage for parking one car, brand new looking washer and dryer, easy access to outdoor trash bins, a ping pong table, bedrooms are small, but beds are comfortable, and one room has a really nice dresser and nightstands. The neighbors are nice, and you can see the sunset over the ocean from the front windows. The living room was big enough to accommodate a large Xmas tree. The entry access if great. I was pleasantly surprised at all this place had to offer me in my situation with lots of pets. We were all comfortable. Although two of my dogs were afraid of walking on the hardwood floors which made it challenging at times.

Had such a great stay. The house was perfect, Courtney was such a great host.

We had a great stay. The house was very comfy and had Everything we needed. Safe neighborhood. Close to Carlsbad village and many shops. And great location for each Ed lego land and sea world.

My family and I loved our stay in this adorable house. The deck, patio and yard were lovely and made our stay that much more relaxing. The house is in a wonderful, quiet neighborhood that has easy access to trails in one direction and the coast in another. Courtney is a great host as well and the house was well stocked and very comfortable for us and our two pups.

My family needed a getaway for Christmas and with limitations on travel, we wanted something easy to drive to with comfortable accommodations to relax inside. This home was perfect. The home was clean, exactly as the site and pictures described. All the amenities were exactly what we needed for a holiday away: we cooked prime rib, roasted hot dogs on the gas grill, played ping pong, watched various Netflix shows - all with a view of the Pacific Ocean from the front window. The accommodations were perfect for my family and our 3 dogs. The backyard was large with plenty of outdoor seating. The neighborhood, was exactly that, a peaceful, clean neighborhood. Grocery stores and large discount stores were only a few minutes drive away. Downtown Carlsbad with access to the beach and ocean was only a couple of miles - all very easy access. And Courtney and Jamie were welcoming! There was lite a Christmas decoration on with a small treat waiting when we arrived; so thoughtful. All in all a peaceful and comfortable, close to home getaway.

The place was beautiful and in an awesome area. Our dog loved being able to hang outdoors and my husband and I loved being able to go out and grab a meal and have a wonderful place to hang at afterwards.
