Lots of room for everyone to have their own space but it still had a comfortable living area for when we all wanted to spend time together. The location was an easy Uber ride to any attraction we wanted to see. Would definitely recommend this property and we would also stay there again.

The home is wonderful and was a great base for a family weekend in Nashville. It is every spacious and open and very nicely decorated. The kitchen is well stocked and usable. The hosts were fantastic to work with and communicated well! We have already referred to friends and look forward to staying again!!

Lauren was so great to work with and really helped make this trip with two units smooth for everyone. Great location and the property was perfect for our large group. Beds are extremely comfortable. Showers and bathrooms were roomy and perfect for a large group. Highly recommend!

The house was perfect! It was super clean and well equipped with lots of amenities - from the kitchen to the bathrooms. What a wonderful surprise to find blow dryers and straighteners in the bathrooms! The beds were so comfortable with lots of pillows. The best part was how clean the whole house was. We really appreciate a clean rental! In addition the location was super convenient. We were able to walk to the Parthenon and downtown was a quick Uber ride away. Highly recommend this house to anyone visiting Nashville!

I’ve stayed in a lot of VRBO properties and this was the best property I’ve stayed at so far. The place was very clean,Very updated, very comfortable it fit our needs perfectly with room to spare. The property manager was very accommodating made our whole trip so much easier. When we had a question, they were very quick to get back to us when we go back to Nashville we would definitely stay at this place again. It has five stars for sure. My family stayed for a total of 4 nights, and each night was wonderful! The communication from the very beginning, before I even selected the book button, was immediate and positive. The pictures do not do the place justice. Everyone had room, even in the living room. There was a total of 8 adults. It was close to Broadway St that we used the scooters one night to get home instead of an Uber. This was our first time in Nashville but will not be our last, and HOPEFULLY when we do come back for another vacation, this place is available! Do yourself a favor, do not look anywhere else, just click book!

We rented a unit from Lauren to attend Christmas at Belmont with our family of 6 (all adults, no kids this trip!). Great central location to Belmont/Vanderbilt/Broadway. The unit was clean (very important to us!), beautifully decorated with excellent amenities. Beds were comfortable, bathroom towels cozy and common areas were spacious for us all to relax and visit with each other. My 80-year old parents who struggle with stairs stayed on the main level and were very comfortable. Lauren was an extremely gracious host, easy to contact with our questions, and quickly attended to a small home maintenance issue we had. We will definitely rent with her again when we visit our student at Belmont University!

Beautiful home that adequately allowed 6 adults privacy and sufficient common areas to enjoy. Everything you might need is there. From welcome snacks and soda to full size shampoo, conditioner, body wash and pump soap in every bathroom. If we return to Nashville with friends or family again, this is a place we would definitely consider again!

I rented two of Lauren's units for a birthday bash. The units were exactly as advertised and Lauren was an amazing host. She accomodated early arrival and late departure for one unit and notified me when the other unit was ready early. I highly recommend these townhomes.

This home was great for our group. Home was very clean and stocked well! We loved all the paper towels, toilet paper and snacks that we normally have to buy. We were close to many attractions. Easy to drive or Uber. The garage was nice to have.

The house it perfection....almost too perfect because it makes you feel so comfy you don't want to leave it. The couches collected a few of my friends a couple of times, taking the party down from 7 to 5. There's tons of room to sleep and get ready, walking distance to food, booze, coffee and a pharmacy. Lauren was amazing to deal with right from the beginning, and I would highly recommend any of her properties and will be coming back to one of them in the future.

We traveled to Nashville to celebrate two birthdays, one for my brother and one for my husband. There were 9 of us and this home fit us all very comfortably. My interactions with Laura, the homeowner, were wonderful, she was kind and accommodating by allowing us and early check in, and she even helped me find a concierge service that pre-filled our refrigerator, set up birthday decorations and arranged for a custom birthday cake - all of which was set up before we arrived! Check in and check out was super easy and the house came with almost everything we needed. We would definitely stay at one of these homes again!

My party of 4 couples came to Nashville for a kid free holiday weekend. The house was beautiful, clean, and roomy. Every couple had their own king room and we had two unused beds in bonus room. The place has everything you need and some unexpected amenities, like full size body wash, shampoo, conditioner, and laundry detergent. Everything was as listed and property managers were super responsive and helpful with suggestions of things to do. Short Uber ride to downtown and away from all the crowds. Great trip! Would stay here again for sure.

This property was beautiful and located in a great spot that was convenient to Broadway. We had 5 adults and each of us had our own bed/space (6 total queen-king size beds). The check in/out process was smooth and the hosts made sure we were well taken care of from booking to leaving. Would absolutely book with them again. Thank you for a great trip!

This house is seriously one of the best places to stay in Nashville! Location is perfect to everything in Nashville and in a great neighborhood. Plenty of parking, bathrooms and bedrooms for everyone. My family/friends and I have stayed in this specific unit multiple times and it has always been a great experience! The owners are also so amazing and very reliable! We will definitely be back very soon!

The house was perfect for what we needed - a place for 10 of us to crash while we explored Nashville. The BEST part about it (besides how clean and beautiful the place is) was that Lauren makes it very clear that you don't have to do ANYTHING upon check out. We were like, wait, what about the dishes? Take out the trash? Strip the beds? Nope, NOTHING! What a what great way to end our fabulous weekend. We were 5 couples there to celebrate my husband's 50th birthday. We were the lucky couple who got the top floor master bedroom. That master bathroom shower was something to experience. And the closet was almost as big as my bedroom back home in Philly. On the first day, we took our time and walked to downtown. We went through the beautiful Centennial Park and then made our way to TailGate Brewery Music Row. If you go, you MUST order the hot chicken pizza. It was to die for. Then we continued walking to Gibson Garage (very cool guitar store) and Third Man Records. Finally got to downtown where it was HOPPING. We had so much fun the rest of the day/night, we never ended up going back to the house to change so we danced the night away in sneakers. The next day we just Ubered downtown in the morning and knew better than to plan to come back at any point. That was the only downside to staying outside of the downtown area. You had to Uber back and forth, and with 10 of us, that meant two Uber XLs. Fortunately, we never waited more than a few minutes for cars to arrive.

Family of 7 visiting for graduation. Very comfortable for all of us. Good location to everything. Comfy beds. Very nice kitchen and appliances. Happy we stayed!

Excellent accommodation/host for our group of 8 people for a 40th birthday couples trip to Nashville. Everything was as described in the posting and we couldn’t have been happier.

This was our first trip to Nashville and we couldn't have picked a better place to stay for an off-Broadway location. New, clean and well-appointed with lots of goodies awaiting our arrival. We were scratching our heads a bit over the room with the roll up garage door which might be suitable for children but doesn't provide enough privacy or window treatments for adults. But there were plenty of other sleeping options for our group of 4. If you're looking for a nice, laid back area conveniently located to Downtown this is it. And while you're there, check out The Locals Nashville, our favorite West End spot.

This property is perfect for a medium size group or family. We were a group of three couples coming to Nashville to see a concert. The property looks exactly like the pictures - clean and modern. We had plenty of common space to gather, cook, watch tv, and play games. The bedrooms were all a nice size with plenty of closet space. That Master Bedroom though!!!! - *whew* - soaking tub and shower combination - huge walk-in closet and balcony. Since I planned the trip thats the room I got and it did not disappoint. For us, the location was perfect. Its considered mid-town so not right downtown with all the hustle & bustle but only a 15 minute drive or 20 minute scoot to downtown. The neighborhood is quiet and you can easily walk to some stores, restaurants right on the main road. Lauren, our property manager was very responsive and accommodating. Really appreciate her hospitality. We will definitely return to this property in the future when we come back to Nashville.

We recently had a group of 6 adults that came to town for some fun and relaxation. The entire process of renting this house and communicating with the owner was so easy. The owner was responsive and the house!!!! WOW it was set up with everything you need from the black makeup towels in the bathrooms to the sodas and waters that were left for the guests. I am also a VRBO owner and it is great visiting a place where the owner cares about your stay. Kudos to you and thanks again for everything, we had an awesome time!

We stayed at the property four nights. Everything about the place was perfect. The location was ideal for us, as we could Uber to Broadway and return to our quiet area when we were ready. We especially liked not having to strip beds before leaving. Will definitely return!
