Our stay was so nice the very best time! The pool was beautiful, a very short walk to the beach, staff was friendly & helpful. Conro was extremely clean & provided us everything we needed for an amazing week at PCB!

The condo is exactly as described and smelled and looked very clean. The beds are soooo comfortable, I’ve never slept so good on vacation. Very well stocked with anything you would need. I loved sitting on the balcony in the morning to drink my coffee and the evening to relax without the sun blazing on me. We loved the resort and the owner was wonderful to work with and very welcoming.

It was amour first time in Panama City Beach! The condo was so clean and made us feel like we were at home when we stayed there. It was easy access to the beach, the pool was great as well! The owners were so easy to communicate with and answered all of our questions. We as a family had a great time and enjoyed our stay! . We will definitely be back next year!

The condo has everything you could need to have a wonderful beach vacation. I loved that clear instructions were left on how to operate everything. The owners called us the first day to ensure we had everything we needed. We will be back!

Everything was as advertised, the condo and resort was phenomenal. We had great time. Property managers communicated well and made sure everything went as expected.

In renting this condo the owners need to let people know about the walkway to the unit. Afraid of heights as my 86 year old mother not convenient. Other than that our experience was great

We had a great stay at this condo. We were at the Shores with 4 other families and we by far had the best condo! It was beautiful, incredibly clean, and very comfortable. The elevators and parking garage were interesting experiences (be sure to allow at least 15 minutes for each one). The parking spot right by the floor doors was very helpful and let us avoid the elevators when we would get back. The pool and beach area got packed very quickly and so we tried to get there as early as possible to get a spot. We definitely appreciated coming "home" to this condo after a long day out. It made the whole experience well worth it!

The condo was so clean and roomy everything you need was there . The condo was spacious and perfect for our family of 8. Jack and Tanya was beyond amazing any questions we had we easily was able to talk to them . We recommend this condo to anyone looking for a wonderful clean place to stay in Panama . We can't wait to return !

We truly enjoyed our stay! For our first Vrbo it was a success! Jack and tanya really thought of everything. Anything you could think you might need they had available for use. Jack had great communication on everything. Parking was easy. Elevators were very close to condo and very quick. Beds are very comfortable . Condo was quiet at night . Weather was great ,couldnt ask for anything more.

We absolutely enjoyed our stay. Only negative was the main pool was not heated for an October visit.

We absolutely loved staying in this complex. Mr and Mrs Herring were easy to get in touch with, even when they were out of town. The home was clean and well maintained. And it was close to everything. We would definitely stay again.

I can not rave enough on this property and owners! Beautiful view of the ocean, great pool (especially for our 2 & 6 year old) and condo unit! Elevator waits could be long at times and takes a bit to get through the parking garage to the 10th level but not a big deal. We can not wait to return 😊

The condo was amazing. More than I expected. The owners contacted me and made sure we felt at home. 5 stars to them!! Again the condo Was beautiful and well equipped with everything we needed. However the long waits and staff were below par. I would definitely stay there again but would choose my dates at a different time when not so busy.

Excellent pool, and beach access from this property. The unit was clean and well taken care of. It was a great property to be able to enjoy the pool and the beach. Huge benefit of having the pizza place downstairs, pineapple willys next door and walmart across the street, you never really have to take the car out of the parking garage unless you want to go explore.

This condo was perfect for our little family vacation with friends. The kids loved the bunk room and the large balcony. Jack and Tanya were incredible with communicating and making sure we had everything we needed. The condo was very clean and comfortable.

This is a very well cared for condo, very well furnished and comfortable. Nice oversized balcony as well!!!Would def recommend!Side note golf carts are NOT allowed per the resort.

I don't even know where to begin...I highly recommend The Herring family’s Panama City Beach Florida home! They are so gracious and so easy to work with, it was unbelievable. Tanya is so helpful, delightful and very charming and was so patient to answer all of my questions; so long story short, the rental side of the event was seamless. Now, on to the beautiful home on the beach the Herring family was so gracious to allow us to rent for the week. Now Jack is a man after my own heart...flat screens everywhere! Netflix and Wi-Fi, iPod hook ups...that is a pretty cool list and probably my favorite. Well almost my favorite...the color scheme is my favorite, turquoise and green with linen custom drapery, just beautiful! Another one of my favorite things as well was the lighting in the kitchen; the under counter, inside the cabinetry and drop lights at the bar all had dimmers! How cool is that? This condo is the most upscale condo I have ever stayed in. And that is a pretty big statement...I have stayed in the panhandle of Florida every spring since I was a child and I'm not saying how many years :) just believe me it's quite a few. Every need we had was met, and we felt so at home and comfortable and much pampered, quite luxurious and in great taste. I highly recommend this condo, it was a pleasure to rent from wonderful people, and it is beautiful and full of high end luxury! The Shores of Panama is also beautiful and very secure! This was probably one of our best vacations ever, start to finish. Oh! My last comment...the master bed sleeps wonderfully. Thank you Tanya, thank you Jack...job well done! Promise you will save me the first week in May 2013!
