The only real negative is that we could not get the fireplace to work.

The place is in an excellent location. Everything was exactly the way that they describe. I would recommend this place for my family and friends.

Love this condo. Right in the plaza of the Mammoth Village gondola. Owner is very responsive. Little confusion at booking due to Vrbo sending me 2 different property IDs for the same property. A little issue, not with the owner, with the building management was the maintenance team came to fix some thing in the building. They dropped/left quite a few screws in the parking garage. I picked up a few at my parking spot when I got back one afternoon. Not sure how many cars would get some in their tires.

Loved the location! Condo was real nice and located in perfect location within village. Definitely would stay again when back in Mammoth.

Loved the rocker recliner. Haven't see one in any other properties in the area. Great photographs throughout. Bathroom needs updating. Moldy/missing grout. Aerator missing in faucet. Loud parties below on a couple of nights.

The condo was as described and we had everything that we could possibly need. We enjoyed the balcony a lot!! We were not thrilled with the mold in the shower. That should bed dealt with.

We visited Mammoth for the epic Summer Skiing for a Father's Day weekend getaway from DC! The village is fabulous and the unit is perfectly situated on the 4th floor with a great balcony, underground parking, a pool and jacuzzi and the owners had a Britta filter pitcher in the refrigerator which was so thoughtful. The unit itself was fairly dark but, we were rarely spent much time there. Unfortunately, we made (4) attempts to reach the owners to request a late checkout and didn't hear back from them once..that was the most disappointing part of our rental experience as we hoped that they would have had the courtesy to respond. All in all, we would certainly return to the Village area condos as the location just can't be beat!

The was a great place for three days of spring riding on the mountain. A few steps to the canyon gondola and restaurants and we had a great stay.

Great location, walking distance to all village shops and restaurants, gondola, etc. Condo had everything we needed for our stay.

We stayed for two nights and it was a great location! We loved the ease of access to canyon lodge, restaurants, and village entertainment.

Main problem was the pull out sofa had terrible springs!! Needs a decent, modern pull out sleeper for the guest! Also, smoke alarm was just bare wires!

The condo was very clean and well stocked. The check in process was super easy. The location is steps to the gondola and super convenient. Highly recommend this place.

Great location, short walk to the gondola and steps from village ski trail at the end of the day. Unit is comfy, clean and well equipped. The ski locker was very convenient. Being in the village made the trip so easy with no need to drive our entire stay. Loved it!!

Everything was amazing. My only minor recommendation is to replace the coffee machine (coffee was warm but not hot) and toaster (only toasts one side and there was no setting to change).

property was very comfortable, though, I kept the parking pass on my vehicle until 10:15 am (checkout was 10:30am).....when I returned to leave, I had a warning notice that my vehicle could be towed

Easy access to Truckee and surrounding area. This property had all the amenities needed.

My friend and I were so happy with the apartment. It was warm and cozy, perfectly located in the center of everything, and the check in/check out process was really easy and smooth. We appreciated all of the information and recommendations that were provided. We'll be staying here again I'm sure.

Beautiful property in a prime location for summer adventures. Our family had a great time! Free transportation to and from the main lodge and lakes was a huge bonus!

The property was advertised to air-conditioning, however, there was non available when arrived. Apparently the Village Condos have plug in AC units and there was not one provided in the condo. It was in the mid to low 80s making the apartment very hot. Had to sleep with the window open and the balcony door open all night. However, as is above the Lakanuki restaurant/bar which is open until 2 am, we were unable to sleep do to the noise.

This condo was really nice. There were a couple of small things that could improve the experience. The main issue was that the living room windows don’t open. We had to prop open the balcony door because the door stop was broken. Also several of the electrical outlets need to be replaced. They are either broken or loose. The swing lock on the front door was also broken. These are small details of an otherwise great condo. We would definitely come back.

I accidentally left two clothing items in the closet. I texted the owner the same afternoon after I had checked out as well as the following day to inquire about retrieving my items and never got a response. I would not recommend staying here if you actually need any assistance related to your stay.

The listing says upgraded, I wonder when that was posted. It looked and felt like it was a pretty basic place like every other one in this building would have been. The hallways were extremely hot, the room was a sauna and only one window opened to get some air. Had to leave the swinging patio door open all night long to get a little air in the room. I would imagine they would leave a fan or something for their renters but none available. It would have been fine in the winter with heat, but not fun when it's 80+ outside. The blinds were dusty, the light shade stained, the recliner felt like it was from the thrift store, and the fold out mattress on the couch was about 5 inches thick and if you can imagine, not comfy at all. The bathroom is really dark, the shower curtain prevented any light from coming in the shower because that was dark too. We were locked out of our room because the electronic locking device died, took over an hour for maintenance to basically break in to our room. Had to cancel our plans because everything closes early here. I loved the convenience of everything being right below us. From restaurants, coffee place, shops. Downfall is with the door and windows wide open(because of the heat) the club/bar patrons are yelling below. I wouldn't stay again, our family were at different spots and they had a much better stocked kitchen and cleaner locations. Owner did offer us a $50 discount for the lock problem, but a night ruined is worth more then that when you are away on vacation. Pretty disappointing stay unfortunately
