Beautiful property! Clean and very comfortable and inviting. Lots of beautiful outdoor spaces to enjoy. Host was super accessible and helpful providing us with more than enough info on our surrounding community.

House is meticulously renovated and is extremely comfortable. The kitchen is fantastic and I got a lesson in espresso-making from our host, Ray. If you wonder about the level of detail clearly showing in the house, you will stop wondering as soon as you spend 5 minutes with Ray! Beautiful house and grounds. Everything was squeaky clean. Felt very safe. There is an antique piano which my kids enjoyed playing. There is a river in the backyard, you can cross it using a small wooden bridge and use the campfire in the field, which is surrounded by forest. The view is beautiful.There is a tabletop fireplace on the back porch, which made evenings very enjoyable. Host is very friendly and accomodating. It was a pleasure staying here, I will definitely come again.

Really nice and quiet property. The stream in the back is a great place to just sit and relax. Listen to the running water, especially after it rains when the water level rises. Ray was very helpful.

The house and outside area is beautiful! We enjoyed sitting by the babbling creek out back and played bocce ball while we had a fire going in the fire pit. The house is within an hour of many of the attractions in the area. Ray is an excellent host and very attentive. We enjoyed our stay!

We have been talking about this girls trip for years and finally did it! This house was great! The outside space was worth it!!! From the creek to the fire pit and the hot tub! We lived out stay and Ray was great at check in and easily available during our stay!

We had a lovely time away over Thanksgiving! We mainly choose this house for the kitchen - cooking thanksgiving meal in a strange kitchen was scary for us but this place had everything!! We did not need a single thing. The tv on the kitchen was pretty cool too as we watched the parade and football while getting ready. The hot tub was a very nice bonus and used a lot by us all. While the bedrooms were a little small - the beds were *so* comfortable as soon as we laid down it didn’t matter! The owner was very helpful in recommendations around the area (the little petting zoo up the road was such a cool spot we could walk to!) and was very responsive to any questions we had. Overall very happy with our stay!!

This was our 1st time in the Catskills. Beautiful region & Ray's home offered everything we could have asked for! Comfortable beds of course! Fully equipped kitchen! One of the best experiences for us were the outdoor spaces. This home is on a beautiful property with a backyard stream, multiple sitting areas, firepits, hot tub, etc. We were lucky to have had some excellent recommendations for dinner out after a late arrival. This is a beautiful area & we are looking forward to returning!

Ray was a fabulous host. He met us upon arrival and briefed us on the use of the pellet stove, outdoor fire table, hot tub, etc. A new Solo Stove fire pit was just delivered, and Ray immediately set it up for us to use our first night. We had a great time in the Catskills, but sitting outside around the stream and fire at the end of the day was amazing. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this lovely home.

Wonderful long weekend enjoying the beautiful fall foliage. Ray, host and owner, was exceptional. Quick to provide wonderful things to do as well as delicious food recommendations. The home presents as advertised, with a pellet stove in the great room to provide that true mountain feel! The property is a nice size with a beautiful creek flowing directly outside the back door. The hot tub worked great as well as the large flat screen tv on the back deck. (Relaxed in the hot tub and watched football!) Nice wood burning fire-pit on the lawn as well as a propane fire pit on the back deck if you prefer the ease of clicking a switch. While we explored several of the surrounding towns, as well as the ski resort (they have a great fall festival in Oct.) you could easily make a long weekend with plenty to do just in Windham. Highly recommend this property for those looking to enjoy a quiet escape from the hustle and bustle. While we didn’t visit during ski season, the resort appeared to have great trails with several double black slopes. Highly recommend!

Ray was so nice and very reachable for questions and information on the area. The house was very cozy we loved the pellet fire while we were inside but especially loved the outdoor property. We enjoyed the hot tub and the outdoor patio fire table as well as the fire pit. Just so relaxing sitting out back by the brook in the beautiful scenery. Hope to be back again!

Ray the owner was a super nice guy and was very helpful with a couple of questions I had. He took the time to meet us at the house for check in and explained everything we needed to know. Great house and location. Close to the center of the town and we really enjoyed the restaurants in town especially the Millrock restaurant Great food. Highly recommend 👌

This property was amazing, everything we wanted for a relaxing family getaway. The house was very nice and clean, but the outdoor space really sold it for us. The fire pit, stream, bridge, hot tub…all perfect as we spent the majority of our time outside.

Had a great time spending a couple of nights with friends. Really enjoyed the beautiful deck overlooking the creek. Had a glass of wine on the new terrace down by the water. Beds were comfy and hot tub a big plus. Thanks for all of your help with the check in process Ray.

The location is a perfect home base for many area activities as well as relaxing by the stream. The hot tub and fire pit were nice additions to enhance the experience.

We had a lovely stay at Ray’s house. The pictures don’t do this gorgeous place justice! Our party of 6 was incredibly comfortable in this beautiful home. We enjoyed all of Ray’s outdoor amenities that enhanced our stay. The hot tub, fire pit, babbling brook, outdoor patio with plush lounge furniture were made for relaxation! His state of the art kitchen and comfy beds/ living room were a delight for indoor fun. As a host, he was super attentive and gave us excellent recommendations for restaurants/ shopping prior to our arrival. He dropped by to help us set up the fireside patio table and was accessible any time we had a question. We’ll definitely be booking again!

We had the most wonderful time at this beautiful creek side house that was the perfect spot for a family gathering. The owner, Ray, is so helpful and accommodating. And Windham is beyond charming!

Ray’s place was the perfect getaway! Not only is he an amazing host but the house was beautiful! His place has everything I was looking for! I will definitely be back again!
