The person who checked me in was extremely nice

The bed was hard as a rock. There was a weird smell. Not very clean. No decorations, felt like a cell. Left 5mins after checking in and stayed at another hotel. They didn’t even notice!!!!!!!

Upon arrival at 3:30 and after getting keys to room main building 2nd floor facing the pool we opened the door to find the room had not been cleaned from the previous occupants. We told the desk as they were not aware of the mistake. The clerk came to clean the room immediately but I think management should have been aware that room was not ready us to occupy. We have stayed at the Studio Motel previously over the years. Never had a problem before.

Front desk very nice and helpful

I like how friendly and helpful the staff was and how quickly they came by with an extra blanket when I needed one. They gave us a map of the area when we got there. It’s about a 10-15 minute walk to the beach.

rooms gave us what we wanted, a place to sleep, swim and be with family (we had 3 rooms booked for family)

it would be nice to have lights on at the exterior of the rooms for sitting/talking plus for movement outside at night.
