I cannot stress enough how perfect everything about this property is. The apartment itself is modern, spotless and so well equipped it felt like we were at home, right down to having a pram and baby monitor. That was a huge factor in how great our holiday was, especially travelling with a baby, it felt like everything was thought out and we’ll catered for in the apartment. The location is amazing, opens directly on to the beach side of the pool. The check in process is so simple and the property manager is lovely to deal with. We’ve stayed at other apartments in the resort and this is the first time that the actual apartment was the highlight, as opposed to just the hotel. If I could rate it higher than 5 I would. We’re already planning our next family trip and we wouldn’t stay anywhere else. Thank you for our fantastic family holiday!

Great place to stay, clean and amazing set up. Walked right out onto beach.

I have stayed in many apartments throughout Pepper Palm Cove, including others on the pool and nothing compares to Darlene’s. It felt like home, so clean, everything you need is provided, including a draw full of stubbie holders. The property manager and her husband where so helpful, polite, there to cheat us with a big smile. The fridge was cold, there is a tv in every room, clothes line, bbq, Darlene has thought of everything. Do yourself a favor, stop looking at other properties and just book this one

We loved the apartment. It is amazingly well equipped for a young family. Everything has been thought of. The location is perfect for supervising kids at the pool and enjoying the ambience of the area while having your own space. The kids are already planning to return. I don't blame them. We all loved it.

Everything about the place was really nice. Three pools which are all very different from each other will suit all ages and interests. A short walk to a great variety of food. The accommodation had everything we needed, I particularly liked the quality of the furniture. We plan on returning and would be very happy to recommend it to anyone.

We had a fantastic time!! The apartment is so well looked after and has the amenities you could need for a family holiday. The location is FABULOUS!! Being able to just walk out the back gate and into the pool is great with kids. Highly recommend to everyone!! We will definitely return.

A quality two bed apartment, well equipped with multiple charging stations, fully stocked kitchen and very nice to have many extras, such as water, coke and coffee pods supplied. Sit privately on your patio or step out right onto the sand beach pool area of the resort.

An extremely well appointed, managed, and presented apartment. The location to the pool with the ability to walk straight from the apartment to the pool is fantastic. Loved the apartment and the facilities.

Thankyou Darlene for the best stay we have had at peppers to date not only was the room in the best location literally on the sand of the pool but it was so well equipped for our family with every thing extra you could think of. Great location by the pool

Great apartment for a family. Loved the little extras for the kids. Toys/iPad. Amazing outdoor entertaining area overlooking the pool. Cant wait to come back

We returned for a second time and were greeted like old friends. A wonderful apartment that caters for families with young children so so well. Very disappointed that our holiday weeks next year have already been booked out though, perhaps 2021 instead.

As always such a great holiday and the apartment is so well setup and thought out with all the little additions.

This has to be one of our favourite trips away! We went with 2 kids (5yo and 4mo) and my parents and I was anxious about whether we would have enough room. The apartment was perfect for the 2 families. It’s location only metres from the pool meant bub could sleep at her normal times in the room while we relaxed by the pool with baby monitor in hand. The unit was well equipped with pool toys, baby monitors, a well stocked first aid kit, iPad, Netflix, quality TVs, and the list goes on. So many other guests asked how we managed to get such a well stocked unit. We will definitely be back... our 5yo had the best time in the pool day in and out, and at night we had endless restaurants to choose from. Darlene was a breeze to deal with and the most responsive holiday owner I’ve ever dealt with!

Perfect location and services. We absolutely loved our stay here and have already booked for next year! We travelled with our toddler and he loved all the toys, high chair and stroller which were available. Made for a very relaxed holiday.

Perfectly positioned on the ground floor with the pool right at the front gate! Well stocked with basics and use of portacot, stroller and high chair all included.

Unfortunately my son got really quiet sick after the first night , and we had to leave a Day early. So we wasted the last night.

On arrival we were greeted by the friendly Jenny who took our children’s hands and showed us to our unit. On entry, the air conditioner had greeted us like a long lost friend. The unit was immaculate and so well appointed. Everything we’d thought to take to make our week away with three children easy, was already there in the apartment. From baby monitors, to brolly bed sheets, to extra iPads (including all power chargers) to extra swim nappies. We had an absolute ball and booked for 2019 whilst we were there. Can not recommend this apartment and hosts enough. We loved our time in 4213/14

Our stay at Darlene’s property has been the best experience we’ve had in Palm Cove. The apartment location is ideal for a family with young children and the apartment comes equip with all the perks you could possibly need from baby monitor, iPad, Netflix, Darlene has thought of it all. I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking to stay in palm cove!

Never will I book a different location when staying in Palm Cove. This is the most convenient room. We had the most relaxed holiday staying at The Escape. Our 2 y/o daughter had the best holiday too. The room is dark enough for the day sleep and the noise is blocked out so you have peace and quiet, even when the pool is at your doorstep. No hesitation in recommending this place for a great family holiday. Suitable for either two couples or one family with up to three kids.

This was the most amazing family friendly apartment in the best location at Peppers. We loved the lifestyle of outdoor dining overlooking the pool. Our two year old twins loved playing in the sand and water but equally loved playing with the toys in the apartment. Thank you for all the amazing extras included (coffee machine, toys, books, pool toys, Netflix, PlayStation, DVDs). Seriously the best accommodation we have stayed in. We will be back with the grandparents in tow. Thank you!!!

This property is ideal for families with everything you could possibly need. We have stayed at this resort a number of times and this apartment is one of the best. The location is perfect, just a few steps from the sandy edge of the the lagoon pool. Wifi and Netflix are an added bonus as is the BBQ which made cooking meals very easy. A beautiful apartment in a beautiful resort.

We loved our stay at The Escape. We have stayed at this hotel a dozen times before but found The Escape to have the best location for a family. My young kids loved all of the extras available in the room too. I would highly recommend this room and will definitely return.

Immaculate apartment with absolutely EVERYTHING you could or didn't think of for a family stay! Wifi and Netflix was a bonus as was the array of pool toys, comfortable seating and bbq. Other guests were stopping us to ask how we secured the apartment to stay in! Literally a few steps to the sand with a dining table on the balcony. A short swim to the pool bar directly in front. We kept saying that this was the best place we have ever stayed. The pool is by far the best I've ever seen for families. The kids could dig and play on the sand or swim! Our two and three year olds in our travel group were in the pool for literally two hours at a time without getting bored. We are planning our next visit

We had a fabulous time having an all too short 2 night stay at The Escape! Easily the best location in the resort if you are travelling with kids, being ground floor, with easy access to the lagoon pool - a few short steps and you are in the gorgeous sandy bottomed pool. Perfectly fitted out for a family, with pool equipment, high chairs, stroller etc. Hopefully we will be back one day soon!
