The hotel is clearly not cared for.
The shower had nearly zero water pressure.
The room was not cared for on a daily basis. Not once.

Accoglienza, struttura curata e pulita, dimensione stanza e bagno, dotati di ogni comfort, disponibilità a tenere i bagagli dopo il checkout, piscina ed annesso bagno con doccia, ottima colazione a buffet, costo contenuto delle bevande, posizione centrale.

Hotel situé au fond d'une impasse au calme. La chambre est propre et bien équipée.
La piscine est entretenue et agréable.
Le petit déjeuner est présenté sous forme de buffet salé, sucré et de plats locaux.
Le jeune homme à l'accueil est souriant, disponible et parle bien anglais. Très arrangeant il a bien voulu garder nos bagages et nous laisser profiter de la piscine jusqu'à notre départ tardif alors que nous avions rendu notre chambre à midi. Le personnel est poli et avenant.
Change monnaie et lessive possible sur place.
Nous recommandons vivement cet hôtel.
Un peu excentré par rapport au centre vivant de la ville mais tuktuk en sortant de l'hôtel. Pour notre part nous avons choisi de louer un scooter (plus économique sur quelques jours) que nous pouvions stationner dans l'hôtel.
Ménage dans la chambre, changement de serviettes, papier toilette, uniquement sur demande, par contre le personnel est très réactif 👍donc un " petit moins" sans en être vraiment un.
Le petit déjeuner est très correct mais répétitif lorsque l'on reste plusieurs jours. Manque laitage type yaourt par exemple.

Spacious room, comfortable bed and decent breakfast. To clarify
- this is a bed and breakfast (not hotel). They don't provide food other than breakfast. Decent size pool and the staff was polite
- lots of noise made by the staff around 4-5 am every morning; the walls are thin and the door doesn't block out the noise so if you're a light sleeper (like me) might not be the best option
- don't get the ground floor room (which is what was given to me) as barely any natural light comes through because the building next door blocks it completely
- the bathroom had a bad smell which I'm guessing is the reason why they suffocated the room with air freshener
- there's no barrier or anything between the shower and the toilet so water gets everywhere

The pool temperature was refreshing
Our room smelt heavily of bleach and air freshener. The toilet flusher was half broken and the toilet floor was stained brown in the corners. There was nothing ‘deluxe’ about our room. The door scrapes the floor when opening and had to push it fairly hard to get in and out. On our second day we were woken up early by the cleaners in the next room talking loudly and banging things around. Location not great around a 30 min walk to the Mekong markets. The staff were ok but we would not stay here again.

This hotel knows its purpose. It is a solid three star hotel with a pool in the centre of Vientaine. If you are looking for a clean and functional place to stay, with a pool, then this the place for you. The rooms are simple but exceptionally clean. The WiFi and hot water works and you get what you paid for. The hotel is short 15 minute drive to the airport and close to the main sites.
While the rooms are simple and clean, the room we had on our second night was right below another room with wooden floors and we could hear everything, including the moving of furniture and a party going on above us. A little distracting and something management should work to fix!

Big room (Family room), all required amenities. Bed was comfortable and clean. Large shower with good water pressure. Breakfast was included which was a buffet, it was nice but nothing to write home about (I found the food in Laos to be a little underwhelming overall tbh). Internet was fast and reliable. Hotel grounds were clean and well looked after.
There was a bit of renovation/maintenance work occurring above our room which made it a bit noisy at times.

The hotel is lovely and the staff are so friendly and helpful. The room I was initially in didn't get good wifi and they very kindly moved me to a room closer to reception (try to request a room on the 1st floor if you need good wifi). The room was very comfy and it was nice to have a desk & plenty of storage space. Good shower & hot water, too. The pool looked nice, but unfortunately it was raining during most of my stay and I didn't get to use it. Breakfast is ok, but coffee is very bad! I highly recommend Ratio Coffee around the corner.
The location is close to Talat Sao (market) & the bus station, but other than that there's not much around. Very limited options for dining, coffee etc., within close walking distance. Night market, restaurants, etc., are about a 15-20 min walk. Walls are paper thin. Believe it or not, water pressure was too high! I could not use the bum gun (bidet sprayer) and had to make my own with a water bottle instead - beware!

Zimmer war ein sehr dunkles Loch! Selbst tagsüber brauchte man Licht. Die Aufnahme wurde tagsüber gemacht.
Im Bad tropfte dauernd Wasser im WC.
Frühstück fast ausschließlich warmes Essen. Als Alternative einfaches Toastbrot, kein Belag. Als Obst gab es Bananen.

The staff were always helpful and friendly at the front desk. They helped us plan the next leg of our journey easily. The bed was soft .
Was a little dirty under the bed, and the shower did not remain hot for long. Could hear noises from outside and from other rooms easily.

Lindo, prolijo, buena relación precio calidad. La lavandería era más barata que en lugares de la zona. Los precios de la comida y la bebida eran similares al supermercado.

I liked breakfast and the fact the hotel had a pool, the room was great and the bed was very comfortable. The staff I did deal with were very nice and I only had to go up one floor to my room.
The shower in my room had about 30 seconds of hot water and then the rest of the time the shower was cold. At breakfast time only some of the food was out and continued to be put out after i'd left despite the fact i was there half hour after it had started. Workers were doing work outside that involved tools and a ladder that was placed in front of my door, it was extremely loud and meant i could leave for nearly half an hour

Emplacement légèrement excentré mais en retrait de la rue donc isolé du bruit de la rue. Petit déjeuner buffet complet et sympa autour de la piscine. Proche de la grande artère bien éclairée le soir en toute sécurité.
Pas d’insonorisation des chambres comme dans beaucoup d’hôtel d’Asie du sud-est. Dans notre chambre le climatiseur faisait du bruit et obligé de l’arrêter pour dormir. Si vous restez plusieurs nuits, il faut demander que la chambre soit faite sinon vous n’aurez pas d’eau.

We stayed 1 night only, it is a good hotel for 1 night in the city, we were able to get 2 rooms on the same floor (ground floor).
The hotel is simple but has everything you need for a short stay.
The staff is nice and responsive for our questions.
The breakfast choices are minimal, the hotel is about 15 min away walking distance from the busy area with all the restaurants. The shower is open in the bathroom with no ledge, so it puts water everywhere.
