This was a perfect accommodation for me. Groceries, liquor, gas, coffee, and pharmacy all within approximately a block away. Nice kitchen and comfortable beds. Great space. Thank you

We had appointments at Mayo Clinic for a week. The apartment very close to clinic. It is a perfect place to stay, super cozy and very clean. walkable to grocery store and walgreens. we loved our stay and Joanne was wonderful to work with. Staying again in December. Highly recommend

Joanne was the perfect hostess! She met us there upon arrival and went over everything with us in detail. A short drive, 7 minutes to the Mayo Clinic. Walk to Walgreens and or the HyVee right around the corner. Everything was clean and neat, bed was comfortable and having a washer and dryer on site was a huge plus. We would definitely recommend!

The temperature in the apartment was nice and cool, which was a bonus as we are used to hot weather this time of year. I got out and walked at least an hour everyday through the neighborhood and found that I could walk to the Mayo building in about 10 minutes. (I am a fast walker.) We were very satisfied with our stay.

This VRBO was all it stated it was. It is located very close to Mayo Clinic which was a plus for us.

I rented this vrbo with the intention to have a place for my daughter to recover during her cancer treatments. When we got there, the amount of dust was incredible. The place was not recently cleaned or sanitized as advertised. When we attempted to contact the owner about the situation, texts remained unanswered for over 2 hours. It was a desperate call just before midnight with the threat to continue calls every 30 minutes until they were answered, did we hear back. And then instead of an apology and offer to clean it or make arrangements until it could be cleaned, we were met with questions and arguments about how clean it was. Even after sending pictures, the denial continued until we sent a video of a finger sweep of the dust. Someone is collecting cleaning fees and not doing their job. I will credit the owner in that she did offer to clean the place, but that was almost an hour into the debate about how clean it was and me leading her to agree it was not clean with the pics and video. If night #1 was starting this was, I could not imagine 5 weeks of this. Very unhappy!!

We were in Rochester for a week of appointments at Mayo Clinic. This is a great place to stay for anyone willing to walk 20 minutes or so (through pleasant, quiet neighborhoods) to the clinic buildings. It is so nice to have space to spread out (living room, two bedrooms, kitchen) compared to a hotel room, along with the opportunity to cook and store food. We especially enjoyed time in the beautiful back yard.

Joanne met us at the rental and showed us around the apartment. She was very helpful and answered all the questions we had. The apartment was very cute and cozy. It had all the comforts of home. It was also close to the Mayo Clinic which was very convenient. I had to extend my stay over the weekend and Joanne was really accommodating. I would highly recommend.

My sister and I stayed at this property for one week. The apartment was clean, organized and in a great location. The owner, Joanne, was responsive and makes you feel welcome. I would recommend this apartment for a stay in Rochester!

This was ideal for my Mayo visit. Joanne was awesome. The home was walking distance to hospital. There was everything close by from a pharmacy to a brewery. Every convenience was at the home and the gardens are just beautiful. I will definitely stay there again for future visits.

Joanne was the perfect gist. She met us there upon arrival and showed us around the apt. We had to call once and she responded quickly. The apt was perfect for our Mayo stay. It was a spacious apt and the set up was perfect. I will definitely stay again our next visit. The convenience to grocery store, bakery, restaurants and Walgreens was a big plus. There is a park within walking distance which was perfect for my runs.

We have stayed in VRBOs all over the world and few can compare to the way Joanne will respond and meet your needs. This place is ideally located to the Mayo Clinic and both Methodist and St Mary’s Hospital. It is clean and nicely furnished and has a beautiful washer and dryer that we could take advantage of during our stay. The weather was a challenge but Joanne was in constant communication to make sure we were safe and if there was anything we needed. This was greatly appreciated and does not happen at all the other VRBOs we’ve stayed in over the years. We highly recommend this property to anyone. Dr. Arnie Jostock
