It’s clean
Not pet friendly. When looking for a place that was pet friendly this hotel came up in my lists. Every holiday inn I’ve stayed has been pet friendly. Not this one. The second shift employee told me they were not pet friendly. Nobody else at the front desk from earlier said anything. Location says it’s close to Mayo but it’s not.

All around great service and cleanliness. All staff were easy to deal with.
Pancake maker was broken at breakfast.

Liked it was off the beaten path so was quite there. The pool area was very nice
The hot tube was not working and I wish they would of had waffles and hot chocolate an the breakfast menu

Room was clean, bed was comfortable
Plumbing should be checked in our room, drains were very slow, in tub and sink. Water for shower was all that great

Room was beautiful. Loved the area. Love the cinnamon rolls at breakfast. Love the value of the room.  nice stuff.
My husband did not like you your Egg choice!
Would loved to have scrambled eggs instead of a omelet. I was fine with the choice.:)

The room size was large, clean, had 2 very comfortable queen size beds plus a sofa/sitting area and bathroom Breakfast selection was large with hot and/or cold meal choices, fresh fruit, juices, coffee, tea. Room had mini-refrigerator and Keurig coffee/hot water machine.

The laundry facilities were closed. They had no idea when the issue would be resolved.

Didn’t get to eat breakfast but felt very comfortable staying there
Sofa sleeper is very uncomfortable and the bottom of the tub was slippery

very clean, comfortable and affordable. probably the best hotel in Rochester. you get comfortable quality at a affordable price.
I don’t like that if you live in Rochester that you can’t make a reservation with this property. I understand past mistakes other guest may have made but everyone is hit the same. it was very disheartening to hear I couldn’t extend my stay because I am a resident of Rochester.

Check guy was horrible. No ice machine working. And he sat watching cartoons. Gave me a no acceable room. I reserved an accesable one and said there were non available. I think he gave my room away cause he was assigning it as we checked in. This has never happened here before. New staff choice was really bad.

Loved our room so much space !! Expectually with 2 babies 2 queen beds in room and room for 2 playpins as well as a pull out sofa, microwave very decent breakfast !! big bathroom we couldent get out of our room in time !! We needed a little more time with 2 babies!! front service desk clerk was soooo awesome thank you Dylan once again!!! Will be booking here again thats for sure thank you!! Ohh and p.s hot tub with jets is always a + plus with me!! And call too make sure that pool is open cause on the website it saids its down but when we arrived pool and hot tub were up and going thanks Med city hotel for making our day !!!
