The property is up for sale, when it was time for us to check in there was a realtor at house showing it, my husband got out of truck and asked if they would be doing showings the whole time we was there, she told him no. We drove almost 15 hours we should have been able to pull in driveway park and unpack without having to wait a second. Then on Thursday I get a text from property owner about showing house, I did not reply, thinking they would decline the showing, nope Friday they show up, my husband goes outside and tells them they can’t come in we rented for the week and our personal items are in there, if they wanted to go in they would have to give us a night free they said no to that and left. If a house is on the market that should be known in description that there may be potential buys coming by to see house. The dishes was dirty had to clean before and after using, I had clean washer the best I could it smelled like mildew. Two of the supposed clean beds had sand in the sheets when we went to got to bed and sheets had to be washed. We left a day early because, we felt like we couldn’t go to beach because we wouldn’t leave our valuables in the house and we definitely was not going to leave them locked in our vehicles.

The house was perfect for my family and we enjoyed the time at the pool. Also in the morning back in the canal there’s a lot of manatees including a baby one. We enjoyed that weekend. Thanks!

We were in Cape Coral for a family gathering. This home was perfectly set up for my large multi generation family. The owner is very generous with stocking the house with so much, best supplied home we've ever rented.

Our family had a lovely time at this property over the past 9 days. Some of our favorite things were the warm pool, the ample supplies thoughtfully laid in by the owner and the soft water. It's surprising to me how many rental homes have very hard water. The water here was awesome! We'd come again.

Our stay was just what we needed. Enjoyed grilling on the patio and swimming in the pool. Close to everything. Would recommend to anyone and would love to stay again.

I, along with the rest of my group, could not have asked for a better stay. The house had everything we needed and was in a great location. Property manager was a pleasure to deal with and even helped us out when we were in a bit of a jam at the end of the week when he had no obligation to do so. I would highly recommend staying at this property to anybody looking to stay in the Cape Coral/Ft. Myers area.
