The condo was as advertised. We had a great week. One thing that could be improved is the internet speed. We had challenges with the TV due to slow or intermittent connectivity.

This is our last night here at Tropic Winds 702. It has truly been a wonderful trip for my family and myself. The condo is so nice and comfortable. There's 6 of us and we never felt crowded. The balcony is great. There was several naps taken out there. Thank you for providing such a great place. We're already talking about planning another trip soon.

This was our first time staying at Tropic Winds but we have stayed at Ocean Reef several times. I do think that Tropic Winds is more on the quieter end of PCB but both locations are great! We love taking the kids to Frank Brown Park and going to the beach. Our favorite restaurants have been Thomas' donuts/Mike's bar, salty Sue's, Diegos burrito factory, Runaway Island and of course Sharky's and Pineapple Willy's. The 3 bedroom condo at Tropic Winds was a perfect size for our 4 adults and 3 small kids. The only bad thing about this specific condo is the parking space. It is VERY tight for our large suv but you'd be fine with a car or smaller suv. If you are looking for a quieter/family friendly beach vaca Tropic Winds and Ocean Reef are the best!

The kitchen had most everything we needed to prepare our big Thanksgiving dinner, there was even a Kitchen-Aid stand mixer with attachments on the counter and ready for use 😃. The stove has a double oven so we were thankful our turkey was not any larger as it would not have fit, but I realize most people don’t come to the beach to cook a 20 lb turkey, lol. The unit is beautifully decorated and the beds were all comfortable, the balcony has plenty of seating with space to move around each other. Make sure you take your own toilet paper if you are there more than a couple of days with multiple people. The only tp in the unit was what was on the holder when we arrived. We did discover this prior to it being an issue so no real problem, just a psa if you will. Beach towels and chairs are available along with a very nice washer and dryer. Our only complaint was that we were locked out of the unit 30-40 minutes before checkout at 10. So if you are running close on time (I don’t think 30 minutes before checkout is close but...)for checkout make sure someone stays in the room so you can get back in to get your bags. Overall our experience was really good and we will be booking thru Greta’s Beach Rentals again.

The decor was lovely. I really felt like I was on vacation. The most accommodating part was the walk in shower for our elderly parents to use who joined us. The beach chairs and beach wagon was an added bonus. The entire condo was clean. I have no complaints and as soon was my favorite beach season opens for booking. I would love to book this condo again!

The pictures on the website did not do this condo justice. The decor, furnishings, large 7th floor balcony and very comfy beds were wonderful. Housekeeping had everything spotless and the beach chairs, wagon and toys were much appreciated. We had the best parking spot with more than enough room for parking our Suburban. Would love to stay there again!

The balcony door sticks badly but otherwise great trip

This is the 4th time we have stayed at Tropic Winds and it’s always great and very clean! Our 2 favorite units are 702 (3b/3b) and 707 (4b/4b) Thanks again Greta’s Beach Rentals

We loved this condo! Everything was up to date and convenient. They provided every type of cookware and appliance you could want. Beautiful views, right on the beach, and covered parking. We will definitely want to stay here again.

The pictures told the truth. A very nice place to stay. Traffic was not bad on this end of the beach like it it around Pier Park and going east. Parking spot was such that no one parked beside you on either side. You did have to parallel park but you had plenty of room. only negative is that the condo cost more than most that we have stayed in in the past. We did enjoy very much.

Superior rental! This condo is very well equipped for a great vacation. The kitchen has well maintained high-end appliances including a double oven, kitchenaid blender, kitchenaid mixer, cuisinart food processor, large crockpot and two coffee makers. Plenty of cookware. The ice maker in the refrigerator makes lots of ice too. Very clean and nicely decorated in beach theme, it really made the vacation fun. Beds and furniture were plenty comfortable. Lots of charging stations around the condo and good wifi. Plus 2 sets of beach chairs included!!! The beach was not as crowded as other areas of PCB. EZ-ups not allowed in front of rental chairs which was nice for the view. Winn Dixie was close and had all the groceries we needed. We ate at Osaka, Captain Anderson’s and Bayou Bill’s Crab House and all were really good. We would definitely rent this condo again.

Unit 702 was superb! Lots of extras including cushions on the balcony furniture. Decor was awesome! Just what we look for in a beach condo! Working with Greta’s was wonderful. Our first time with them, but we will definitely use them again.

We absolutely loved the condo. It had everything you needed and more! Beds were super comfortable. We loved all the seating on the balcony and ate dinner out there almost every night. We have already requested to stay at this very condo next year!

We had great time...best condo unit I have stayed in past 20 years. Our family actually had three of Gretas units rented this week. Very clean and had everything we needed...kitchen was nicely stock as well! When tropical storm Fred came through they called me with new spot for second car that was higher up in case of high water...really appreciated them thinking of us! Will definitely stay here next year. Thank you for the great service.

We loved this condo. It was very clean, wifi was great, especially since we had 3 people working for one if the weeks. Sunsets were fantastic. Good sized balcony with a large table, plenty of seating. Kitchen was well stocked, had everything we needed. The place was nicely decorated and very comfortable sleeping arrangements. We would stay here again!

We especially liked having a table (for 6) on the patio. We ate all our meals there. Great layout with a bathroom for every bedroom. Beds were a little hard, but bedding was soft and comfortable. Be sure to purchase extra paper towels and toilet paper if staying longer than 2-3 days. There were no hand towels provided for the kitchen and bathroom doors were squeaky. Condo has a washer/dryer, which was a bonus. We found books and board games in the closet, (thanks to the owners!). Close to Winn Dixie grocery store. Recommend trying Runaway Island restaurant. (great atmosphere, seafood, live music and on the beach) Overall, we loved it and had a great stay - we will be back!

We had a great vacation and thoroughly enjoyed staying in condo 702. The condo was well equipped with everything you would need to enjoy your stay. It was clean,had comfortable beds,great tv's etc. You could't ask for more this condo had everything. A real pleasure dealing with Greta's Beach Rentals. This was our second year wth Great's and was pleased with their services. I highly recommend them. Thanks again for a good vacation .
