Friends and family gathered for a week of celebration and exploring Martha’s Vineyard. The house accommodated all of us, especially sharing meals together providing plenty of space and comfort. Thanks to a wonderful hostess, Kathryn.

The property was spacious in the living areas and never felt crowded. Porch, back yard and deck were all very adaptable for a large group. The overall experience was excellent especially with location close to the best beaches, bike paths and towns. Being in a quiet shaded neighborhood helped make it a calm getaway also. Would highly recommend it for a family group.

This place was perfect! My husband and I, along with 3 other couples stayed here for the long holiday weekend. It was clean and quiet. Kathy was a wonderfully responsive host. Hope to stay here again next time we are on the Vineyard.

This home came exactly as billed. It is very clean and spacious....easily big enough for our party of 9 people...6 adults & 3 children. The yard is large and private and located in a quiet neighborhood, a few miles from Edgartown. Kathy, the owner, is prompt and professional. Check-In / Checkout was easy. We will be back.

Close to everything and remote at the same time. Ten minute drive to Norton Point and ten minutes to Oak Bluffs.

Very nice home - everything was great and owners/prop manager were very easy to work with.

The house was very clean and had everything we needed. I especially like the brick patio in the backyard by the grill and the upper deck.

We have rented this home before so we knew we liked it. Due to COVID we were hesitant to rent a home this year, but the moment we arrived our fears subsided because it looked immaculate and you could smell the cleanliness!

This was a beautiful location, very accessible to the Mass Audubon Felix Neck property and other hiking/walking options like the State Forest. Short drive or bike ride to South beach. Very quiet neighborhood with wonderful grounds for our dog. We made ample use of the 3 bikes, the back and front porches, and the outdoor shower. Communications with the owner were seamless. We're leaving relaxed and refreshed. We highly recommend this site!

This property is beautiful and welcoming with a large patio and backyard space for grilling and yard games. The rest of the house is super clean and feels like home. We especially enjoyed the ping pong table after a nice day at the beach.

We had a great time at this property and will definitely go back. Owners are easily accessible (though we really didn’t need them except for a simple advice regarding the nearest beach) Property is a short drive to everything you need (beach, town, supermarket, etc) House is well equipped AC was quite and cool, though we only needed it sporadically. We secured ferry tickets to MV before we got our rental. When we finally got around to booking a house, there were still a number of places to choose from but Cathys house stood out to us bc of all of the amenities she had. Bikes - 3 adult!, beach chairs, umbrellas, ping pong table and air hockey in basement, beach towels, extra blankets, and tons of bedrooms and bathrooms! We actually didn’t end up using 2 of the bedrooms at all during our stay. The house is very spacious - more so than it appears online. The yard is great, outdoor shower is perfect, and the huge front porch is where we spent a lot of time. Cathy - the only think I think the house could use is a few lobster shell cracker-thingies :) but we used the blender, the large grill, the 2 outdoor seating areas. Everything is very well thought out. Oh - and while I didn’t think we would need it, it’s absolutely glorious to walk into a house with central air. House was also very very clean of course. Thanks for a fantastic stay! It was only a long weekend so we would love to come back for another visit!

This house was a real find. It was well kept, had an attentive owner, and overall just a lovely home. Location was great and easy to get around. My family had such a fun time. We hope to be back!!

The house was clean, large & well equipped. We were very comfortable & enjoyed the open space. Would most definitely rent again. Only downside was not having a blender, every home I’ve rented had one so it was disappointing not to be able to prepare frozen margaritas.

On the whole the property was as stated. However several issues came up, but when brought to attention of owners, it was taken care of. M. V. is a delightful place to vacation for a family get-together.

We really enjoyed our stay in this lovely home. It was centrally located between Oak Bluffs and Edgartown, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, including a large front porch where we enjoyed our morning coffee and mimosas.

Very good. 3 bikes but no bike pump so you need to bring your own pump.

My family and I had a wonderful vacation. Kathy, the owner,was a pleasure to deal with and very responsive. The home had plenty of room for our family of ten to gather together in the common areas, plus the privacy of their own bedrooms when they needed to escape each other! The home was centrally located and convenient to all. I hope we have the opportunity to stay here again next summer.

I had a big group of friends and family and two three year olds and this house was perfect! Plenty of room for everyone. It was in a great location for easy access to everything and a quiet nice neighborhood. The house was very clean and had everything we needed. Kathy was very responsive to messages and great to communicate with. We can’t wait to stay here again!
