Food is great. The staffs are excellent. Overall the stay was satisfactory. This was my second stay in this hotel and I will stay again next time.

Few things to be improved. The toilet seat is broken and it must be fixed otherwise people can fall down. The staff in the breakfast area was constantly sneezing and coughing without covering their mouth. The staff in the breakfast area did not cover their face with mask. The mask was hanging on their neck. The indigo staff staying in the hotel grabbed idly with their hand even though tongues and spoons were provided. Not sure if smoking was allowed or not but noticed smoke smell on the second floor. Though the staffs are kind and friendly their communication was so bad. They did not speak English.

Staff behaviour is on par with 5 star hotels, especially reception staff

Dried food grain on covers, ripped pillow case, no teabags or spoons to make tea, requested wake up call which did not happen, not informed about evening buffet at restaurant.

location . understanding staff . when ever we travel with our bikes we do face problems in hotels but arna management was fast to under stand our problem and did give permission to take our bikes to our room … thank you so much for the understanding .. one more positive thing was we were late for check out due to our event got delayed but they didn’t charge any extra penny thank you. the breakfast which is complimentary did meet the expectation

hot water was an issue … had to wait 1.5 hours for the water to be delivered to the room since they had some technical issues with the heater which was sorted out the next day

Actually I like nothing about the property.bcoz u guys are getting commission you should not collude n cheat customers.Will never use your application.Ur ratings are fudged.

Location. Quite close to the airport and convenient especially for an early morning flight.

The air conditioning had a very bad smell and room smelt of weird stuff. Very uncomfortable to sleep.
