It was so nice to have a vacation rental with actual beds for our group of 10. So many descriptions are misleading and trundle beds and sofa beds are less than desired. The neighborhood was nice and super close to a Kroger (Instacart for the win with a grocery pickup ready when we arrived). The property is just as described and had everything we needed to feed our group meals and celebrate our twin’s 21st birthday. The AC even worked well in the bunk room but there were ample additional box fans for those the prefer them. Lyft/Ubers were always within 5 minutes to pick us up and it’s an easy trip to get you close to the Broadway action. There were ample towels for all plus games we enjoyed as well. My husband and I enjoyed coffee on the back patio and the grill was nice to have too. This is a 5 star property for a reason. You won’t be disappointed. Thank you for sharing your home with us for lifetime memories with our kids and their friends!

We took our first trip to Nashville and needed a place where all 11 of us could sleep & be comfortable. This house is definitely it!!! Everyone had their own bed, it’s easy to get an Uber to go over to Broadway, and it’s only 20 minutes from the airport. Perfect location and we’ll definitely book again when we go back!!!

This home has great sized bedrooms. We had 12 adults and plenty of space. Neighborhood quiet. Really glad we stayed here. The big kitchen island is a great place to socialize in the morning and at night.

This is a great home to stay in for a group of people! Plenty of beds and very spacious kitchen area. In a good location and Ubers came quickly and were not expensive! The owners sent us everything we needed to know before the trip and were quick to respond if we had any questions.

This was our first trip to Nashville. The house was perfect! The location to the farmers market and bicentennial park make it a win. Far enough away from the hustle of Broadway but close enough to gran the hop on hop off bus to get anywhere in the city. The house was spotless, beds were so comfortable and the decor was great. I also had a question and the owner answered within seconds.

This was the perfect home for our large party! Robin and Jason have thought of everything - and have created a really beautiful space. The location is perfect! Literally a short Uber to get to Broadway, the Gulch - anywhere! Highly recommend this home

This house was so perfect for our trip to Nashville! Great location, safe and easy to get Downtown via Uber/lift. The property was also lovely! Fit our group of 11 perfectly. The host was also so gracious and accommodating. Highly recommend and would stay here again!

Family vacation
This place was a beautiful home in a perfect located for our family vacation. Our trip was to celebrate our 50th wedding anniversary with our children and adult grandchildren. We were able to walk to Broadway and uber back.💕 Robin was quick to address a small issue. My only surprise was no Kleenex with all the other wonderful amenities.

Perfect in every way!
We loved this space. Easy walking distance to
groceries and Farmer's Market. Short Uber ride to Broadway ($5-$10 depending on the time). The house itself is so spacious and stocked well with linens. Plenty of room to relax and hang out while everyone gets ready, which I why I chose this location over hotel rooms downtown. I would definitely stay here again.

Great Place to stay
This was a great place to stay on our first trip to Nashville! There was plenty of room. We only had 6 but there was plenty of room for more. The house was clean and very nice. It was just a short drive from Broadway which was where we spent most of our time. We would definitely stay again!

Great location and large home.
The location is great and home was large and spacious. Kitchen had all needed cookware and supplies. Quick ride downtown. Shopping very close with Kroger and Publix. Farmers market right down the street. Two families of 4 very comfortable space. My only suggestion would be to have blinds in the upstairs bathroom. The shade is there but doesn’t cover the whole window. Plenty of towels and toiletries/toilet paper. Washer and dryer worked great and heating and cooling was perfect. Overall wonderful property thank you.

This property was perfect for our group of 8 adults! We were in town to celebrate my daughter’s birthday and while we were there she got engaged! This property couldn’t have been more perfect! The house was amazing. Great space for our extended family of 10. 6 adults and 4 teens. We had plenty of room to spread out and visit. Location was great. We walked to Centennial Park. Krogers is 2 blocks away for groceries. Owners were very communicative and helpful.

June Trip
First off would like to say that the check in process was super easy and the hosts allowed me to check in early because I got to town earlier than expected. The house was very clean and was a great space for our large group of 12. Even though we had a large group, it never felt crowded in the house. This house was a short Uber ride from everything we needed during our stay and having a Kroger right down the street was great. This house is a hidden gem and I will definitely recommend to others!

REPEAT VISITORS FOR A REASON
Once again, Robin and her home was PERFECT for our large school group of 9 to Nashville, this is the 2nd time we have booked her home, legit only about a 6 dollar UBER/LYFT from Broadway to the house, 2 wonderful parking spots off the alley, 3rd floor multi bed loft is PERFECT for many to sleep. SO impressive yet again!!

We had a group of 11 and this house was perfect for our group. Everyone had their own bed. House was as advertised. Short uber ride to Broadway. Had groceries delivered to the house to cook some meals. As comments reflect, the neighborhood is not the greatest. Very easy to work with the owners and they are very responsive to any questions you have. First time going to Nashville and will be back!!

Perfect Home for large group!
Fully stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, close to downtown Nashville! Perfect, safe location with near by groceries stores and a fabulous burger restaurant called John Brown Burger& Beer within walking distance. Kroger grocery also within walking distance.

No place like home
The room sizes were adequate for our party of 11 so that we were not on top of each other. The décor was a mix of modern with early 20th century homes (high ceilings, long rectangular windows. It really felt like home. The home I remember when I lived in Nashville many years ago. We were all very comfortable there. We all loved it and would highly recommend it.

Great place to stay
This house was a great choice for our moms group getaway. We ended up having 12 woman in the house. Not once did it feel crowded and had no issues getting ready for the day. Also important - we always had hot water for a shower. The grocery store is within walking distance and using uber was super easy. This place will not disappoint.
