We were moving my daughter and son-in-law down to Florida from Cincinnati and chose this home to stay in for a few days.We really enjoyed it, we enjoyed the pool. The house was very spacious for my family and I, we would stay there again.

Property was great easy check in and out. 99 percent satisfied only disappointment was the large master tub hot water never got hot. So i was not able to enjoy that. I would recommend this for sure.

House was perfect for our family vacation, enough room for all of us and plenty of extra space. Outdoor patio and pool area was spacious, we spent most of our time there. Eddie was so responsive as he always is to ensure all our needs were met, great communication

Eddie was an awesome host and was in contact with instructions and was extremely helpful. The house is beautiful and the owner/host has the house fully stocked with everything you will need and then some. We loved our stay and would recommend it to anyone!!

Property is everything that is displayed. Beautiful decor, clean, has all the things needed to live. Pool is wonderful, swam in it daily. Host is extremely responsive and helpful. Absolutely loved this home and would look for it again when visiting. Mom and family couldn’t stop saying what a nice house it was.

I would and will stay here again. The property is just as described so there were no surprises. My family stayed as we were in town for a Celebration of Life for my Mom. The location is perfect and close to anything you could possibly need. It was nice to "come home" to and really felt like home to us.

This house was perfect for our group of 8 adults, plenty or space, both indoor and out. The outside pool area is perfect and where we spent most of our time. Eddie was great, check in was smooth, and listing was spot on. Location was perfect and close to grocery stores, beach, restaurants, etc. I would highly recommend this house.

I needed a vacation away from the noise of every day life but I wanted to be in a place that felt like home. This was perfect for me and my fur baby. It was important that my pup feel at home too and this place was ideal! If you are searching for peace and tranquility, this is the place for you!!

My family and I stayed at this residence for a family wedding, and it was exactly as described. It’s in a great location, easy to get to the water and surrounding restaurants. The heated pool was a nice touch that we all enjoyed. The host was very communicative and efficient and all of their responses. Very much appreciated. Our stay here.

On arrival at this property i must admit my heart sank. The property had a strong musty/stale smoke(?!) smell and did not have the feel of a property that had recently been cleaned ready for paying guests. Unfortunately the pictures used on the website are out of date as this property is tired and in need of an update. On a positive, Eddie Nero was great when we had problems that needed sorting, he would get back to us immediately - thank you!

Nice, clean, quiet property, Management was very quick to respond with a concern over the grill and brought us a new one. Wish there was one more bed in the house, as the futon was uncomfortable. Overall, stay was pleasant.

Great house, nice neighborhood. Second time renting from Eddie, and he is always helpful and quick to return messages. Will continue to book with him! Was slightly disappointed as we thought the pool had a hot tub, and the pool lounge chairs are broken, so we weren't able to move them.

The house is nice had plenty of space for our family to spread out. Kids and adults really enjoyed having a pool to relax in after being out sight seeing and fishing. Highly recommend and will rent again in the future.

My family and I stayed here while visiting family in Vero Beach for my brothers birthday in November & we found out just days before leaving that hurricane Nicole was coming in. We were so worried we’d have to cancel and I didn’t purchase the trip protection. Eddie was so accommodating & responsive and really put me at ease! Our hurricane shutters were up when we got there and the house was in perfect condition! Eddie came by asap to help us finish removing the shutters. The house is beautiful, the decor is perfect and the beds are comfortable! We absolutely loved the pool and the safety gate was perfect for my 2 & 4 year olds! Would 100% book here again!

The house was perfect for two families! We sent our days sitting around the pool and our evening cooking in the well equipped kitchen. This was my second rental of Eddie Nero’s he is always available and so accommodating. Thank you Eddie I will be back.

This was a beautiful home close to my other family. The only details I would have like to have further was the step for the master shower. My wife has MS and that proved to be challenging for her. Everything else was lovely.

Property was as listed. Neighborhood is very quite. Not much in the immediate area but nothing is too far away. No major issues with our stay and I would say the Property is price appropriately for the area but again please be prepared to drive a little for j8st about everything.

Great experience
We stayed at the house for 9 nights in September. The house was clean and very comfortable for kids and adults. The outside area and the pool were also nice and clean. The location is close to beaches and shopping. Eddie was very helpful and accommodating. Overall we had a great experience staying here and we'll be coming back again in the future.

What a great place to stay
From the get-go, Eddie was a great host. Responsive and attentive to my questions and needs. We had two families stay for about 10 days. The pool was great and the highlight for the kids. The place was clean and the layout was great. Cooking in the kitchen went great and we liked the layout. It was close enough to beaches and restaurants.
At one point, we wanted to have a crab boil. I asked Edie if he could help us secure a big crab pot. He legitimately took a crack at helping us, but gave us an alternative option which allowed us to have our crab boil using the local grocery store who could boil the crabs for us. This went above and beyond what we hoped for or expected.
We will definitely be back.
