This beautiful house was perfect for 2 couples, steps from the beach. The kitchen was well-equipped. The owner responded very quickly to our questions. Can’t wait for a return visit.

We really enjoyed the accommodations. We spent some quality family time walking along beach and playing board games. Hope to be back again

Beautiful home and excellent location.

A lovely, spotless,well-designed three-bedroom+den beach house with a beautiful, full view of the ocean. The house is fully-equipped with everything you would need to make yourself at home. The master bedroom and master bathroom feature a large walk-in shower. If you are short (5’) and have any accessibility issues, the master bed may require a step stool to access the bed. This was our fourth year, and we love the beach house, and the Qualicum-Coombs area for a family vacation.

Our family spent 4 days at this location. It is a beautiful location steps away from the ocean. The home was very clean and fully stocked with everything you need. It is a drive into town so if you are looking for quiet this is the place to be :)

I, my mom, sisters and special -needs son thoroughly enjoyed our three nights at this beautiful well cared for Beach House. There was ample room for all of us and the view was beautiful. We didn’t get the best weather so we weren’t able to use the communal fire pit out front but the house was cozy and warm and we couldn’t ask for anything else. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home. It was easy to tell that there was a lot of love and attention to detail. The couches and beds were all super comfortable and high quality sheets and Duvets added very nice touches. My son didn’t want to leave but we told him maybe we could bring him back next year. Thanks again !

By far the best aspects are the gorgeous view of the water and mountains (no other houses can be seen from the living room windows), and the easy access to the beach! We saw seals, bald eagles, and other wildlife every day. Plus, the common area near the beach has a great fire pit we used several times.

We had a wonderful time. The property is amazing and we enjoyed the 180 ocean views. The pictures don’t do this place justice. Inside is modern and well kept and the pool is now open. :) We can’t wait to come back!

Great in all respects, except poor cell reception in the area and adequate, not robust, internet. Was ok for us, but if we were trying to do work, would have been borderline

This place was absolutely gorgeous, right on the ocean and literally has everything we need, including some toys for our son.

We thoroughly enjoyed this cozy, comfortable, classy, casual beach house. We love this neighbourhood and appreciate everything Qualicum has to offer. Thank for enabling us the enjoyment of this wonderful experience.

This property was gorgeous. Beautiful views and the house was fully stocked. We enjoyed the nearby hikes. Hope to be back when the pool is reopened.

Unfortunately some of the renters have not treated this property with the respect it deserves. This is very unfortunate, as this is a high quality, high end property and should be treated as such.

Beautiful home we will definitely come again!

We live in the community and one of my daughters got married by the water. We rented the unit for them to have some space. It was wonderful. The home is fully equipped and would be great for families or a small group of friends. And the view, wow, amazing!!

We had the most amazing time. Full unobstructed views make you feel like you have the whole area to yourself. The home itself is also laid out optimally so everyone staying has plenty of space to be together and private area when you want to wind down to prepare for the next day.

What a joy and privilege to have stayed at this property! We traveled with 6 adults and 3 children (under 5 years old), and the space was just perfect. Our toddler slept wonderfully in her "own room" thanks to the den downstairs. We enjoyed having all of our meals out on the patio with tons of green space for the kids to run around and play. The property had fantastic beach access (just a few steps down), which translated to many beach mornings and endless, gorgeous views of the water. We appreciated all the beach toys available to the kids too (e.g. toy buckets, shovels, etc.)! The kitchen was well-stocked with just about everything needed to make a gourmet meal and having the BBQ was great. We did need some help figuring out the TV/cable, but the owner was quick to call and help when we reached out. Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, the shared pool was closed -- hopefully we can enjoy this next time! The location was great: secluded enough for some privacy and quiet time (it was a gated community, felt very safe and exclusive), but an acceptable drive to grocery stores, Little Qualicum Cheeseworks and Parksville. On our last night at the property we even met some lovely neighbours over s'mores by campfire -- the perfect ending to a much-needed vacation! Some family members were (jokingly, maybe not?) even looking at purchasing properties nearby because they loved it here so much! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

We have visited many places in the world and seen many beautiful homes, but I can honestly say this was the most impressive of them all - total privacy, unobstructed views is the ocean and beautifully decorated and well stocked home. We had an amazing family vacation with our 3 kids and also loved the club house pool and hot tub. Will definitely return!! Thanks so much :)
