Great space for a family stay in Nashville. The spacious, clean yard is perfect for kids, dogs, and games. The owner was immediately responsive to all questions.

We really enjoyed our stay here and commented several times to ourselves how well this home was setup for our young family. Would definitely stay here again if back in the Nashville area.

Molly was great leading up to our stay. The house was clean and cozy! The big, fenced in yard was also very nice!

Property was just right for our family and small dog. Walked to farmers market and nearby restaurants, and short drive to music, shopping, sightseeing, and area universities. Owners were helpful and responsive.

We loved this house. It was very comfortable for our whole group and our five year old loved all the toys and books. Thank you, Molly, for being so thoughtful.

Our trip was amazing and a lot of why it was amazing is directly thanks to this lovely home. The great: - Spacious and cozy place with a backyard that would be perfect for kids or animals. - Comfortable beds and couch. - Awesome kitchen fit for making feasts. - Multiple grocery stores in close proximity. - Quiet and nice neighborhood. The good: - Location was great but a bit far for walking to downtown locations like broadway or printers alley. - Parking is on street but never had an issue with having a spot for our vehicle. - The water pressure in the showers left something to be desired, however we had nice and hot water, with plenty of it. - The house was warm, but it was a little difficult to regulate the temperature in the bedrooms at times. All that said I would gladly recommend this home to anyone/everyone looking to relax in style in Nashville.

Such a fabulous experience! What a joy to feel comfortable with little ones in a home. Can’t say enough positive things about our time there - if you’re traveling with kids in Nashville, this is the home for you!

Our stay was awesome and Molly could have not been more helpful! House is just like photos. The Rarmers Market is very convenient and fun. Jonathan’s Bar and Grill is a great spot to watch a game and an easy walk. The rest of Nashville venues are just a quick Uber away! Thanks Molly!

We traveled here for a long weekend getaway to celebrate a few 50’s birthdays. It was a super place for us, and it would be great for a family with children as well. It was very clean with a nice little outdoor spot perfect for morning coffee or a glass of wine in the evenings. Very conveniently located to Broadway (maybe 5-7 miles) but traffic puts you about 15 minutes away. Within walking distance to cute little neighborhood bars as well. We really enjoyed our visit. Was very much as described.

Overall the property was very nice and as shown in the pictures. No issues with the neighborhood. Quick Uber ride to Broadway. Comfortable beds and plenty of hot water for showers. Would have loved to enjoy the outside space a little more however we forgot to bring a bundle of firewood and kept forgetting to grab it while we were out and about. Would recommend

The property had everything we needed. We walked to a few restaurants in the area. It was a short Uber ride to broadway. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

This house was perfect. Multiple size of beds allowed comfort while sharing rooms. 2 full-size bathrooms was a huge benefit. The outside area allowed fun outdoors during the rain. Absolutely perfect home. Wish I could have the same in all of my vacation rentals. And we really appreciated the home was so well stocked in the kitchen and entertainment areas. Thank you. We had 8 adults and one 2 year old. She loved all of the toys.

We loved our stay! The home was beautiful and had everything we needed. The beds were so comfy! Molly was a wonderful host and was so helpful with any questions we had. The home was in a great location! So close to everything we wanted to see and do. Our first trip to Nashville was perfect and we hope to stay again on a future trip!

We stayed for a short break with grown children visiting from the UK. Nashville was on their bucket list of US cities to visit. This property was more than perfect, walking distance to all the mid/downtown locations we wanted to visit. The house 2as perfect for the 6 of us and our 2 dogs (fully enclosed, dog friendly garden was a bonus). Thr house was immaculately clean, well stocked and comfortable (especially the beds). Our host, Molly was very responsive and helpful, overall a 5/5 stay.

The house is very well appointed. I loved the one downstairs master bdrm. Very short Uber to downtown and Broadway. We walked to and from a few times. Wonderful backyard for a family stay. I will look to stay here again.

Eight of us stayed here comfortably, all the amenities made it enjoyable and very clean with comfy beds. Great location, within a walking distance (a block) from farmers market. Would stay here again.

Perfect for our group of 8 friends looking to have a bit of fun in Nashville. House was well stocked with all that you need. The beds are super comfy. Molly was AMAZING and responded quickly to any inquiries that we had. Quick and inexpensive Uber ride to downtown. Would not hesitate for a second to stay again.

We had such a great weekend getaway at this house.! The house was so cute and had everything we needed. We loved spending time in the back yard playing corn hole. The kitchen was well stocked and allowed us to cook meals with ease. The host was so friendly and very accommodating. I would definitely recommend this house for anyone traveling to Nashville.
