Very clean, well equipped, quiet and conveniently located property

Christine and Dave were great hosts and very attentive. The cottage was very clean and well equipped and would recommend this property for a couple wanting a quiet get away.

This is my third stay and I be never been disappointed. A wonderful cozy “cottage”. Quiet, safe and private. Perfect for a solo female Very well appointed with everything you may need during your stay. I highly recommend!!

Loved this comfortable cottage! Had everything I needed for my stay. Was in a great location, walking to local restaurants was an added bonus. Will stay again!

We had a Spa Day, drove to Clearwater Beach for a grouper sandwich and beach time, drove to Palm Harbor for a comedy show and dinner, enjoyed Harbor Bar for drinks late at night and watching the ball games on their TVs, walked downtown Safety Harbor and also drove to Dunedin for Wild Iris breakfast and then live music at Little Baby Bayou. So much fun!

Christine's Villa was just as advertised clean and cozy,great location. Villa was beautifully decorated. Christine was so easy to get in touch with and very helpful. I would definitely stay again. Great Villa for the price.

Wonderful place to stay in our new favorite town of Safety Harbor. We had plans to go to Clearwater Beach (a favorite as veteran Floridians), but chose to spend most of out time exploring the town. There is so much to do there and Christine's cottage is walking distance to everything in town. Lots of good food and company to be found. The neighborhood is pleasant and walkable. The cottage is cute and maximizes space well. It was super clean and well stocked. Such a comfortable place to stay for a few nights. Beds and pillows were very comfortable. Communication is great. Christine and Dave are there if you need anything while being mindful of your privacy. We loved every minute there and definitely plan to stay again in the future.

Wonderful property and fantastic hosts! The property is very homely, very tastefully done, clean, efficient, excellent attention to detail, and not much noise. It is a comfortable 5 to 6 blocks walk to main street in Safety Harbor. Safety Harbor is great! We would recommend staying here!

Everything about our rental was very easy and accommodating. Very clean, extremely well equipped and convenient to the downtown.

What a gem of a place. Very well appointed and everything you need. Close to town and an easy walk to Safety Harbor Spa & Resort. The outside seating area is quant and cozy. The inside has a French Country view be. Communication with the owner was easy and fast responses. We will definitely be back when visiting the area.

Property was very clean. Easy walking distance to many restaurants bars, and waterfront. Christine and Dave were the most wonderful hosts you could ever ask for. Checkin was easy and well communicated. So many little extras made us feel like we were at home. We will be back again for sure! Thank you so much!

The villa at Harbor house was just what we needed. Comfortable bed, nice living room, clean and beautiful kitchen area. Everything was spotless. Nice washer and dryer in the back which was wonderful to have. The owner had supplied everything I needed including dish soap, and laundry detergent.

This was our second stay at this property and we enjoyed it just as much as the first. Great location and super clean! The water fountain located in the outside sitting area is relaxing!

We have stayed at many properties in this area but The Villa was by far the best. Clean, comfortable, beautiful design/decor(wow on the shower), great location and attentive hosts. No detail has been overlooked. Alexa was even playing Caribbean music when we arrived! Outdoor spaces were great. We would move here in a heartbeat. We will never stay anywhere else the next time here. Thanks to Christine and David, our hosts, for a wonderful stay.

This adorable place was clean and well appointed. There was nothing left undone. She even left us a personalized message with a bottle of wine for our honeymoon! Definitely would stay here again! Safety Harbor is a cute little town and we enjoyed the local eatery’s and music.

Unit is very clean and has features to fit the area but is a beach scene and is very functional. Would definitely stay there again.

We stayed for a work trip and felt like we were at a resort. The location is perfect for walking around the sights, eats, and easy to navigate. Christine was great with communication. The wifi supported both of us and our work devises. Every single thing we could have needed was there. Fantastic experience.

The villa was even better than depicted in the photos. Impeccably clean, beautiful decor and the nicest hosts. The location was perfect for dining and shopping in Safety Harbor. We could walk to everything. I have informed all my family and friends. They also have two additional villas that we got to see if you need space for more guests. I will be back.

This unit was perfect in every way. Christine has everything covered- modern unit, beautiful, shower is incredible, Christine was very accessible. The sitting area outside is wonderful. The town Safety Harbor was so fun. The unit is walkable from everything in town. So fun! I’m going back!!!

This is a really nice property. The location is perfect. It sits on a quiet residential street a couple of blocks from Main Street. The Safety Harbor Art & Music Center is around the corner. There is a really nice, private sitting area just outside the front door. There is an outdoor kitchen with laundry outside the back door. The amenities are complete with waterfall shower, dish washer, coffee pot, ironing board, two large televisions, and large refrigerator. The bedroom can be closed off from the house with sliding barn doors. The couches are comfortable. WiFi worked great. It even came with an Alexa, which was a pleasant and welcome surprise. Very tastefully updated. It’s not large, but large enough for two, and maybe a couch crasher. We would definitely return.
