This little unit at the back of the property was utterly charming in a measure once cut twice kind of way. I loved the distance to the Safety Harbor shops on Main Street, the spa and the brand new pickleball courts at Marshall Street Park. Everything was super clean, the water was hot and the bed comfortable. Bring earplugs if you are sensitive to street noise while trying to sleep. Best to communicate with the owner through VRBO messaging.

Finally a vacation rental as clean as the ratings suggest! Great location! Easy to check in and check out! Everything we could possibly need was there! The bed is very firm and hurt my hips. A 3 in gel foam topper from Walmart or Costco would solve that problem easily! I choose clean over the bed any day and will try to stay here again. Thank you, Luisa!

Cute property behind the owners main home which is convenient and a little odd as the owners are out and about. Patio is adorable. Water pressure is very low. Plenty of space for the three of us.

Definitely a hidden gem in Safety Harbor! This property was perfect for us. We could walk to shops and restaurants. It was a short drive to visit other areas of interest. We plan to stay here again in the future. Luisa was a wonderful host.

The guest house was much bigger than I anticipated. Loved the location to downtown Safety Harbor! Only downside was the skylight in the bedroom, since I’m sensitive to the morning light. I would stay here again!

This was a perfect location, we were able to walk to dinner. The place was quiet and we never even saw the host. If you have trouble with stepping over things or going up steps, this isn't the place for you because there are a variety of levels on the property. However if you just need a safe, comfortable place to stay on your trip, this is perfect! My friend and I felt very safe and comfortable staying here.

This apt was in walking distance to Main St which is what we wanted. Major plus! It was very clean. The kitchen refrigerator and cabinets need to be updated to match the overall feel of the open concept living room/kitchen. This open concept is very nice, nice furniture and is quite large. 3 window air conditioners provide adequate cooling but take up the windows. However, sliding glass front door provides good natural light into the room. The tv and WiFi were good. The outside area wasn’t guest ready yet but we weren’t going to use it anyway on this trip. It looks like it would be a fun place to hang out when ready. Easy coming and going. Easy parking. We enjoyed our 2 nights!

My husband and I met my son in Clearwater for Phillies spring training! Our stay was perfect, clean and close to everything. Luisa was a great hostess.

The unit is very homey; the pictures online didn’t do it justice. Had all the amenities we needed; a great location to nearby stores and sites.

Family arrived from Ohio and Marilyn for my husband's 75th birthday! Louisa's guest house was a blessing as we all couldn't fit at our villa. Location was great and safe to walk to the charming and fun Main St of Safety Harbor. The guest home was comfortable and the yard was like a tropical get away with lights, hammock, fire pit, table and chairs. It was perfect for our weekend together. Louisa did everything she could to make their stay relaxing and memorable. So much better than a hotel. The family was able to enjoy and bond with each other, as they had not all been together for many years. ❤️

Such an adorable, clean & quiet place within walking distance to Main St. Our flight was delayed, what a nice surprise when we arrived to find the lights and AC had been turned on for us. It was not as warm as we had hoped and it would have been great to sit outside in the garden, we did however enjoy our daily walks to town. This little gem did not disappoint. Ana & Chris

Quaint little back yard cottage a couple blocks off Main Street. Easy walk to town. Parking onsite is very convenient when downtown events occur, particularly 3rd Friday when Main is closed for street vendors. Property manager responds to messages within minutes.

My parents and I stayed here for a weekend that we were in town for a concert at Ruth Eklard Hall. This place was perfect for the 3 of us. Very well equipped and comfortable, The location is walking distance to the cute downtown Safety Harbour. So much to see there walking around there, I would recommend this place to anyone staying in the area.

The guest house was cozy, clean, and situated in an excellent location, safe and in easy walking distance to shops and restaurants. Luisa communicated everything very well. I will book here any time I'm visiting Safety Harbor.

Luisa has a nice, spacious, quiet, one-bedroom guest house in the back yard of her home about a third of a mile from the heart of downtown Safety Harbor. Luisa is a gracious host, and responded very quickly to my questions. The guest house is well-equipped for living and dining. There are two window unit air conditioners that work well to keep the house cool on hot, humid Florida days. A couple of small downsides are that there is no hot water to the bathroom sink (Luisa said a plumber will fix this at some point), and the bedroom has no windows, so is dark without using artificial light. We really enjoyed our stay!
