Our family really enjoyed our stay. The house was conveniently located close to downtown Safety Harbor and in a quiet neighborhood. We will definitely consider booking again at this property.

Second time staying at the anchor house, both times everything was great

We stayed here because we were getting some construction down on our house. We loved the proximity to downtown and the pier. My 5 year old loved the flamingo bed and being able to walk to all the places, including 3rd Friday. Carole was super responsive and my daughter loved the little surprise she left. If you're looking for a little bit of Old Florida in a cute, quiet neighborhood-- you found it!

Lovely location and Carole is a delight to work with! Having brought my younger children here I am giving it 4.5 out of 5 stars because there were some safety concerns with young kids. The microwave table is incredibly wobbly and the peach bed is up on bricks which made me nervous. Other than that, this place is great!

I felt very safe and comfortable staying at the Anchor House. My husband could only join me the first couple nights, but I remained so that I could visit with our new twin grandbabies!

I live locally about 15 minutes away from the town of safety Harbor. My father came to visit and we decided to do a staycation. The house was perfect for us. The town was even more perfect. We walked, biked, and ate at some of the best restaurants. We will be coming back.

Having stayed at the Anchor house last year we decided to make our stay this year a bit longer. Great place to stay in Safety Harbor. Enjoyed walks along the bay and into town and enjoyed local eateries. We loved our stay.

We were in town for my daughter's softball tournament. This house was in the perfect location. It was nestled back in the super cute Safety Harbor community. Carole was so attentive to our needs and left the prettiest bouquet of flowers from a local flower shop. We loved our quiet week at the Anchor House.

We had a wonderful time. The location is perfect , walking distance to activities in town and the marina and the trail along the bay for walking or biking. The backyard being fenced was a bonus to be able to let the dog out to run off leash. The house was clean and had everything we needed for a short stay.

It was very nice to stay in this property. Clean, well stocked, and comfortable beds. It was very easy to bike the area. Biking along the bay was amazing and the parks were beautiful. We were grateful to have the two bikes that came with the property to use. Carole was very responsive and friendly.

We give Carole the highest marks. If we could give her 10 stars we would. Great location, clean, large fenced yard for our dog. Carole thought of everything.

Our host provided a notebook of activities to do in the area and a delicious chocolate bar on the table, Bedrooms are color coordinated and themed and have very comfortable with pillow top mattress. Our host is right on it when our porch light went out and was over in short time to fix it and make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. She informed us of many things to do including walking the pier and lots of little stores and restaurants in the bay area just few blocks walking distance from the property. The property is close to Tampa airport only 20 minutes away which was the reason why we stayed there. Only 25 minutes from Clearwater Beach. Many areas of shopping close by.

My girlfriend and I drove down from NJ and arrived at the Anchor house all ready for us to stay. Place is clean and perfect for us as we were allowed to bring our small dog. Bikes are available and a nice short ride into town. My brother lives in Safety Harbor and the bikes were awesome as we rode them over to his place. Made a mistake on my reservation and luckily no one was checking in and Carole was very accommodating in allowing us to stay the extra day. Already looking to coming back to the Anchor House next year. Thanks again Carole for sharing your place with us. Vinny & Susan
