It’s a perfect spot for a small team to stay. Everyone still had their own room and bathroom, but we had a common space to meet as well. Highly recommend!

The 4 bedroom unit was ideal for our group. Loved having the kitchen & living room to allow us to spend time together. Location is easy walking distance to French Quarters but is quiet when you want to escape.

The Natchez property is perfect location to experience the “best of New Orleans”. The property was very clean and while keeping the historical structure was modern and luxurious. Perfect stay!! We can’t wait to visit again!!

Stayed for 2 nights with families. Great place. Love the fact that it has 4 bedrooms and 4 full baths. Place is very clean and beautiful . Location perfect. Close enough to get to all the attractions. Had problems with cold water but it was fix the next day. Staff at reception all nice. Will highly recommend this place and love to stay again next time.

We came to town on a business trip. Location was perfect to all of the hot spots in NOLA, staff was prompt and super easy to communicate with, concierge for the groceries prior to the visit was on point, and the 4 bedroom unit we stayed in was exactly as advertised. Easy to walk to anywhere. Would definitely stay again.

Traveled to NOLA with 3 other couples and stayed in 4BR/4BA condo - great experience - had a blast talking with good friends late into the night after great NOLA dinners and condo was large enough to have some privacy when needed - love the CBD location - so many great restaurants and French Quarter within easy walking distance - we'll be back!

The rental boasts a luxury accommodation. The unit is sparsely furnished so w/ only one luggage rack per room your clothes stay on the floor if they do not hang on a hanger. The kitchen was missing a complete set of utensils and was not as advertised ( “gourmet kitchen”).

We loved having separate bedrooms and bathrooms for our stay and found the pool and hotel a comfortable oasis in all the Midst of the New Orleans hubbub

Only thing i would change is putting two double beds in two of the bedrooms and consider a pullout couch. It can sleep 8 only if they are couples.

Great spot, accommodating place.

Great space, perfect location, and very friendly staff. The beds were extremely comfortable. It was a bit difficult to get up and explore the city after sleeping on Cloud 9. Bathrooms were of good size, and featured beautiful finishes. A befitting space for traveling groups with individual ambient temperature preferences; every room had its own thermostat. We will definitely stay here again! Thank you for hospitality.

3 out of the 4 rooms DID NOT HAVE HOT WATER. (Upper level bedroom had hot water) People staying with me complained the first morning we were there and they stated they would fix it. Second day there it was slightly "warmer" but still cold water to the point that the front desk allowed them to shower in a different suite cause it was horrendous. We stayed for 4 days 3 nights and the 3 rooms on the lower level never got hot water no matter how many times we complained or asked for help. When you're visiting from out of town and staying anywhere the two things that need to be done right are beds and hot water for a shower.... if you cant get those right... that's a problem considering that's all the rooms are really used for. Place was great and beautiful otherwise. Also great location... but the cold showers ruined it for us!

I booked The Natchez for a group. The staff is excellent very helpful . There Condos are spacious updated great for families or groups. AHome Away From Home

This was my first time in New Orleans. Not only is the Natchez a great location, it is an absolutely beautiful condo. Had an amazing weekend. Lots of great food! I will def return to the Natchez.

The Natchez is really a hotel rather than a set of condos people are renting out. The property is perfectly located for any number of activities. It is basically in the center of everything you might want to do in New Orleans. But, the place needs work. Indeed it was still under construction when we arrived, something we were not really expecting. The place advertises that it has hot tubs. Yes it does. No one in my party was willing to go in because the water looked like it needed to be replaced, or at least filtered. During our stay someone from the staff was carrying out garbage over the weekend and the bag leaked in the elevator and in the front hall. It was not cleaned up until Monday. As to the unit, as advertised it had four baths. It also had exactly four small bars of soap. That means either a bar for the sink or shower, but not both. Yes, we fixed this by going to the front desk and getting additional bars. Still, why should guests have to do that? While I am pointing out missing items, none of the baths came with a soap dish. Another issue was that the area over the kitchen sink was unfinished during our stay. A wire for, I hope, a range hood was sticking out of the wall. The stove lacked a range hood and needless to say that meant opening all the windows when we sauteed food. Would I go back? Sure thing! When the Natchez is finished and they get some of the bugs worked out of what to supply the units with, I imagine it will be a great place to stay in a great location.
