Cute cottage in great location. Overall needs a good clean. Absolutely lethal staircase to upper floor - very steep and narrow - death trap for toddlers and seniors. Lots of steps - step up into bathroom; step down into downstairs bedroom. VERY high downstairs bed - step stool provided!! Downstairs bed is not a double (one-and-half at best) and jammed under window so accessible only from one side. Nice garden but gate doesn’t latch so not kid/pet proof. Bin men took gate off its hinges and left it off!

Wonderful cottage so well equipped everything you need . Lovely log burner and in the best position in sherringham . 5 stars all round 😁

The four of us enjoyed our week's stay at Beach Haven. We liked the cottage, which is well equipped and newly refurbished. The location is convenient, we were able to walk to the shops in Sheringham, and there are great sandy beaches to visit nearby at low tide. There is parking at the cottage and there are many other interesting places to visit a car ride away.

Enjoyed our stay but found on arrival that cutlery wasn't clean and one of the sheets on the downstairs bed wasn't clean either ; also hadn't noticed that you needed steps to get into the downstairs bed. would also find helpful a notice advising what was to go in the recycling and rubbish bins as we do not live in uk house was really nicely decorated and beds comfortable, plenty of towels and good to have a toilet upstairs; the kitchen was well equipped and we enjoyed our stay and would recommend it
