We had a wonderful week! Everything was as posted in listing. This condo is extremely nice and in an excellent location with wonderful views. Several units in our tower experienced air conditioner issues the first night. I sent a text and email to the number provided for maintenance and someone was at our room to check it out by 10 am the following morning. We will definitely return. Thanks again for a wonderful week!

Warren Beach Rentals is the best! We took this trip to the beach with our adult children and our 2 grand daughters. This was a wonderful place to stay ! The condo was absolutely PERFECT!!!! Could not ask for better. Very comfortable and SUPER CLEAN! Comfortable beds! The hosts were very accommodating and informative about everything. It is even better than the pics and description show. You can walk to pier park, shuckums, and lots of other places!!!!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND! We will be back for sure!

We enjoyed our week in this nice unit! Location is ideal, decor is attractive, and space was just right for our group of seven (4 adults and 3 teens). The lounge chairs / umbrellas waiting down on the sand each day are a huge plus! And the Dole Whip sold right across the street was an unexpected bonus. 😀 Our only constructive feedback is that the description of the unit is a bit misleading… All 3 bedrooms have attached bathrooms, but we definitely do NOT consider the middle bedroom to be a “second master” by any stretch. The king bed fills the entire space AND its headboard blocks the window almost completely. So there’s no ocean view as advertised. (This isn’t a deal-breaker, but groups expecting to have “two masters” will be sorely disappointed. We now understand why no photo of that bedroom was included in the listing.)

We visit PCB often and this condo was (by far) the very best. The proximity to Pier Park was perfect. The beach view was amazing.

The place was so close to shopping and restaurants! And the resort is right on the beach!

Our group of 2 families had a great time! The location was perfect - close to the water and walking distance to many restaurants, shopping, and entertainment.

Excellent energy. Open floor spacious layout with 3 generous bedrooms. Relaxing balcony overlooking the ocean. There is two large pools one is heated. Walking distance to restaurants. Parking is across the street but there is a walkway with carts to transport luggage. You must show your parking pass to enter & leave the lit, so print or screenshot to your phone. There is a small store & coffee shop on site. We stayed in bldg 1 of calypso. Bldg 1 & 2 are on the beach. The 3rd bldg is across a busy road. No alcohol on the beach permitted 3/1 till 4/1 to prevent spring breakers from vacationing in Panama City. The beach was beautiful. Highly recommend this place.

We really enjoyed our stay. The condo was very clean and decorated beautifully. We had such a restful time. The beach was calm, the condo was very inviting snd warm. I will definitely stay here again.

Beautiful place in a beautiful setting. The view is amazing. The condo was well appointed and had everything you need. The location is close to everything, including Pier Park, walmart and our favorite seafood restaurant Dusty’s.

All details were communicated clearly. Check in/out was super easy. The unit was wonderful, clean, and even better than we thought it would be. Convenient to walk to beach, pier, and many shops.

We absolutely loved this newly renovated condo with the gorgeous ocean views and space. Our favorite spot was sitting on the full balcony each night listening to the waves and watching the beautiful starry sky.

Very easy process

Calypso Resort was beautiful! The property was beautiful and very clean. Our unit 2201, was gorgeous. Very up to date with all needed amenities. Even with a 22nd floor unit the elevators were quick; we never waited more than one minute or so for an available elevator. We were in walking distance to pier Park, Alvin’s Islans, the pier, and several excellent restaurants. We enjoyed a golf cart rental from outlaw rentsls which was directly across the street. Walmart was nearby. We truly would’ve never needed our vehicle again after arriving other than to avoid the rain! We loved everything about our family vacation and will definitely be booking at Calypso again!!

We loved Calypso 2201! My friends and I have stayed in many condos in PCB and they said this was their favorite by far. The set up is great with 3 bathrooms. The beds were so comfy. The view is beautiful. This condo is exactly the way it looks like online. Very clean and we did not have any issues. Very close to all you need. We love the beach and Tiki Bar. We park our car and never use it. Warren Beach Rentals is so smooth to work with as well. Very prompt and so nice. We've rented from them before so I knew it would be a breeze. We loved our stay and will rent this unit again! Thank you Warren Beach Rentals for a great vacation!

Excellent location , great views.Nice condo.

This condo is tastefully designed and very comfortable, which made our very first stay on Panama City Beach absolutely amazing. The condo was very clean, balcony views were amazing – this is a corner unit, views of sunrises and sunsets were truly breathtaking. This location is so close to many great restaurants, attractions and shopping. We did not have a vehicle due to the walkability of the area and rented a golf cart for a day (just a block away from the condo) to explore more of PCB. Overall we would highly recommend this unit and Warren Beach Rentals, they were very responsive with our questions. We will definitely be staying here again in the future!

The place was clean and beautifully decorated. The view was spectacular. The host was very responsive to concerns. My mom didn't want to go out with us on excursions because she was so content and comfortable in the unit. She has decided that she wants to spend her birthday in that unit

Didn’t leave enough supplies like toilet paper, trash bags, paper towels. No laundry detergent. Also the leaving room furniture were not clean properly. Under the seating cushions and some stains on the sides. Other than that we loved the apartment.

We always love staying at the calypso because it’s walking distance to so much in PCB! loved that it came with 4 cars too! The beds were all comfy and showers had amazing water pressure! We would definitely stay again.

This was a beautiful condo, nicely decorated on the 22nd floor so the view was amazing!! My boys whose ages are 12 and 16 enjoyed having their own rooms with their own bathrooms. I personally loved the paint color and how it flowed throughout the condo giving it such a relaxing ambiance. The couch and chair in the living room was very comfortable and looked great from a distance....I mean it's white so there are a few little stains. Location was perfect, straight across from Pier Park!! Honestly after we parked in the Calypso garage we never had to get in the car to go anywhere, everything we needed was within walking distance. We would definitely stay again! Great condo, great location and great vacation.

We loved the location and access to everything such as the beach stores etc. The pool was not open during the week we were there however all other pools around us were. The condo wasn’t very clean. The first night my spouse went to turn on the faucet to the tub and the faucet fell off. I reached out to the email provided and they came first thing the next morning. But we had to wonder how much cleaning was done to that particular bathroom if the cleaners didn’t notice the broken faucet. Also it was pretty dusty and the floors were quite dirty. The place is nice don’t get me wrong, it just wasn’t up to standards clean. I would recommend staying there if they can get the cleaning problem worked out.

This was our first trip to PCB & this property did not disappoint! Amazing views from the 22nd floor, beautiful clean beach, pier park was just a short walk & Mitch the owner was quick to respond before & after booking & once we arrived. We had 2 small issues that were fixed within minutes of contacting maintenance. We were with our adult children & 2 1/2 YO grandson. We would highly recommend!
