The only good thing about the place is that I don't have to drive far for much.

The Wi-Fi is so bad that I can't even read my emails. The TV picture is blue, and the TV goes to the rest screen by itself during a movie, the news,or something else. The rates are Way too high for what they offer. The laundry facility has been broken down for almost a week, so I can't do my laundry. The vending machine is broken too. The floors are pealing up everywhere. The heater in the room doesn't work right. The room smells like pee at times.All they are interested in, is taking advantage of people.

The night manager threatened me and my family. Have police show up for my kids crying in the middle of the night with guns point at me in front of my children. The triple if not more charged me after I checked out over $500 to $1000 . They messed with my car. The room had no remote no Ac or heat . No working phone smell terrible. Disgusting very rude staff

The computer went down, four times I had someone beating on my door asking if I was leaving. I wasn't and only had a couple hours sleep. She then argued that I was on her check out list, later she said she didn't know who was checking out and I was all set. Never apologized for the distribution . Lots of dust under nightstands and bed.

Everything. I was soo pleased with this place. The customer service was nice the room was big and clean with a ton of amenities. The price was great for what you get I will definitely be staying again.

The location was very convenient to visit family, centrally located. The room was as pictured and enough space for us for a few days. The staff at reception were friendly and helpful, including night staff.

Just not well put together. Seemed very expensive for what it was. Never gone to an extended stay that gad no dishes, Paper towels, or basic amenities. Not even a soap dish in the bathroom. Just a little disappointing for the cost.

Location was great, price was really good, room was new and clean.

Almost know amenities. Couldn't even get a cup of coffee. The shower head pressure is the lowest I've ever seen. Like it's difficult to even get your hair wet and the soap off your body.

I loved the modern mixed with old fashioned style of the room. Very homey and this is now one of my favorite places to stay. Awesome value!

My only complaint is that the floor in my room was pretty dirty. I had to change my socks from walking on the floor 10 minutes after taking my shower.

The room was nice a bit smaller than I thought it would be. Some of the staff were very nice, not all.

The guy in the room next to me played a acoustic guitar at 11:30 PM I knocked on his door to ask him to stop he didn't answer so I just said out loud if he could you please stop I went back to my room and an hour later he banged on my wall about 8 times which is were the bed was located and he started playing the guitar again around 2:30 AM. The guitar playing wasn't that loud just irritating because he sucked at it and kept playing the same few cords over and over. People seemed to hang out in the halls and talk at night kind of irritating. I know you have to expect some noise but the staff could at least walk the halls at night and ask people to keep down the noise. It was pretty easy to hear other peoples tv's as well the door is kind of thin.
