Location, location and location. It's conveniently connected to Dubai Mall. However, the property itself is amazing, very stylish, and with breathtaking views on Burj Khalifa. Rooms and nicely designed, thus it's comfortable to stay both alone and with kids. Nice and all necessary amenities. Good breakfast and exceptionally great food for the club lounge.

Nothing to say. But if necessary - you need to wait for the elevator for quite some time. Kids room is not the best - but to be honest while staying with my child, we used it only once, as there are plenty of play areas in the mall.

Great location and exceptionally friendly personnel. Zinab was wonderful, helping us get a great upgrade to a Royal Suite with a stunning view on the Burj and Fountains. assisting the family with all needs, during our stay! We had a life-time experience, including a first view on the year-end fireworks on the Burj

Perfection is made in this hotel ! I loved and is my favourite hotel so far. Had Free ViP lounge breakfast because it was my birthday also a lot of extras like decorating my room, free piece of cake with happy birthday . And the staff the most wonderful people from cleaning to reception etc. very friendly and professional. My respects for them!

The customers who comes there are most of them people with money and because they are rich treat the staff very poorly and not with respect ! The owner or manager of the hotel need to appreciate their staff and don’t let those customers treat them this way! Because your rich don’t gives you the right to treat others bad! I experience this only in Dubai in expensive hotels or places but don’t know why! I never treat people this way no matter where they come from.

The property is pretty near to almost all downtown attractions. Facilities are good and clean. Taxi is easy to get and the staff are super friendly. We would like to express our gratitude to those who work at the front desk for their help, and Kevin & Rashid at the concierge for their assistance with a wonderful trip to Abu Dhabi, which is well with it. Thank you for making our holidays in Dubai so memorable!

AC was either too cold or too warm. Old school plugs for power, new hotels now have USBs

Address made us feel special, at 'home', well taken care off. Getting to know the management and staff as well...amazing people, service and all around. The location is also great!
