Perfect location. Clean room and lovely friendly staff.

Beautiful large room, with a lovely view. Very well appointed bathroom with upgraded plumbing. Easy and convenient access to Mall of Emirates. Service staff all well trained and helpful.

The renovation noise filtered through to the room during the day, making it impossible to sleep. The lobby was a little overcrowded, probably constrained by the renovation.

معامله سئيه وتاخير غير مبرر في تسليم الغرف ومن ثما تم اعطائنا غرفه رائحتها محاري 🤢

لا يوجد شئ يستحق الاشاده مده الاجازه كانت مع عمال الصيانه في اصلاح وتنظيف الحمام الذي تصدر منه روائح المجاري

All the staff are excellent specially at the reception Mr.Ramadan and Ms.Mona The outstanding Arabic coffee man.

The iftar/suhoor prices were expensive unlike what we have been told at the reception. Also, the fact that we have to go into two different elevators, it was annoying the space was too tight in front of the service elevator (G too. 5 floor ) the reception space was too small to fit all the people.

Everything was amazing, it was my 6th or the 7th stay here, this time it was much better Infact brilliant because they have renovated and the rooms and now it more comfortable and relaxing. Big shoutout to Safa at the check-in desk, one amazing soul.

Breakfast quality is average. The resolutions impact on navigating the hotel. It is over priced for Dubai. I'd love a coffee machine, for paying this price

Staff was kind and helpful. My room was well decorated and comfortable. Housekeeping services very handy. General cleaning was good.

Actually i didn’t like breakfast. Food variaties were limited, buffet was splited not easy to reach. TV set and channels in the room sholud be improved a bit.

Laundry service is poor. Breakfast - couldn’t try, because after we dined the table to have finally have it someone decided it is the best time to wash the top and we had a rain of dirty water on our heads, food… we were shocked and asked for a manager, who said that it’s fine we can take another table. Which we decided not to do, just to change and find another place. Important to mention front desk still charged us for the breakfast we never had, even though they were informed about the situation.

The staff is super friendly and professional.

I hated the check in. We arrived early, had breakfast and at about 11 am we asked if we could get into our rooms as we were tired and needed to take a shower and feel.better. The rooms were not occupied and were ready for occupation..They told us that there would be an.additional charge of 300 Dirhams. I said that it was robbery and they should escalate. They did nothing about my complaint. I was charged 300 Dirhams for.1 hour early.check in. I will retaliate by giving your hotel tne worst revue on Trip advisor and Google. This stupidity will cost you big time

The rooms have been updated to a high standard and much more trendy.

The check-in at the reception was a bit slow. They need to be more efficient as travelers are often tired when they arrive and need to have the process of checking in done very quickly.

Location, Staff and cleanness

We always pick this hotel for its perfect location in the Mall of the Emirates. So convenient to meet friends in different restaurants, and to shop and drop the bags, or rest for a while! However we were very disappointed this time.

We stayed here over ten times. Being regular customers, we were very offended by the way we were treated at check-in. We arrived late in the evening, our card had a network issue, and the person at reception, Eyad, was extremely rude and non cooperative. The next morning our issue was solved immediately by another, much more competent person, Faissal. It seems there was no issue at all to start with. Only an ignorant staff member. No apologies were made, except when I complained again at checkout.

اكتشفنا ان حجزنا مش مضبوط.. نحن طلبنا غرفتين لعدد 6 اشخاص وكان الحجز غرفتين لعدد 3 اشخاص .. وكان علينا دفع الفارق الحمام زجاجي .. ولكن هناك ستائر عن الفضيحة لا نعرف الحكمة من وجود مصعدين للفندق .. واحد من الاستقبال مع المجمع مع الفندق ... والآخر من الفندق مع الحجرات..

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Some of the ones whose names i remember are Sami, Amr, Ibrahim. But generally all the staff were super friendly . The food was great.

As I am a breakfast lover, it plays a crucial role in my satisfaction or dissatisfaction. having this point in mind, I can say that the quality and variety of breakfast was very good.

well, i guess everything was good enough. while personnel were polite, I would suggest that the owners of the hotel may want to hold some training sessions for the staff to level them upper in term of customer care...

Nie trzeba naprawdę nic pisać. Trzeba przyjechać. Podczas pobytu każdy czuje się tak, jakby był najważniejszym gościem w hotelu. Obsługa przemiła. Po przyjeździe "przydzielony" opiekun pokoju, który był przemiły. Pościele odświeżane codziennie. Nic dodać, nic ująć. Z całą pewnością jeszcze tam wrócimy. Dzięki pobytowi tutaj podczas innych wyjazdów w pierwszej kolejności będziemy szukać miejsc właśnie w tej sieci
