Unit is very tastefully decorated. Close to beach, easy walk. Only negative was washer and dryer is not in condo and expected to do laundry for the condo. Enjoyed Sanibel and close proximity to beach

This condo has been completely redone after the hurricane. It is beautifully decorated and fully stocked with the items you need to make your stay comfortable. The location is perfect! Just a short walk down the condo’s path to the beach. When you’re done with the beach, the pool is right next to the condo. Loved staying here! Loves everything about our stay!

We very much enjoyed our stay. The unit is newly renovated and well appointed, with bright, cheerful decor and very well-equipped kitchen. Just a few steps to the beach, in a prime location, within short drive of some wonderful restaurants. The owners were quick to communicate with us, answer our questions and make us feel very welcome. Wonderful hosts!

We just finished our stay and couldn’t have been happier!! This newly remodeled place was so well done and exceeded everything we were expecting! All check in and check out instructions were easy to follow, and the owner was very nice and responsive! Beautiful property steps from the beach and so close to the pool you can see it from the lanai. LOVED our stay here and can’t wait to come back!

This property was clean and a great location on Sanibel Island. We loved using the salt water pool. This unit specifically had a lot of beach and pool items (chairs, umbrella, etc) that we were able to use. The physical manual on the coffee table needs updated and doesn't match all of the information that was emailed, so I think that's why a previous guest mentioned they needed to vacuum etc. It was never communicated to us that that was expected. Thank you for a great stay!

The condo was as per the listing. Some of the kitchen items (pots & pans, knives) could be replaced but all in all we had what was needed. The keys were hard to use and lock box was difficult to open. When reporting an issue with the garbage disposal I was contacted back quickly with resolution. Nice place and enjoyed our stay!!

Condo was smaller and dated. The master bathroom area with the toilet and shower was tiny. I can see where a larger person would have trouble getting in/out of the room. The double sink area was nice. Walk-in closet with a supply closet off of it. Owner states to only use bath towels in the bath area and beach towels only at the pool and beach. I can usually tell the difference between the two types, but, in this case, I couldn't and things were not labeled. Glad we brought our own. The master bed was uncomfortable and wobbly. Pillows were flat and could definitely use updating. If you are used to sleeping with 2 pillows, bring your own. The master lanai was spacious, had a view of the street, and was a collection point for beach accessories. The owner does supply umbrella and chairs and a cart. A few toys were spotted, along with tubes and pool noodles. There were 2 good umbrellas, but someone should take out all the broken stuff. The second bedroom beds were also uncomfortable and wobbly. The 2nd bathroom seemed nice and is bigger than the master. The dining room and living room are dated but decorated simply. The receiver for the tv needed to constantly be reset.. The kitchen has most of what you need. The main lanai was also spacious, with a view of the main parking lot. The parking space for the condo is in a tight corner spot for our truck. Not impossible, but tight. The walk to the beach is easy and there are several paths you can take. The stations to rinse yourself and stuff after the beach are not within the immediate area of the condo or the main path to the condo. There was road construction going on in the immediate area and all the asphalt trucks parked on the property. The office on site is only concerned about the parking space registration. Everything else relating to this condo is a completely separate property manager who is not on site. We could hear all of our neighbors. Several families would play loud music on their balconies. Several were yelling at their kids. We could hear every time someone actually urinated. Not just the flushing of the toilet. Understandably, the owner would like guests to clean up after themselves, to include vacuuming. This is impossible with the supplied vacuum since it is missing a wheel. We also discovered the kitchen sink leaked into a bucket underneath. This is also where additional cleaning supplies are kept. Overall, we were very disappointed.

Very accommodating. Fantastic amenities. Everything looks like the pictures! We had a great time here and would recommend this place to anymone visiting Sanibel.

This condo was clean and comfortable. Nice location, close to pool, beach, restaurants, and shopping. We enjoyed our stay! The condo did have a musty smell and the beach equipment need replaced.

Three senior ladies came looking for relaxation, beach time and exploring the island. The condo was on the quiet end of the property with a short walk to the beach and pool. The condo was stocked with everything we needed, check in was a breeze, all instructions we received we were able to unpack and start our vacation. Looking to rebook again, highly recommend this property.

We enjoyed our time this week. Sanibel Siesta is our favorite vacation place because it’s close to the beach & meets all our needs. Family with teens, but good for all ages!

Arrived to freezing cold unit. Called number of “maintenance” person and left message. Never got return phone call. Went to the store and bought batteries for thermostat to solve problem. Sent owner an email, also never got a response. Toilet in hall bath would keep running if you didn’t lift lid to fix. Never did get TV in living area to work. Overall, dated unit. Location was good.

Very clean and comfy-my family and I had a nice, restful trip. The area was quiet and very suited for retired folks, or people who want a quiet retreat.

Very nice spaces, great bedding. Kitchen well equiped. Shuffleboard near pool. Easy walk to beach. Secure lanai for bikes.

Beautiful condo with spacious living/dining room and two covered patios. Beds very comfortable and well stocked with everything from beach towels to beach chairs to kitchen appliances. Steps from the pool and a very short walk to the beach. Short walk/ride to Periwinkle with tons of great shops and restaurants; great location on island. Bike rentals available from the complex. Host was very helpful and responsive. Be sure to check out the tiki bar next door - awesome frozen cocktails!

Unit 201 had everything we needed for a perfect week long stay on Sanibel. Our two teenagers appreciated having separate twin beds and their own bathroom, and my husband and I enjoyed starting our day with coffee on the screened in lanai. The condo was stocked with beach chairs and towels, along with a handy cart for taking everything down (though the walk to the beach was really short, and we could hear the ocean from the lanai). Everything was clean and comfortable, and the condo was nice and quiet at night. We rented bikes for the week and only used our rental car once to go into Fort Myers...Loved how proximate the condo was via bike to Sanibel shops and restaurants. A wonderful stay overall - thank you!

The unit is in a great location and is very, very roomy for 2 people. Had a great time.

Unit 201 of Sanibel Siesta was comfortable and within an easy walk to the beach. We enjoyed our stay.

This reservation was done on line. The pictures of the property were as seen in person. Nicely decorated, very clean and parking right out the door. Grills in the area and shuffleboard were both used. We would definitely come here again.

Perfect for a couple or small family, walking distance to the beach, pool, and some small grocery stores and restaurants in the nearby area.

We spend a very nice week in this property. Location is great, near east end of island. Good shelling on neighboring beach, good selection of beach toys. The only reason that communication was rated at less than 5 stars is that the VRBO messaging app goofed up and delayed some essential communication near beginning of stay. Not the owner's fault. VRBO - fix this.

This was out 26 year anniversary trip. We had a great time and loved the condo. It was mostly as indicated. It was clean and condo grounds were beautiful. Close to the beach! The check-in process was little confusing, but nothing you can't over come. Luckily a lady was walking by and told us where the key was. Additionally, it was like an Easter egg hunt looking for all the towels, linens, etc. Recommend the owner label some of the closets and/or provide some written instructions upon check-in.
