What a beautiful house and outstanding view. We stayed in between Christmas and New Years Eve to visit family who had moved recently to the area. The house was spotless and had everything we needed. The view could not be beat, so close to the beach. We enjoyed watching the large ships occasionally come and go from the river then out to sea. It was also a very easy walk on the beach to the lighthouse. Some of us even skipped another trip into Savannah just to stay at the house to soak in the atmosphere and relax. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen had all the necessary amenities, and the open concept on the main level had plenty of room. What more could you ask for. We would stay here again without hesitation.

I just stayed a week at this property. I have been to Tybee Island the past 3 years, and I normally stayed at the property to the left of this property with the 3 properties in the pink building. I stayed on the corner property which has excellent views of the ocean from every angle. I had made recommendations for upgrades because the appliances were old and upgrades were needed to the property, so I didn't want to stay there again. I was fortunate to find this property. I was familiar with the area and was more than pleased when I stepped inside. The property is clean, spacious and has a beautiful view of the ocean. You are literally steps away from the beach. I love the 2 outdoor levels and spent time laying out on the deck listening to the ocean. Very peaceful. I stayed with my best friend, but if you have more in your party, there is a nice area in the garage that you can open up for several people in case you wanted to have a cookout or socialize. The beds are very comfortable, and I rested well. The only recommendation I would make is to put a TV in bedroom that faces the ocean. My friend stayed in that bedroom and was hoping there would be a TV, especially at night when you can't really see the ocean. Other than that, the bedrooms were very comfortable. The property was fully stacked with everything you need, and the host was accessible and responsive. I highly recommend you stay here.

My parents, my sister, and our spouses stayed here for the week and it was a perfect getaway. The porches were wonderful and we all spent a lot of time there. The main living space was open and easily had enough space for all of us. The beds were very comfortable. The property was also very well stocked with beach chairs and comfortable deck furniture. There were multiple convenience stores within walking distance. We really enjoyed our stay and I would absolutely recommend this property!

This property is amazing - as good if not better then the pictures show. Location is great a few steps and you are on the beach, and 1-2 blocks from some of best restaurants on the island. There is also a convenience store and liquor store 2 blocks away which is convenient and easy. There were no corners cut in this house. Deck was amazing to sit on and watch the waves at night too. Plan on coming back with our kids next year! As a note it’s very easy to get a grocery delivery from Publix as well for families or couples who like to eat a couple meals a day at the house. Host was very responsive and helpful with any questions we had too.

Very nice and clean property! Nicely decorated and updated! Would certainly stay there again! All enjoyed their time there! View of the water was great!

We loved the house and the location to the beach. The house was very clean and true to pictures, perfect! The garage was wonderful and an added bonus, it helped to keep all the sand out of the home. The house had beach chairs and boards. Not a single issue with the house. We would definitely stay at the home again.

A wonderful location and beautiful home. The home owner was very responsive and helpful. The sunrise from the balconies are breathtaking. It was a huge perk to be able to walk to the beach from your back door.

The house was immaculate with stunning views of the beach. The house was spacious and beautifully decorated. We loved staying here. The host was accommodating and quick to respond to messages. We had such a great time and hope to return again to this perfect location in the future! We absolutely loved it!

Great property, well maintained Perfect location for us

We absolutely loved staying in this cute yellow home that was on the beach. The views were incredible. The kitchen was well stocked with bowls/utensils. The mattresses on the bed were wonderful. The location was so convenient being between both the North and South side of the Island. Our only challenge was it was hard to park the car in the garage with the tight driveway. But, I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone going to Tybee Island.

Truly enjoyed this property! The house was well kept with mostly updated features. We woke up to breathtaking views and enjoyed being only steps away from the beach! Would definitely stay in this property again.

You can’t ask for a better home, location, or host. We have spent many vacations on the East coast at condos, both in and out of resorts and had great luck. This was a different level of amazing. My family agrees, why go anyplace else! We will be back! Thank you so much!

We loved the house, we loved the location, we loved the beach, we loved the island. I don’t think I’ve ever stayed in a cleaner rental, and keeping a beach house clean is no easy task. This beach was so clean and such a nice place to enjoy walking, swimming, or resting on the beach chairs that are provided. We did have to rearrange our sleeping plans a little because the beds were changed from what was listed when we booked the house a year ago, but we worked it out. And the beds were sooooo comfortable! My bed at home is now disappointing.😆

This was an absolutely beautiful property and was perfect for our family vacation! Was so great to walk out the garage door with our kids and walk right onto the beach. The bedrooms were beautiful and the view was gorgeous. Lots of close restaurants and beach shops. I would definitely go back and will recommend it to anyone searching for a similar property. The only suggestion I would have is that it would be nice to have an owner ‘recommendation’ book. Always nice to have a local’s recommendation for nearby restaurants, sights to see, beach equipment rentals, etc.

Love this house & location! Beautiful decor inside, comfy beds, lots of pillows! Since we had small children we were delighted there were NOT a lot of trinkets we needed to relocate. Could use a few more bath towels & hand towels. Kitchen could use a couple of bakeware items. Appliances are fantastic! Who knew Frigidaire was so fancy. Sitting on deck is fantastic with a lovely view. We were able to back in 2 SUV's in the garage but left a truck out. Be sure and park an outside vehicle close to garage as folks from across the street use driveway to walk thru to beach. Different folks also tend to use the trash can outside. Love the garage open area to store beach items, rinse off & eat lunch! Stairs tend to get to us old people after a bit but love the automatic light in the stairway. (Took us a while to figure that out). Great beach chairs available to use and we never used the keys or garage doors openers as someone was always at he house or on the beach. We just shut the louvered doors when we went to beach. Would love to come back!

We knew we would be right on the beach, but could not have imagined just how close and convenient!! We wanted more of a quiet, chill vibe, as a group of childhood friends who were looking to relax and reconnect, and this house was perfect for just that!! We enjoyed coffee on the porch overlooking the ocean, drinks and naps on the beach (which never felt crowded), and more drinks and naps back at the house, which had been beautifully redone recently. When desired, we could walk to delicious local spots for food and drink, and thoroughly enjoyed one crazy night out! We would definitely come back with friends again or our families, and happily recommend the property to anyone looking for a quiet, beautiful place to stay RIGHT ON THE BEACH!! Caroline was so responsive and sweet, as well.

Spacious, breathtaking views, perfectly situated for our family and to each member's desire to rest, relax and play. We had bigger plans to spend time in nearby Savannah, but found this location optimal to walk to local establishments or simply dwell onsite. One of the best vacations we've ever had!

I stayed at this home with my 3 babies and husband. We got married behind home and had a wedding at the beach. The owner lied and said the house was trashed and trash left everywhere. That she has to replace linens. That we left smelly trash everywhere. Her cleaner told her all this I suppose because she had to clean up a little (which WE payed for) we paid crazy money for 3 nights here. Gorgeous home amd we wanted to come back every year. We will not now. Owner lied and said we had too many people there ( only 2 adults and 3 children spent the night). We had my parents and best friends come in Saturday night to sit for coffee after we got married. We are grown adults (43 and 57) by no means careless AT all with this property. It was left exactly have it was when we arrived except with sand on floor since it’s a beach amd trash in dumpster and beside dumpster since they only provided 1 trash can outside… which is where we were told to place. She lied and said we ruined linens. Absolutely not. Lied saying trash was all over the home. Another lie. Don’t stay here unless you want to pay another $$$ for enjoying a vacation and getting a little sand on floor and putting trash bags by a dumpster. The house isn’t anywhere NEAR that nice.

This is a beautiful property. I believe it may have been recently updated. The kitchen was great as were the views and the location on the island. The beds weee comfortable. The only suggestion I have is to update the listing to show the third bedroom is now a queen bed and not a double bunk bed. We had planned on using the bunks for two teen boys but were able to adjust and use the couch for one teen. Other than that I would highly recommend this property!

We honestly can’t say enough about this property. The pictures don’t do it justice - it’s comfortable and upgraded, very thoughtfully equipped (the closet full of extra towels and linens is a wonderful touch), it was sparking clean when we arrived, and the ocean views and access to the beach are unrivaled. It was a perfect spot for us and our 3 kids to spend a week. And Caroline is amazingly responsive (even when we thought we’d lost the key on New Year’s Day). We were so sad to be leaving that we booked our next stay before we checked out!

Our family of 6, all adults, stayed for our Christmas trip the week before Christmas. The biggest plus of this house is location, location, location. It was just so enjoyable to have coffee on the deck, listen to the ocean at night with the doors cracked. We did have 2 rainy days but the view was still so inviting! The house is very comfortable. The beds are very comfortable and great room for all 6 of us! Everyone wants to come back for a week in the summer. Great communication as well. Everything 5 stars! Thanks for a wonderful place to stay!

Our first time at Tybee Island and this place was perfect! The bed was so comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked. I would stay here again!
