Condo was amazing and clean. Being on third floor was an added bonus to not have to wait on the other elevators the other 20 floors have to share. Highly recommend and would stay here again!!

Very clean and as pictured. Convenient to food and Pier Park. The 3rd floor is an added bonus with this condo because of the private elevator and access to parking garage. This was our second stay in this condo and we will likely return.

The condo was beautiful and newly renovated. The owner was easy to work and communicate with. The ocean view from the 3rd floor was perfect. This property is within walking distance to Pier Park and several reaturaunts.

This condo was perfect for our group of 6. We had plenty of room. The condo was very clean and comfortable. Being on the 3rd floor was wonderful! Being so close to the elevator made our treks to the beach and pool so easy! Only one thing I would suggest is to add some kid friendly cups and plates to the kitchen. Rene was wonderful to work with and I would definitely stay again!

We had a fantastic stay at this condo within the Aqua Resort. Check in/out couldn't have been any easier. The condo was clean and stocked for cooking/cleaning! The proximity to the pier/Pier Park was very convenient. The bunks were an extra bonus for kids to enjoy! If there were any questions, owners (Rene) was super quick with responses. I would absolutely recommend!

My wife and I had a wonderful week staying in Aqua Resort The condo was clean and had all the furnishings of home. If you are fortunate enough to park on the 3rd level of the parking garage it’s a straight walk via the sky bridge over to your room. This was very convenient. Also, the beach chairs and umbrella were included. The view from the condo was just amazing. Yes, I would go back!

We loved our stay at Aqua!! Rene was wonderful and easy to deal with when I had questions before our stay. The condo was beautifully decorated and very clean. We appreciated all of the little extras provided such as dish soap, laundry soap and plenty of clean towels! The location is convenient for getting to the parking garage and pool/beach. This condo was very clean and well stocked with everything you would need. It had recently been updated and we were more than pleased with our accommodations. The owners were wonderful and responded quickly when I contacted them. We been vacationing at PCB for probably 18 years, and this was our first stay at Aqua. This was the perfect property for our family vacation. The condo was very nice, clean and had everything we needed. The location was great and the location of the unit within the condominium couldn't have been better being on the 3rd floor with an excellent view and great proximity to the pool, beach and parking. Our teenagers also loved that it was just a short walk to Pier Park. We would love to stay here again!

This condo offered the cleanest and most convenient place for my family and I to enjoy our vacation. This is our second year in a row to stay here. The property has everything you could need, extremely well kept and updated, extremely clean, and the property is very quick to respond and very hospitable! The condo pools are always clean. The beach chair service is such an incredible bonus! Best place to stay!

This was our 3rd time in Panama City for vacation. The condo was a true haven. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking. The location was a perfect with balcony view and proximity to the sky bridge, elevators, Pier Park, plus Walmart/Target. The condo had nice touches that made us feel like we were in a nice hotel.

All of the extras provided were wonderful! Hand soap in bathrooms, shampoo, detergent, toilet paper, paper towels, etc. all of the things you normally need to get at the store were already in the condo! Parking on the same level as the unit was perfect. No elevators to ride when you come and go and the luggage carts are on the same floor!

This may be the most perfect condo I've ever stayed in and I travel quite a bit. The condo itself is is furnished beautifully, it was super clean when we checked in, and stocked with everything you need -just buy food! The location is perfect. Easily accessible from parking and pool and within walking distance of great attractions. The owner is fantastic. There was a problem with one of the tvs and he had it replaced right away. I'm so ready to book for next year!

Condo was precisely as advertised! Easy access on the floor 3 to skybridge! Clean, thoughtful, and communicative.
Only note I'd leave to owner is that two electrical sockets seemed to have issues. One in the living room and one in the bedroom. Living room TV also seems to have backlight issues. BUT WHO'S THERE FOR THE TV?

Great Beach Vacation
We loved the condo and the Aqua resort! Condo was clean, well appointed and well situated in the resort. The owner was helpful as needed. The kids loved the pool. We loved being on the third floor, where we had direct access to the skybridge to the parking garage; no waiting in line to go up more floors and easy access to an elevator that was used only by 2nd and 3rd floor residents, meaning virtually no waiting to get to the pool/beach or back to condo. We had a great vacation!

The view from this condo is stunning. It’s also well situated on property so that you avoid elevator lines and are easy access to your vehicle. Rene was easy to communicate with and it’s centrally located to some great walkable spots.

We enjoyed our stay at this condo! The views were beautiful, and the location was perfect. We were able to walk to Pier Park which was super convenient. Being on the 3rd floor was the best, and having your own elevator made the trip for us. We never waited on an elevator so it definitely spoiled us while we were there. Great stay overall!
