The property was just what we were looking for. The location is great. It is a perfect place to stay to walk to restaurants and the beach. The shower was the best shower i have ever used, and towels were luxurious. The host was friendly. We wiuld definitely stay here again.

The house was very old and not updated at all. The kitchen had drawer faces falling off and the headboard came off the wall. The bathroom sink was not attached to the wall. The yard and plants were not taken care off. The last day there we saw a roach on the kitchen counter. Would not stay there again.

This property brought me back to the days when we would vacation here many, many years ago. The house was clean and having the carport with the table and chairs outside was great for sitting and enjoying the outside. The location is very convenient to the beach and the intercostal. I absolutely loved the big book of things to do, restaurants and other points of interest. At this price point it worked for our needs. I’m sure if we needed things such as glasses for wine or more towels or wash clothes it would have been addressed immediately. Very nice host and just what we needed.

The house was really bad, smelled like mold and very musky. we ended up getting our money back I wouldn't stay if you have breathing problems I wouldn't recommend you staying in this home.Vrbo was very good to us and put us in another rental because how bad it was. The guy was very rude to us when we said it was different from what is listed on the site.

I Love this place, it was my third year and hasn't disappointed. Less than five minutes to the beach, grill in the carport, full size kitchen. It is perfect me and my grand kids!

We enjoyed our stay in this lovely place. We were somewhat disappointed when we mentioned that the air conditioner kept us up all night. The indoor part of the air conditioner, in the middle night sounded like a garbage truck starting up and stopping and starting and stopping. Otherwise, this was a great place to stay, and in a great location. Thank you!

The only disappointment with the property was the cleanliness. On the surface it looked ok but it needs a good deep cleaning and some new towels. Spoke to the host about it and he notified the cleaning people.

The house was perfect for us. Inside was older but definitely clean! It’s a great “beach house”. Nice and roomy for two. Wife VERY pleased with washer/drier and vacuum (haha, inside joke). Close to beautiful beaches, restaurants, scuba diving and good ice cream

Great for Price and Location
If you are looking for location to the beach and on the cheaper side, this is it. It’s a 15 minute walk to the beach and even closer to a good ice cream shop. It’s definitely nothing fancy but it has two decent bedrooms and a potential additional spot for one person to sleep if they aren’t picky. A few things could have been better like newer beach and bath towels and a little more toilet paper, towels and garbage bags which we ended up buying at a super close Publix.

Great Location
We loved being so close to Nokomis Beach and we found many lovely streets for walking the dog. Certain aspects of the property could use some sprucing up. The kitchen was minimally equipped but passable. The dishwasher had broken and rusted areas so we didn't use it. The dryer took a long time to get the job done. We ended up buying things we needed in the kitchen, but I understand from other friends who rent that this is not unusual.
