Loved the place. Clean, cozy and overall great. Pool was wonderful for the grandkids.

We booked this trip for our kids for a Christmas gift and it was everything we wanted! Perfect location! We loved the music next door! Very clean! Easy to access everything! Dawn was available for everything we may have needed!! We have stayed at one of her other properties as well in the past!!! We will for sure use again!!!! You can not go wrong with Dawns Rentals!!!

The condo was beautifully decorated and very spacious. It was home away from home, we had everything we needed all in one place. We were steps away from the beach, restaurants, and stores. We couldn't have chosen a better location than this one. We will definitely be back.

Pros - - Spacious and everything works. Cons - - Very Dated decor. needs refresh colors don't work together - Needs a deep clean and at a minimum baseboards need repainting. Stayed in four different VBRO type properties on two week trip. This place was not competitive amongst the four. Given other options this place would not be our pick

This is the perfect location for the beach. We walked across the street and was right at the beach. The house was beautiful and the pool is right night to the condo

It was great! The location is in the middle of everything, right next to a bar, and walking distance to the beach. The only down side it the villa is 3 stories, so you might want to go to the gym before vacation. Lol, but we will definitely book again!

First time taking the family to PCB. Wouldn’t stay anywhere else! Dawn was wonderful and so was the house!

Bahama Beach Villa was absolutely gorgeous! We enjoyed everything about this place, very spacey, great location. With the whole family going it was just perfect for us all. Each had their own room and bathroom and with us(YaYa & PawPaw) being on the bottom floor and all the kids on the 3rd floor we didn’t disturb them when we would get up early to have our morning coffee. Dawn was a great host, she always answered every question I had. We will definitely stay here again and highly recommend her villa.

We rented this condo for some our Coed Worlds softball team. It is a great location, clean, spacious, and the pictures are just what your get. We will be back next year and we will be renting again

We stayed here during a trip to celebrate my mothers cancer being in remission. She had not been to the beach in well over 35 years, so I wanted it to be perfect. We had the best time and loved staying here. Lots of comforts and accommodations, plus so clean. Would consider staying here again.

Have stayed here 3 times now and totally enjoyed every stay. Dawn is great to work with and follows up to ensure everything is okay with the place and your stay. Se even gives recommendations for local attractions, bars and restaurants. This place is awesome and close to everything that is PCB. I have already made plans to book this again for Bike Week next year, it is by far th best place I have ever stayed in PCB as far as location, convenience and service. Thanks Dawn

Dawn was the consummate host and her place was incredible. We had a big “blended family” trip of 10, and we never felt like sardines in a can. The place is spacious (3 levels), clean, and cozy. We loved it! Her communication was almost instantaneous. Can’t wait to rebook there. We love you Dawn! PCB 23!!!

We loved the property and the location. There are a lot of steps on the inside of the condo so be prepared to get your exercise in. The beds were comfortable, and the noise level was tolerable thanks to the sound machines. We will definitely be back.

Overall it was a good stay. The bar across the road was loud. Next time I will Google where I am staying as I don’t remember the listing saying anything about the bar. You do have to walk across a road to get to the beach. It was nice having a pool right by the unit.

Was a little because of so many pics of view of ocean, we were expecting to be in ocean side instead of across the street. But all in all we had a great vacation and Dawn was perfect host.

The house was just a hop and skip away from a marvelous beach. Shopping and dining close by or everything in the house to fix breakfast and dinner. The house was clean with ample room for everyone

We had a wonderful time at Bahama Beach Villa. The villa was very spacious for the 6 of us. The villa is stocked with everything you need. We loved relaxing at the pool and The short, easy walk to The beach. Dawn is very personable, responsive and accommodating. We will definitely rent from her again.

This was our first stay at this property so we weren't sure what to expect. From the moment we entered the condo we could tell it had been thoroughly cleaned, which was so welcoming in the time of Covid. The kitchen was very convenient for our family to make meals with plenty of dishes, pots and pans, and even spices. The location was very nice and just a 2-3 minute walk to the beach. Having a pool right outside was also really nice. If I had any complaints it was the amount of stairs we had to walk up and down everyday, but it's not a deal breaker and I look forward to staying here in the future!

Our birthday and anniversary gathering was everything. Dawn was very responsive to anything I questioned. I would definitely come back and recommend this property to others. Again thanks for helping make memories 🙂

this was a very nice place it had everything from cooking utensils to a good stock of stuff we forgot like soap shampoo lotions in the shower enough towels and such and a nice pool for kids and bbq grill and it was clean and only a short walk to beach. the stairs was kinda rough on this old man but enjoyed it thanks for letttng us stay eric trimble..

We searched for a while to find a property that wasn't in a huge condo, beachfront, and decorated just the way we wanted. Appearance and location were very important to us. The owner has changed the description and pictures several times since we rented, but it is still very, very misleading. The description copied and pasted says, "It's only 52 STEPS away from the WORLD'S MOST BEAUTIFUL BEACHES." Under location it says, Water View. The pictures when we booked the condo, showed yellow paint. When you look at the pictures now, they are bluish, gray. The pictures also give the illusion that you are staying in the condo's facing the ocean. In my opinion, this is very misleading. You are not 52 steps to the beach. You aren't 52 around the condo to the road. You are on the back side of the condo, which now at the very bottom, it says that, but it didn't then. Another thing to point out is the flights of stairs. It needs to be stressed that these are no joke. Pulling your luggage 3 flights of stairs, up and down is work. This condo would not be suited for anyone with any health issues or leg problems. The condo itself, was furnished appropriately and had everything we needed, but the description and pictures were so misleading that it really ruined the experience. I think owners need to be as transparent as possible with their listings so that customers aren't shocked when they arrive. If this had been for a regular vacation, we would have been disappointed, but would have gotten over it. The fact is was where the girls were staying and getting ready for my daughter's wedding, made this a very bad experience, especially when it came to getting ready and pictures.

Dawn responds so quick to ANY questions you have. Three bedrooms and multiple pull outs so plenty of places to sleep! very short walk to beach, VERY spacious. Had chairs, boogie boards and essentials to use! Will definitely be back here with my next trip! Check in and check out was the most simple process I’ve ever had!

Really good location, right across from the beach. Owner was prompt on every communication. They have literally everything you can possibly need on site, including a Margarita maker that made for a great night! Highly recommend

This unit was just as described on the listing. It was perfect for our needs as a group of vacationing ladies attending a jazz festival for the weekend. Lots of included perks, and Dawn addressed any of our issues (only 2) very promptly! There are a couple of flights of steep stairs. Not a huge issue, but just so you're prepared. I highly recommend it! Thanks Dawn!
