We absolutely loved our stay!!!

Beautiful views! Had a relaxing long weekend.

It was such an amazing stay at here at Seashore on the Sand. I couldn't have been happier with the location. The blacony overlooking the ocean is unmatched! We will totally be back! Our time here exceeded our expectations and we are already looking for an excuse to book again!

Our stay was fantastic at this beachfront condo. Everything was as advertised and the unit was clean and updated. Plenty of plates and utensils along with your basic appliances. The Keurig was a nice extra. We looked down directly at the beach, and had a spectacular view of the ocean and the sunsets. We'll definitely look to stay here again.

The views were great. Location in town and on the beach was perfect. Management was so responsive to questions...We want to return here soon!

This is our favorite place to stay in Carlsbad! They upgraded us to a bigger unit and it was amazing as well. Our bed linens were dirty when we arrived but there was a washer/dryer in the unit so I did a little laundry. Other than that, it was perfect as usual! This was the first time we have ever had any kind of issue with this building and it was an easy fix. We will be back for sure.

The weather was amazing and the room was all we thought it would be. Sleeping with the ocean was difficult to leave. The location is close to all the restaurants and shopping. We'd definitely stay again! Pricey? Yes. But worth every penny We loved it

What a wonderful place. Well kept, clean and very conveniently located to awesome restaurants. And right on the beach. They had boogey boards, chairs etc and we just had a blast on the beach every day. The hosts were just wonderful. There was some mix up in the booking and Lisa gave us a gift certificate to a wonderful family owned Italian restaurant. Our family thoroughly enjoyed the stay, jogging, walking, boogey boarding and watching sunsets from the balcony. One of our best vacations

Great location - very clean and comfortable - spectacular ocean view. Great restaurants and bars close by - working distance. Our only minor negative was the onsite office staff was not as friendly and welcoming.

The property was located directly on the beach - perfect for watching sunsets and surfers from your own private deck. It was also just a block from town for convenient restaurants and shopping. The property was clean and the photos are representative of the unit. Lisa, the property manager was personable and helpful. If you love a room with a view - this is your place!

We had a splendid time. The first nine days of our stay was in # 302. We found that kitchen cupboards/ paint need upgrading. However fortuitously we moved to #402 which was just fine - fresher ...The only thing that needs improving was a better shower head. The recommendation of Chuse gym and Blue Water by Ed were most appreciated as was the $200 gift certificate. Our requests were happily accommodated... laudry etc ! I'd give 402 4 and a half stars. We hope to see you next year....Diana and Spencer

We couldn't have picked a better place in Carlsbad to stay. The location was perfect and the views from the condo are breath-taking. Christine was so incredibly helpful during our stay .

Our stay at Seashore on the Sand was wonderful. From the moment I walked in I knew I would have a hard time leaving, the view is incredible. The furnishings and décor was very nice and comfortable. The inquiry time was minimal. The interaction with the property manager Curt was great. A couple special requests/needs were immediately addressed. I can't wait for our next trip to Carlsbad - will definitely rent from Seashore on the Sand again.

We had a great stay at Seashore on the Sand. The place is exactly as described. Curt was a such a nice guy, very accommodating. He and Norrine answered emails very quickly. Location is perfect, right on a great beach and easy walking distance to shops and restaurants. We would definitely recommend.

My Husband and I had such a great stay at the Seashore on the Sand! We had everything we could have hoped for, right on the Beach just as advertised! We enjoyed sitting on the Lanai every day watching the amazing waves and felt like we were right on the sand, (without the sand). Kurt was awesome, we enjoyed talking with him and he was super easy going and so accommodating. We would definitely recommend this place and look forward to coming back again next year! Thanks so much for having such a great place for us to stay and enjoy the cool coast from the AZ heat!

We had a very relaxing and fun time staying at this condo in Carlsbad. The view is spectacular from the balcony and I loved everything being in walking distance. My husband and I just spend three nights and it was absolutely beautiful. The owner/manager Kurt was extremely nice. The one bedroom had all the needed amenities; it is literally right on the beach but provides you with privacy if wanted. Definitely would recommend and definitely will plan on coming back.

The view when we opened the door to our condo was amazing!!! The condo was nicely updated and had everything you need for a stay by the beach. My daughter was so happy to be right on the beach. Kurt was super nice and extremely helpful. Will definitely stay here again!!!

I was very happy overall with the property. It was on the beach as promised and it is a beautiful beach. It was located close to many restaurants and interesting stores. No need to drive your car once you arrive if you don't want to. I plan on returning sometime in the future.

Once again Norine we had the best time and got to relax before the holiday, love the upgrades you did and the windows were spotless even though it did rain the first day . Thanks for sending the maid in to get the rain spots off cause I don't want to miss a thing on the beach . Thanks again see you next year.

We have traveled to many places in this world and would have to rate this as one of our favorite destinations. One would not even have to rent a car as you are within walking distance of many wonderful restaurants and Old Carlsbad Village. One could also take the train up to LA or down to San Diego. OR one could just relax in your beautiful condo right on the beach. The balcony is absolutely wonderful and so fun to watch the surf and paddle boarders and also the sealife. Sunsets are gorgeous here. The morning strolls along the ocean were wonderful for beach combing with many beautiful shells and rocks. Seashore on the Sand also provides beach chairs and boards for playing in the water. We started in the smaller studio and worked our way up to the 3 bedroom. All of them being absolutely lovely depending on the amount of family u have. Condos are extremely clean and well kept. And they have extremely comfortable beds. Noreen and Kurt are wonderful hosts and give the place a sense of warmth and relaxation. One of the many wonderful attributes are the sounds of the waves and ocean. Especially at night as you are laying in bed it just lulls you to sleep. We would highly recommend Seashore on the Sand as we will be back over and over. It is like a second home to us now and who knows.... Maybe someday it will be!

My family of 4 took a two month around the world vacation and I have to place Seashore on the sand in our top 3 best stops. We took the train and it stopped 2 blocks from Seashore and we could walk everywhere to shops and eating joints. I recommend Seashore highly , when we return to the states we will drop in . Thanks for all your kind help.
