This was a great spot to stay on a recent trip to Peoria to visit family. The property owner was timely with communication and made things convenient for us.

A little cottage in the city…such a treasure. Our needs are simple, thus we wouldn’t change a thing. Bedding and bath towels are luscious. All was in good working order…furnace, hot water, etc (very important in my view especially since it snowed and the temp dropped dramatically during our stay). Delightful 💝

This is our 2nd time to rent this house and it was just as great as the first time. The house is very clean and stocked with anything you might need. It's within easy walking distance to great restaurants and a good location overall. Ashley is awesome to work with and always helpful. We would definitely rent this home again.

My friend and I enjoyed our getaway weekend together. We didn't drive our cars all weekend and loved the walkability of the shops, restaurants, trails, coffee shop, and bakery. The house was cozy and warm, and it seemed like a very safe area for two females. It was a fun and relaxing getaway! We'd stay here again.

If you want to enjoy the nightlife scene and wonderful restaurants less than a block from the house, this is the place to stay. Location is close to so many wonderful adventures. Communications with Ashley were exceptional. Worked well for our needs.

The house was great for my husband and I. Comfortable beds, quiet location and close to family.

Home is in a good location to stores and restaurants. Surprised there were no closets in the two bedrooms. Armoire in living room. Washer and dryer were nice to have. Beds were too small for me and my husbands liking, so we used both bedrooms. Overall experience was fine and served our purpose.

Everything I wanted and more. I was in Peoria for my 55th high school reunion. This Beautiful Bungalow was walking distance to several excellent restaurants. And easy driving distance to all Reunion Events. The Host was very helpful and friendly. What could be better?

Very nice property close to my face

We loved our 4 night stay at this great house in the heart of Peoria Heights. We were less than 5 walking minutes to all of the restaurants. The house was well equipped and very clean. We will definitely stay again!

We enjoyed the property very much. Super convenient to restaurants, coffee shops and a nice walking/biking path. This is a nice but very small house so it is ideal for a couple or small group. Private driveway was appreciated for parking our vehicle

What a great place to meet up with a girlfriend for the weekend! We walked up to Prospect to lunch and then walked up there again later for dinner at Joe’s. So close even on a freezing cold February weekend! Highly recommend and we will definitely stay here again.

Renting this property was a 10 out of 10! Easy to rent, check in and out, clean, quaint and in a perfect location! Will stay again, without hesitation! 100,000,000 times better than a hotel!

Perfect for two friends. The two beds are Full sized, very comfortable. There is air conditioning, needed in central IL! One bedroom is a regular bedroom, the other is a kind of converted room, and that is where the bathroom is. So to use the bathroom, you do have to go in the other bedroom. For friends, this was not a problem. The bathroom was nice, the kitchen was spacious, and it was great to be able to do laundry! Steps from countless great restaurants and bars, and just moments from a beautiful long walk up Grand View Drive, or a hike into Forest Park! I do recommend calling a week or two ahead for reservations for most of the restaurants!

Cutest Cottage! Only steps from cool bars, restaurants and shops. We were really impressed that patrons of the bars and restaurants' parking, etc. was not an issue for us; nor was sound coming from outdoor bars and restaurants at night. We would definitely stay here again.

The house was easy to find and looked just as the pictures showed inside and out. Fantastic location, it is about 30 seconds from the front door to the first place to get a drink and eat. so we did. Sat on the front porch to have a glass of wine, it was very nice. The beds were very comfortable and the house was very clean. Had a great stay and would stay here again. Thanks again, Mike

Great location. We found the beds to be extremely uncomfortable, too the point, my husband slept on the couch. Our reservations were for 3nights, but we checked out after 1 night due to beds. I hoped for some type of reimbursement but the owner said no. We have stayed at many VRBOs over the years and never had to check out early.

I was attending a conference in Peoria and preferred to stay off property. This darling home was perfect. Fast replies to questions I asked, as well as comfortable beds and its own driveway for parking. Would definitely rent again!

The location is really Wonderful. Enjoyed the food, shoppes, and walks. Grandview Dr. a few blocks away and the views are worth the short walk. Enjoyed the front porch and had a few cups of coffee and a few glasses of wine. The interior is adorable. Washer and Dryer on first floor. Comfy beds, nice shower and enjoyed my stay. Will stay again !

Everything was just as expected. This is the second time we rented this property and would have done so more often except it stays booked a lot.

Easy to rent. Everything we needed for a week’s stay. Wi-fi was excellent. Close to restaurants, a coffee shop, and near Grand View Drive with its view of the Illinois River - a great place for walks. The beds are very high, especially for someone under 5’. Mattress came way above my waist. Ashleigh provided a stool but that too was above my knee and hard to climb onto. Fortunately, a family member provided a step stool. Otherwise, a lovely place in Peoria Heights.

This cozy, little house was perfect for a four night stay while we visited parents in Peoria. The location is unbeatable, steps away from many restaurants and bars on Prospect and also the scenic Grandview Drive.
