This is a really small space, maybe 600 sq ft. so if your plan is just to find a place to lay your head down and that’s it then your only obstacles will be the barking dog next door or the neighbors above you, because you’ll hear every discussion and footstep from them. Obviously, these places are very old on Jones St so you will have lots of creaks and such. This one could use some maintenance though, rotted trim in bathroom, huge gaps under back door to let bugs and water in and definitely don’t look under the bathroom cabinet. Because we didn’t want to stress out on our vacation, we never said anything to the manager, but we were very close to just leaving and checking in at a hotel. I’ve stayed at another property in the 300 block of Jones St before and it was amazing, the 500 block, not so much. I booked this one bc of all the great reviews, so I wanted to make sure people know what they’re getting into here.

Enjoyed our stay on Jones street it was central to most places we wanted to visit. There are however some maintenance issues needing attention- the hole in the outside roof gutter (by the bins) causes water to splash over the floor. When washing m/c is operating the water pressure to the shower is greatly affected.

We walked everywhere - sites, restaurants, squares, River. The information booklet provided gave us a list of where the locals go, and we were not disappointed. Jones Street itself was an ideal addition to our stay. Highly recommend staying here.

Very nice clean property in the heart of historic district - close to shops, bars and restaurants. I would highly recommend this property and would stay there again.

Property was very clean and great for two people. Easy walk to downtown and Forsyth Park. Will stay here again.

We had such a great time in Savannah! This was the perfect location to walk to everything and see every item on our bucket list! Such a beautiful area!

We loved our time in this charming apartment! It had everything we needed! We enjoyed sitting out back, and were pleased that there was a white noise machine we could use to sleep with, though there were no noise problems in the neighborhood. Questions were answered quickly and thoroughly by the owner. The location was an easy walk through beautiful streets to the center of town. We would definitely stay here again!

Lots of room and all of our needs were met. There were no clothes hangers and the caulking and wood around the tub corner needs attention.

Great location and very cute. Our only complaint is the mattress (too hard) but we are very particular in this area. Probably perfect for many but not us old and fat folk! Wish we could have stayed more than a couple nights.

Everything was as listed on the property. Nice and clean apartment, perfect for two. We walked everywhere we wanted to go in Savannah. Thanks for the complimentary wine, it was a nice touch! We really enjoyed our stay. We would definitely book this property again.

Jones street is a great historic location with a descent walk to the heart of old Savannah. This place had all the amenities we needed.

It was a nice location and easily walkable to several highlights in the city. Unfortunately the fan in the bedroom didn’t work properly and the bathtub had hair in it which could have been from the housekeeper but nonetheless there. The property managers were super responsive and checkin was easy. Overall a cute place for a short weekend away.

We've been doing this for awhile, decades, in fact, and it's rare that a property checks all the boxes, well stocked kitchen, tasteful and warm appointments, generous and thoughtful supplies, helpful and prompt hostess response and a safe and convenient location. A knit-picker might find something to complain about. If so, they ought to seek professional help.

Such a cute place in a great location. Quiet neighborhood, good walking distance to all restaurants and shops. Less than a 20 min walk to River St. The apartment was very clean & decorated well. We enjoyed our stay and definitely recommend to others for a nice place to stay in Savannah!

This property was wonderful! The king size bed was very comfortable. The kitchen was nicely equipped and user friendly. It was very clean for the most part. (The floors need to be mopped.) We definitely recommend this property and hope that we can return as well!

I would definitely rent this property again. Parking was our only knock and from giving it a five-star rating. Great apartment with space to accommodate a small family for a weekend stay. I would like to recommend getting an outdoor grill for the nice patio. We enjoyed the weather, patio, and neighborhood but a nice grilled meal would've Awesome!

Location of the house is great. Everything was about 1 mile away, you could easily walk, but I was too pregnant for that. The only thing is the layout of the house is weird but it was still awesome and it was clean. I really enjoyed the back porch area and how close it is to everything. Parking is on the street but there is no problem finding spots.

The house's on Jones Street are so beautiful that this is where the saying "Keeping up with the Joneses" came from. This particular quaint little place with free parking! Perfect for a couple looking for a place for a few days. They allowed us to extend our stay two days with no issues. We can't wait to return! A grill out back would be great!
