Loved the house. Great location. Plenty of room for our family of 14. Kitchen was stocked and had lots of cooking implements. Kids loved all the places to play hide and seek. Awesome views.

We had a wonderful time at this home! 14 of us, including 6 children 13 and under, had plenty of room. Martin was responsive and helpful during our stay. The house is beautiful and well maintained. Perfect vacation home for a large group!

Awesome property. We will definitely be back next year! The owner was very helpful and communication was great before and during our trip. He even allowed us to checkout several hours late to wait for the roads to open after the blizzard.

We have stayed at a few places in Big Bear and decided to bring our 4 kids, spouses and granddaughters for my son's 30th birthday. We will most definitely be coming back next year. The large beautiful home was even better than the photos! It was clean and so comfortable. It was really helpful that it came stocked with everything you need. We were there for 4 nights and we didn't have to purchase any extra essentials. Plenty of towels and soft blankets. We were able to sled out in the backyard everyday which was a huge plus for us with little ones. The host was so helpful and answered any questions we had very quickly. It's so close to town and groceries are just a mile away. We have nothing but good things to say about this VRBO except I wish we had stayed longer!

Exactly what I had hoped for after seeing this listing! Beautiful view, large open space and kitchen equipped with everything you would possibly need. Beds were comfortable and hot water at all times with a group of 16. Streets are maintained quickly when it snows and neighborhood is very safe and quiet. Host is extremely responsive and genuinely cares that you enjoy your stay! Very professionally maintained property.

Rented this house with two other families. We were beyond wowed when we arrived. The house is stunning and the pictures on vrbo do not do it justice.

This house was over and above what we expected. Our family had a great time. There was plenty of room for all of us. If you’re looking for a place for a large family, this is absolutely the house. Five star.

We loved our time here! So close to town, the lake, and supermarkets. Beautiful neighborhood and property, check in/out was super easy and texting with the host was great in case anything came up (nothing did though!). Some of the beds are slightly less private than others, but as big group of family or friends will have plenty of room here to be comfortable. We loved it and will be back!

Very nice size home, plenty of room for a large group

A group of 16 women (coming in from all areas; CA, MA, TX) stayed at this spacious and beautiful property in Big Bear. The house accommodated all of us with ease; everyone had a spot to sleep, enough room to spread out, and gather. Martin was an excellent host and communication was quick and easy. I would absolutely recommend booking this property to anyone who would like to spread out and relax with a big group of people. It was truly wonderful and special! Thank you Martin and VRBO

Ten family members had a wonderful week at this house. It was very comfortable and enjoyed by young and old. It had everything that we could have asked for and was well stocked. The only suggestions I would have is to supply wash cloths for every person, not just one per bathroom. We definitely would rent this house again if planning another trip to Big Bear Lake.

Pool table was a plus. Pack and play for infant was appreciated. Things to do in town included go-karts, roller coaster, pontoon rental, shopping, and restaurants.

This property was simply amazing. Very spacious, clean, very warm and welcoming. Plenty of amenities in the kitchen, two refrigerator/ freezers, lots of space if you're the sort to bring and prepare your own meals. Great insulation- daytime stayed cool and the nights kept warm (this was a summer rental). Games galore, with a massive rumpus room and even a poker table (flipped over from the kitchen nook table). Jacuzzi was well kept, the barbecue sizzled, appliances and accouterments worked like clockwork. Centrally located, the Villa seemed both isolated and part a community. Great little hike from the backyard to some spectacular views of the lake. Five minutes to grocery stores, less than two minutes to get gas and convenience store items. Rode the provided bikes to the lake in less than four minutes (the ride back was uphill, so took an understandable bit longer). Martin, the host, was fantastic. I contacted him many times before our stay, and he was prompt, gracious and detail-oriented in his replies. I wholeheartedly recommend this property. From stem to stern, this was an experience to remember.

This is the second time we have stayed at this beautiful home and I'm sure we will return again. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to cook full meals. Bedrooms are spacious and the beds and sheets are very comfortable. The downstairs game room is set-up like almost like a separate apartment with a large restroom and a separate entrance into the house which is great if you are traveling with older kids or separate families. The location of the house is great! Very close to the grocery stores, but secluded enough so you don't hear any cars or neighborhood traffic. There are two washers and dryers available to use which comes in handy if you are hosting a larger group. The second fridge in the garage is very convenient so you can have a separate fridge for drinks and food. The porch that runs along the front of the house is great and perfect for relaxing in the mornings and evenings. Martin is WONDERFUL to deal with and always responds right away if there are ever any questions or concerns. The check-in process is the easiest I've ever experienced in all of the years I've been renting homes in Big Bear. Thank you for everything!

This property exceeded expectations. We (grandparents), our two children, spouses and their young children had the perfect mix of large central living space for gathering and games with separate sleeping quarters for each family. The space is beautiful beyond what the photos show - both indoor and outdoor gathering spots and beautiful natural hiking paths right outside the back deck. It was immaculately clean and SAFE (lots of stairs but thick carpet throughout, rounded table edges so toddlers could toddle all over without a single bump!) Easy drive to lake and town. Loved every minute. Thank you, Martin!

This home is absolutely gorgeous and incredibly comfortable and inviting. I loved the large spaces for family/friends to gather together or the many spaces you can go for quieter times. Martin was a great host and was able to accommodate an early check-in for our group. Highly recommend this property.

Absolutely blown away with this rental property. The pictures do not so it justice, and is a must see in person. It's has many rooms, beds, couches to comfortably sleep your whole group. The backyard is essentially a mountain with beautiful views of the city and lake at the top. Martin is very helpful with all your needs and is quick to reply to texts and is very accommodating. Will definitely be staying here again in the future.

My family and I had an Amazing weekend here at this BEAUTIFUL CABIN! Plenty of room for all of us… The kids had a blast playing “hide n’ seek” on all three floors! We had everything we needed and more! Thanks again Martin for taking such good care of us!! We will be back!!

Dirty socks under beds, dust on every ledge, a horrendous smell will linger if you open the second fridge in the garage, handles coming off doors, broken furniture in every room, full garbage welcoming you in the bathrooms, missing chunks of carpet and the lights flicker. When you glance at the house overall, it’s bigger than the pictures and very welcoming. Once you stay for a while it feels like you’re staying in a forgotten home that’s falling apart. It didn’t help that I communicated this to the owner and he seemed indifferent about it all. And to top it off, I asked for an hour or two later check out as 10am comes quick when you’re packing yourself, your family and cleaning up behind yourself- he flatly said, “no, sorry… more people are coming to stay and the ‘cleaning crew’ need to get in” If it’s the same “cleaning crew” that cleaned before we got there? You sir, are being swindled.

To start things off, Martin was super communicative, friendly and helpful with everything our entire stay. This property has the beautiful open floor plan anyone would love staying with a large group. Absolutely loved it. Will be back!

The cabin was perfect for a multi-family getaway vacation in Big Bear! The drive to the lake/downtown area was 10-15 minutes and there is a grocery store a few minutes away. There are also plenty of hikes and water activities in the area (suitable for both adults and kids). We ended up kayaking at Big Bear Lake at a rental place near by and had so much fun. Check in/check out process was very easy; the host was also easy to communicate with when we were looking for tools to work on the bikes. We especially enjoyed the pool table in the game room, ping pong table in the garage, the road bikes provided, the hot tub on the patio, and all the board games provided. Most importantly there was enough silverware, plates, and pots to do cooking for a large party. Would recommend this place for anyone visiting the area!
