All these condos are so clean and easy with under condo parking. Good quality furniture and great appliances and coffee maker, etc. Beds are so comfortable and Marybeth gave us high chairs or cribs to use too. The condos didnt feel small, they were so big with lots of space and good quality furniture. Marybeth was so nice to work with! She tried to accommodate the people flying in at odd times. Its great for families and so nice to not have to make trip to the slopes if your teenagers want to come and go as they please, its great to come back for a lunch break and rest. A 5 min walk to the slopes! A cut through where the gondola runs is a quick route. We enjoyed this stay so much that we want to come back again!

Our 2 families had a wonderful time staying at the Moose for a week! Highly recommend it.

This home was in great shape and very close to the mountain. They allow pets too. We will be starting here again.

We had a great time! It was a great setup for our two families with young kids. Clean and open layout to enjoy being together, cook while watching the kids play, and even got to use the hot tub a little bit too. Unfortunately the fires closed Mammoth Lakes and we were not able to change our trip dates. However, we were able to get last minute passes to Yosemite and luckily the lakes were open again on our last day, although the air quality was not very good especially for the kids. My advice would be to get the “cancel for any reason” trip insurance offered as it seemed like it would have covered fire closures unlike other insurances. Overall great time and great property. The owner was very helpful and responsive while we were trying to decide how to make the most of our trip.

We enjoyed our stay. The condo was updated and would easily stay here again. Next time we could even bring our family and be very comfortable. The shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap and hand creams were top quality, in my opinion. I am very picky about these type of things. Sadly they don't sell to the public. The front bathroom shower was perfect for me, as I have a hard time climbing in and out of tubs. We didn't enjoy the jacuzzi or the sauna.

We (a group of guys) stayed here for a ski weekend. The place was awesome. The location is great - the walk to the lifts is easy even in ski/snowboarding boots. It was really nice to be able to have our group split up and just be able to walk home from the mountain whenever we were done, rather than try to sync up car/shuttle rides. The house itself is great. There were 6 of us, with plenty of space for a few more. The hottub and dry sauna were huge hits after the mountain. Also, because the facilities are semi-private they were available even though we went during COVID. The kitchen and living areas had plenty of space for us to spread out. We especially liked having lots of beds to go around. Overall, I think everyone in our group would recommend this as a place to stay.

We had a wonderful week-long stay at Mammoth Moose! The condo was super clean, well-equipped and very comfortable. The underground parking made it so easy & convenient to access in the snow, and the easy walk to Canyon Lodge made skiing & snowboarding a breeze. Even our dogs loved it, and we were delighted it was pet friendly. MaryBeth was very friendly, accommodating and professional, and helped to make our stay a great success! We look forward to returning again soon.

The property was spacious, very clean and warm atmosphere. Great location! Walking distance to Canyon Lodge and the village, but you can walk to Canyon Lodge and catch the gondola to the village also. Great place for a large group. We will definitely stay here again.

The moose house was awesome! So clean and comfy. Has all the things you need to explore during the day and take a jacuzzi and hang out with the family at night . It’s close to town to shop and eat . Thanks for the family memories!

All twelve of us had a great time. The unit fit us perfectly. The inside was spotless, but could of used some cleaning on both decks. Thanks for the great week.

Overall, my family and I had an amazing time here during our stay. Plenty of space for family and I to be comfortable. House is beautiful and accommodated our needs. I’d book this house again.

We utilized all four condos for a wedding. We utilized all four condos: second floor combo unit, Mammoth Moose and Noble Nest. We had the wedding party and family stay. It worked out amazingly. We had 4 families all traveling together to Mammoth for an annual cycling event. It was important to us to be close to the village, have the ability to relax and cook and the space to not feel like we were on top of each other all weekend. The Moose Lodge did not disappoint!! The condo is absolutely spotless, tons of room, a kitchen and grill with everything our big group needed, and we all enjoyed the jacuzzi daily!! Mary Beth was a fantastic host, easy clear communication, and always quick to answer questions. We can’t wait to book for next year!!

So pretty, so comfortable and such hospitality! Moose Lodge has excellent and comfortable decor, soft sheets, thoughtful touches (like pool towels for the hot tub) and sooooo clean!!! We are travelers and the appliances and kitchen setup was outstanding - frothed milk from the espresso maker is the best!! timely and helpful responses from the owner and her blog with local insights - excellent. As summer renters, we were minutes from shops/restaurants as well as the lakes and hiking we loved. Highly recommend this lovely spot!!!

Nothing but good things to say about this condo. Location is great (easy walk to Canyon Lodge), had all the amenities, and Mary Beth has it all dialed-in so that you're well informed and have everything you need digitally prior to your arrival. Already looking forward to our next stay here!

Very clean condo and plenty of room for 3 families (adults & kids). Walking distance to Canyon Lodge makes it easy to access lodge and lifts. Very accommodating host helped us with parking situation. Keep in mind only 2 parking spaces per condo and guest spaces are hard to come by, so plan accordingly. Great experience!

Mammoth Moose was a great find. Location was perfect for fishing, hiking and walking to the Village. Also saw lots of wildlife walking right behind the complex. Condo was stocked with everything you need....loved the Espresso Machine. Mary Beth was very attentive and answered every question. You can hear footsteps from condo above and the automatic garage door below, but did not affect our experience at all. Lots of sleeping, lounging and eating space to accommodate everyone. The open kitchen and and dining area was a big plus. Great experience. Can't go wrong staying here.

Ok, so I have never reviewed any properties ever! Our experience with Mary Beth and her rental property Moose Lodge was beyond excellent! Seriously, she is right there for any situation that comes up! Not only is she wonderful, but the Moose Lodge is so comfortable and welcoming, you just can’t beat this property. Hope we can enjoy your home again soon!!!

Just pulled out of the garage and we are so sad to leave!! This place blew away our expectations! Eight moms on a weekend away from our families and we fit perfectly. They have thought of everything. Amazing decor, beautiful cabinetry, cozy furniture, such comfortable bedding and plugs/outlets for charging phones galore! The location to Canyon lodge cannot be beat. And it was so CLEAN. The underground garage is insane! No snow to carry your belongings through or wipe off your car. We were fortunate to meet Mary Beth in person and she could not have been sweeter or more accommodating. Cannot wait to come back!

The Mammoth Moose and Mary Beth made our first trip to Mammoth one we will never forget! The condo was spacious and comfortable for our group of 7 and two dogs. We planned to cook several meals and the kitchen was well stocked, having more than we needed to get the job done. The location is perfect only about a 5-minute walk to Canyon Lodge which is not even bad with ski gear. The provided locker at Canyon Lodge was so convenient and made our trips back and forth to the condo a breeze. The blue line is also a 2-minute walk from the condo that will take you to the village. We drove in during a blizzard and Mary Beth was more than helpful with updates and even photos of the condo in the snow so we would still be able to pick it out in the whiteout conditions. The Mammoth Moose is a wonderful place with an even more wonderful host! Mary Beth was easy to communicate with and always responded quickly and was very helpful! Our first ski trip included a blizzard and an avalanche which could have been a disaster but the accommodations and helpful host gave us a trip we will remember forever!

Beautiful, clean and well maintained. Great location with indoor parking, private ski locker at the garage level and private locker at Canyon Lodge made our family ski trip fantastic. Also, the property manager, Mary Beth, was awesome! She timely responded to any questions we had, no matter how trivial. The hot tub an sauna were clean, beds clean and comfortable and a great kitchen to cook in. We will be back!

This place was perfect! Everything from Mary's response time to the amazing place and amenities. It is in a great location and actually is only about a 5-minute walk to Canyon Lodge. I feel that many times descriptions will exaggerate being close to lodges and then it turning out to be a 15-minute walk or more. However, that is not the case for this place; it actually was close! The condo itself is perfect, it sleeps 11 comfortably, without the use of someone sleeping on a couch. The beds are very comfortable and the Nest thermostat is a great touch. The kitchen has everything you need and more. The hot tub and Sauna work perfectly. The parking in the garage was helpful. The furnishing is high quality and modern. Basically, I could go on about how great our stay was and how nice the place and location was as well. A great place to go along with a great host as well. The response time was immediate and always very helpful. Highly recommended and would definitely stay at again!

We had such a great stay at Sonenalp. When we first arrived we had the perfect parking spot in the ground level, private garage. When entering the residence everything was clean and organized. The spacious kitchen, with granite countertops, was a great space to provide dinner for our family. The bedrooms were large and clean and the beds were super comfortable. There was plenty of space for everyone to sleep. We especially liked the bunk bed room- as it accommodates the kids perfectly!!! During our stay we were able to use the hot tub on the deck. The view was spectacular, and the water nice and warm! We also used the sauna, which was the perfect ending to a lovely day in the mountains!! We would recommend this place to anyone without reservation!! We plan on going back many times. We will stay an Sonenlap again as it is super convenient and close to great shopping and restaurants.

We had a blast here. Very clean and had everything thing you could think of for a condo. Especially the kitchen. Perfect location for our family adventures in the town and surrounding areas. Mary Beth helped manage our stay made sure we had everything and made it known She was readily available for us at any time. We will be returning for sure!

We have a very large family and this place was AWESOME. Whether you have a large family or want to bring a couple of families, this is an excellent rental. Close to everything; beautiful views; spa and space. Many of our mountain adventures have been cramped and antiquated - will definitely make this a traditional spot!

Perfect for several families getting together. Very roomy and comfortable. Very clean and neat. We loved using the grill and the hot tub. We enjoyed our stay! Only reason it didn't get 5 stars is we had noisy upstairs neighbors that kept us up at night.
