Enjoyed our stay. Unit was comfortable and well equiped. Thanks for the convenient parking spot. Shout out to the best elevators. Owner was super responsive to our needs, well done. Only suggestion is to add a disposal to the kitchen sink.

The floor plan of the condo is roomy with a split bedroom design, perfect for guest with children like myself. Bathrooms are plenty big. Kitchen is furnished with pots and pans and utensils.The balcony is huge. The ocean views are amazing, and on the 21st floor you sea 15 miles of ocean. Loved being here and the owners totally communicate.

We have stayed at this property before and we were just as pleased the second time around! The unit is beautiful with stunning views! The condo was very clean with all the amenities needed for your stay! The owners reached out to let us know when the unit was ready for check in and to ensure we had been receiving our emails regarding check in, which was so nice because I knew they wanted to make sure the process was as easy as possible.
We will definitely be staying here again!

Great condo, great location. Has everything you need. Love having the pools and beach right next to each other, makes it easy to go back and forth. Balcony size and view is wonderful. The assigned parking spot right next to the elevators is awesome. Elevators are fast never have to wait long This is the second time we have stayed in this unit. Our only gripe was the master bed was not comfortable to us.

We had a wonderful time. We stayed at the beach most of the time. The property is very well kept up. No issues with anything except the security guard that works there. She is on a very big power trip an made comments about my 16yr sons swimming trunks being see through an him having things in the pocket. His trunks was not see through at all an its not her place to say something to him. So wejust stayed away from places that she was around. We wnt to the beach or condo. Also Mike's across the road is the best place to eat at. Service was great there. I would book again. Just stay clear of security.

My family and I loved our stay in this condo. Both the condo and the resort were very clean. Pools and spa were wonderful. The Gulf view is great from the best balcony in PCB. Kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed, ice maker kept us in plenty of ice (important on these hot summer vacations), furniture was like new and beds were very comfortable. Owners were easy to contact and very responsive. We will very likely stay here again on our next trip to PCB. It is just good as advertised.

The condo was exactly what we needed. It was clean except for the mold on the shower curtain liner in the main bedroom. We had a problem with the sink drain leaking in the kitchen. That was handled promptly by the owner. Despite being on the 21st floor, the elevators were fast and waits were short.

The location was perfect! On the quieter side of town so the beach wasn't overly crowded but it was close enough to the city to go eat & hang out each night. The owner was very helpful & available any time we needed him. We plan to stay here again.

Excellent location and on the 21st floor!! Plenty of dishes and cookware and even some play toys for the sand! Very nice to have owner's parking space, too! I always stay on West end of beach and really loved staying here. Supposed to be for my husband and I but ended up with my 18 year old since he had to work and it was perfect for both of us.

My husband and I had a delightful week in the condo on Panama City Beach. We especially enjoyed the spectacular view, walks on the beach, on-site and protected parking, and beautiful condo. We did a lot of exploring of the area, and want to come back to this location again. Highly recommended.

First time in PCB with my family. Location was great and check in was easy. We did encounter a few problems from the previous tenants as soon as we arrived as well as during our stay, but, Ron was quick to respond and have maintenance help correct the problems. Having access to the owners parking space was convenient. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

This is the second year we have stayed in this building and we love how easy it is to get in and out. This is the first time staying in this condo and it was great. The only recommendation I have is get rid of the chairs in the bedrooms and put a dresser in for more storage. We will definitely stay again.

This property had everything needed for the perfect vacation! The condo was clean, owners were easy to communicate with and responded quickly, having an assigned parking spot is a plus, short walk to the beach, condo had its own chair/umbrella rental company, and had no issues with the elevators. The balcony was one of our favorite features as we spent every morning and evening there. We saw dolphins, turtles, sting rays and manatees. Thank you for a great location!!! Will definitely be returning!

I came by myself with my 2 teens. Everything was close by and easy to get to. I couldn’t believe the amazing view. Every morning I woke up and had my coffee on the balcony and watched and listened to the waves. So peaceful. Everything was perfect!

Absolutely loved this property from the time we got there. Owner is excellent to communicate with. One of the best VRBO experiences we have had. If I were to nit pik, I would say bring your own toilet paper and paper towels. The stuff like that left a bit to be desired but thats just being picky. The condo was great!

Parking under the building was very convenient. Loved having a full sizes washer and dryer. Plenty of pots, pans, dishes and utensils. The one thing missing was space to store food. We had to move a lot of stuff around to get a cabinet empty so we had some storage space. The sofa and matching chair are comfortable. The mattresses have seen better days. My opinion is that there is too much furniture (and most of it is dark and large) which makes it feel cramped, although it is a nice size condo. Beautiful views of the sunset from the balcony.

We had a wonderful time! The condo was better then we had imagined. It was very clean. The pictures don’t do it justice, it was a lot more spacious then we thought. The beach was not crowded at all, and neither was the pool. Elevators were fast and clean. We had the best time and just wish we could stay longer! The condo has everything you need. We had a fabulous time! The property is in the perfect location. It seems like it's down there by itself. The beach and the pool were not busy at all. The condo is great with security always around and I saw employees wiping the elevators down also. It's very clean and everyone was extremely nice. The view was absolutely beautiful and we saw marine life everyday. We've been to many beaches and condos and this is the best by far. The owner also responded quickly to any question I had. Will be returning!!!

21st floor views do not disappoint. We had daily sightings of marine life from the balcony. Beautiful sunsets and picturesque skies. Room was clean and stocked as we needed. Ron was attentive and courteous. Nice week away from reality and it was our second stay here. Pools are nice and not over crowded. Security always there to help when needed. Thanks for everything!
