Very nice upper flat apartment, plenty of room, very clean, super nice host.

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay! The property was clean, comfortable, and included everything we needed. The owners are extremely hospitable answering our questions promptly, providing convenient parking, and offering us the option for late-checkout. We traveled with our two dogs and were happy this property could accommodate them. Lastly, the location can't be beat! We were close walking distance to everything in downtown Grand Haven.

This is the upper unit so their are stairs to get there, but the place is great. Plenty of space, particularly the main bedroom and living room. Bath and kitchen were ample and you get a small patio off the back. Very dog friendly including use of the backyard. It is a short walk to the Main Street and the piers as well. Highly recommend.

Very comfortable. Kitchen had everything we needed, close to town, worked out great.

The upper level was perfect for 4 adults and 2 corgis. We took advantage of the proximity to downtown and got lots of steps in each day. We had everything we needed for a very comfortable stay. Many thanks to Susan and Eric!

Excellent VRBO experience. Eric was communicative and got us checked in without hassle. The location was as advertised in the photos and in a great location near downtown. Loved it and would definitely stay again!

Love that the upstairs rental had everything we needed for a peaceful vacation. Enjoyed the set up of a balcony for our outside hang outs. Peaceful home and neighborhood was for us the right walk distance downtown where all the fun is and an easy walk to the pier. Second time staying and plan to go back next year.

Fun stay in a great location close to downtown. We stayed for a long weekend and only moved the car maybe twice. There is a lot within walking distance. The neighborhood was safe, with excellent communication with Eric and Susan. I’ll stay again when in the area!

We loved the location! We were able to walk to shopping, a playground, Central Park, the musical fountain, and the boardwalk! The property was clean and had what we needed for our infant. Communication with the manager was quick and helpful! We would stay here again for sure!

Stayed here for a few nights to enjoy Grand Haven and was not disappointed. Comfortable bedroom, large living room, small outdoor deck to name a few things we liked. Looked to be recently renovated. Location was great with a short walk to downtown shopping, restaurants and boardwalk. Would stay here again.

We loved being able to view the video before booking. Cute house with lots of character. Owners were very easy to communicate with. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony!

This property was spectacular in that it was within walkable distance of town, the boardwalk and the beach. Inside was very comfortable and clean. The owners were so nice and responsive. It’s a re-do for sure!

We had a great time with our Family including our dog. Host is very nice and helpful. Make us feel like home. Few minutes to Main Street is the biggest advantage. It’s our second year and we are going to continue stay with Eric and Susan and Od course with cutest dog Codi. Thank you

The owners are wonderful and very prompt to answer questions. The property is adorable and clean. We found it had everything you may need or want, down to beach chairs, beach umbrella and beach cargo cart for all beach necessities. Beautiful little deck to have your coffee in the morning. I recommend staying here the property owners are just so kind and helpful.

We were very comfortable in the upper unit. Plenty of room for the two of us and our dog, unfortunately our adult children could not make it this year. Walking distance to everything in the town. We used the beach chairs and umbrella for time at the beautiful beach. Awesome summer vacation! Hosts were kind and helpful!

The property was as described. We had no problems during our stay. The location is amazing, with many shops, restaurants and the water in walking distance. I cannot say enough about the accommodations! Cute and clean! Comfortable beds and a well outfitted kitchen!

This is our second year in a row at this property and it is exactly what we need. Close to the downtown, clean, spacious, and comfortable. It's perfect for our needs. We did not bring our dog this year, but we know this is a great place to bring our pup again if we want to.

We had a great time staying at Susan & Eric’s place in Grand Haven! The welcoming committee, Boxer Codi, was definitely the coolest dude ever. The unit was easy to access up some stairs, very secure & we felt very safe in GH. It’s an awesome neighborhood in walking distance to downtown GH, restaurants, breweries & even a great wine tasting room. Everything was as-pictured & described by the hosts in the listing. The unit was clean, cool with awesome ceiling fans, & very cozy. I enjoyed several sunsets on the back balcony! Obviously being dog friendly was our #1 need, and Susan & Eric’s place delivered. Our Corgis had a blast! They loved our daily walks, dune hikes, and swimming at the local beaches. Great hospitality all-around from the hosts. Thank you all so much for a fun July 4th weekend/week!!! PS: my hubby is 6’2” and he had no issues w/ the ceilings/stairs. Just in case you’re on the fence. :-)

My wife and I came to Grand Haven to be in the Grand Haven Art Show. The house we stayed in was in a perfect location for the show which was on the Main Street in the town. Plenty of street parking by the house so coming and going was easy. Eric and Susan were gracious hosts and we occupied the entire upstairs area. Our area had everything we needed…complete kitchen, two TVs, laundry room, and two bedrooms plus a large family room where there was the large screen TV. If you want complete privacy, I’m sure you could have it even though you were sharing the house with the owners downstairs. We had a few delightful chats with them about the town and what to see and they were nice enough to stop at our tent at the art show. Overall, a great place for us to have stayed and we discovered a new favorite place to visit in Grand Haven.

The house was perfect for our girls weekend! The hosts were friendly and responsive, and the location can’t be beat!

Property was clean and ready when we arrived. The host was helpful when needed but not intrusive into your space/time. This little gem is very close to everything in downtown Grand Haven. Bring your bikes for a fun filled day. I would definitely stay here again.

My partner, two dogs, and myself stayed at this property during the tulip festival in Holland, MI. It was a beautiful commute between locations! Our hosts were exceptional, even greeting us on Mother's day morning with a card and bloody mary's on the back deck. The backyard was perfect for our two dogs to play in. We thought the setup for the apartment was so clever! Very close to all things Grand Haven. After check-out we were able to drive a very short distance to park and hike to the big pond (Lake Michigan) at PJ Hoffmaster Park. We will most definitely be returning here!
