Lovely home in a great part of SF. Lots of restaurants, bars and shops literally round the corner. Easy walking distance to the California Street Cable Car so very easy to get around. Home owner very quick to respond and plenty of helpful information pre-visit regarding the home, local restaurants etc. With use of the guest parking pass we had no issues finding a space either on the same street as the house or on an adjoining one which was great. The home is really comfortable, cosy and is well appointed with plenty of provisions and a very well equipped kitchen. My wife was very pleased to find a pair of hair straighteners in the bathroom having forgotten hers so extra points scored there!! Everything is exactly as described and would whole heartedly recommend this property to any couple or small family visiting SF. Many thanks Cathy.

This perfectly appointed two-bedroom apartment proved to be the ideal launchpad for all of our San Francisco travels. Perfectly situated in a residential area, it had all the conveniences you needed nearby --from a multitude of restaurants and retail to services such as dry-cleaning , etc. Steps from public transportation to anywhere in the city, or if you rent a car (as we did) easy to find parking nearby (usually just steps away). The apartment is beautifully decorated (looks even better than in pictures) and throughly clean. The beautiful kitchen opens up to an outdoor space and was the perfect place to start or day! Great appliances and fully stocked cookware and dinner ware made it easy to prepare and have our meals (even though we only had breakfasts). I can't say enough of how well this property is maintained, how conveniently is situated, our how great it was for our family to come (home) to it at the end of the day. Our host was easy enough to communicate with and made sure we had a residential parking permit available upon check-in, as well as a number of suggestions for nearby eating, dry cleaning, etc.

Just about the perfect location for our 4 night stay. Right by some great restaurants, quiet bedrooms, lovely furniture. All you could want. We enjoyed all SF had to offer. Cathy was a joy to deal with and helped us at every step of the way. recommended very highly

Beautifully decorated and with a beyond fabulous location, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Pacific Heights Elegance! I would definitely stay here again when visiting San Francisco!

Comfortable, clean and nicely decorated, with an outdoor patio too. Nothing not to like.

Two of us were in town for business for three nights. From a price and value perspective, this made way more sense than two hotel rooms. Even if I were traveling alone, I believe the quality and location of this place would warrant spending a bit extra to stay here. The rental process was seamless, the place was perfect and the location was about as convenient as you can get. Aside from our business meetings, we walked to everything.

The pictures are a pretty good representation of the place. Elegant and high-end throughout, and close to some really great places to eat.

We came for a long weekend with 2 kids had a great stay and the location was fantastic! Was clean and well maintained lots of shops and restaurants we could walk to.

This pretty little flat was perfect for me and my husband and my two boys. It's just a few doors down from Filmore street and its great restaurants and shops. The kitchen is well equipped with everything we needed and the laundry and back patio were a nice addition. The owner was very responsive and helpful. I would stay here again.

We absolutely loved our stay! The joke is beautiful and very comfortable, and Cathy and her son were always very quick to respond to our questions. The neighborhood is wonderful- I grew up nearby- and the location of this home is truly over the top convenient. You Must get pastries and bread from the Boulangerie on Pine Street a block away- perfect for breakfast! We rented a car, and parking was very easy- we always found parking on the same block as the house. This is truly a beautifully appointed home, and if you are lucky enough to find it available, I recommend booking!!

As a family of 4 from London, we all found this beautiful home to be perfectly located for easy access to the city, close to some excellent restaurants & shops and a real oasis of calm & peace to enjoy at the end / start of the day. This apartment is luxuriously furnished, spacious, very comfortable and immaculately clean, all of which we appreciated. Access arrangements on our arrival were impeccable and stress free. The board games in the living room were much appreciated, for a bit of family fun in the evenings too! We intend to be back again - thank you for our stay in such a wonderful home.

This place is amazing. Beautiful, comfortable and Centrally located. It was the perfect place to bring our family together. Nothing is overlooked.

We enjoyed our stay and extras for our family. Close to new places and easy uber rides or a walk to the all the sites.

My husband and two children, ages 9 and 12, stayed at this property for our spring break. The space is very nice and has absolutely everything you will need to be comfortable. The location is superb as well. It is very central and an easy walk, uber or taxi to all of the sites San Francisco has to offer. Close to shopping both retail and grocery and great restaurants. We had a great visit and loved coming back to this property each evening.

Cathy was an absolute pleasure to deal with. What impressed me the most was how easily she was accessible and how prompt she was answering my questions prior to our booking and while we stayed there. Place is very clean, ample amenities, nice and quiet. Perfect for a family. Neighborhood is awesome. Lots of great places to eat. Lots of nice parks for us to walk to for the kids. Parking wasn't a problem and the property comes with a parking pass so you can park and not worry about the time limits. Definitely staying here again.

This home is lovely, comfortable, quiet and in a great location. My sons (21 and 24 ) sleep later than me and it was great to be in a neighborhood to stroll and have coffee in am. I easily parked our car but be careful of street cleaning signs. Owner's information sheet was very helpful and excellent.

This home is located in Pacific Heights area and is a short walk to a lot of nice restaurants and shopping. The home was nicely furnished and in immaculate condition. The beds were comfortable and everything worked as described. Cathy was responsive and even accommodated us with an earlier check in. I would highly recommend this rental for people who want to stay comfortably in a great location in the city.

We stayed three nights in this lovely flat. It is indeed located in one of the top neighborhoods of San Francico, a few blocks from the prestigious Fairmont Hotel where one can enjoy high quality drinks. The place is also served by several zagat rated restaurants and bars plus a very close by supermarket with amazing cheeses. The house is very clean and the furniture is stylish, mostly from the reknowned Restoration Hardware Store. I loved the shower, being European style, and with plenty of hot water for us to relax after a touring and hill hiking day. The other touristic factor that makes this house a treat is the proximity to both the romantic SF trolley and the curious Japan Town where we ate very fresh sushi and sashimi. The famous ice cream place, 'Smitten', is one block away and you must not miss savoring a freshly made ice cream right in front of you. For lovers of the french patisserie, there is a Boulangerie close by where we had croissants, pain au chocolat with hazelnut filling and tasty soups. In the late evenings we would have wine and cheese in a cozy and perfectly equipped kitchen or siting on the portico outside ( also very well decorated with comfortable armchairs, outdoor carpet and an old style mirror) bathed by the moonlight. Oh! In case you are a TV or video lover, there is a TV in each room with more than 700 movies to pick from, for free. Have a great trip!
