Schlechtes Zimmer, alles uralt, Frühstück war mittlere Katastrophe...

The rooms are a bit on the smaller side.

I liked the location, its right across the sandy beach. Everything is nearby, many restaurants, coffee shops, markets and walking lane beside the sea. The staff is really kind and friendly. The complementary breakfast was satifying.

Communication about check-in. My plane was delayed so I had to check-in past midnight. Until last moment I wasn't sure that I would be able to enter the room. The room was tidy and modernly furnished but I had no window or balcony in my room which I found rather strange nad claustrophobic. There was a very small window just infront of the bathroom, which was looking at a hall in the building. When I complain about it, no answer from the manager- unfortunately.

Brand new facilities from last time. Recommended, location, location, location.

Breakfast was great, The host was lovely and accommodating. Allowed us to keep our bags for the day after check out. Room was great, lovely bathroom too. Uk plugs in the wall as well and european so saved us the hassle. Not even a 5 min walk from the beach. The restaurant connected to the inn had good food!!

This is a property i would hapilly book again to stay. Location is unbeatable, half a block from the main seaside beach which has lots of resturants and ample space to relax, walk or swim in the summer. At the same time my room was absolutely quiet. I have a hard time sleeping in general. This was a room with no views looking an inner area of the block Absolutely quiet room and i slept great during my two days of stay. Room was clean, neatly decorated, it's small but has a luxurious / modern feeling, despite the size. Bathroom clean and an enclosed shower, so not this dreadful curtain at the shower to make a mess. Welcome was through the front street restaurant since this was totally off season / mid February. Hotel has a reception from the entrance street too; i guess this is how thing run in the season. All in all a very good base to explore Larnaka, right in the center with easy walking distance to all the things in this great town.

Room is at the small size, very limited storage space, still bed was huge, comfortable and bathroom big too. I didnt care for the room size since everything was clean, well appointed and it feels great. At the same time i really wanted a room to sleep, relax during some breaks of the day and the room fitted the bill perfectly. This is a small bed and breakfast, so, amenities are not those of a big hotel. But the location is unbeatable and i found the room absolutely quiet even if it's right next to busy places. This was exactly what i needed for a short relaxing break, having at the same access to all places in the seaside and the restaurants in a really short walk that took half a minute. So, i guess it was best of both worlds.

When we arrived they told us the room had an issue with the water, so they send us to another hotel 7min walking away.

Very nice amenities, the place must have been redecorated recently - everything was brand new and nice!

Nothing - good value for money - at least in January.

At the very center on the boardwalk, very clean room and bathroom, comfortable bed, nice hosts, good restaurant.
