The vacation experience I was hoping for! 10 Stars!

The condo was perfect. The listing was exact. The cleanliness of the condo was impeccable. The property owner was very prompt and so accommodating. Will definitely book again!

We are regulars in PCB but this was our first time staying in this particular condo and it certainly won’t be our last. The condo was beautiful and outfitted with everything we could ever need. The view and balcony were fantastic and we had our meals there. The condo was plenty spacious and modern and fresh. Dan was amazing and just a phone call or text away. We will return!

We loved our visit! The owner were so understanding and always available when contacted. We will definitely be back!

Daniel, property owner, was very responsive, friendly, polite and professional. The property is very well maintained and stocked for the visiting guest. The location is awesome. The security at the facility was very good. We had a wonderful time.

Very nice, clean and updated place. Amazing view from the 16th floor. Very accommodating for a family of 5 with three children. Owners are very friendly and helpful. Hope to stay again in a year or two!

We absolutely love this condo! It was so clean and it had everything we needed. For a small space it felt very roomy and never crowded. The views are gorgeous. Dan was amazing to book with and so friendly. He responded quickly and asked if we needed anything to let him know. We will definitely be going back!

Another great trip to PCB! The property was perfect and had all the comforts of home, but with spectacular ocean views!! Meticulously maintained and very tastefully decorated. Dan and Ann were an absolute pleasure to deal with and were always very responsive. Highly recommend and would definitely book this property again.

Great communication with owner who also lives in the building. Newly renovated and clean. Beautiful views from the balcony except for the pipe along the beach due to city doing work. Parking lot is across the street- a bit of an inconvenience. Overall a nice condo.

This property was amazing. The location is at the quiet end of the beach, which is perfect for relaxation. The property itself was clean and nicely decorated. Dan, the owner, was very communicative throughout the whole process and even checked in on us in the middle of the week to see if we needed anything. Renting this property is highly recommended!

We honeymooned in Panama City Beach back in 1993 and had visited the area many times over the years. The relaxing west end location of this condo was very nice, and the fact that it came with beach chair service was an added plus. Would definitely stay here again.

This Condo was everything we were looking for and more, great location and beautiful views. Well furnished and up to date with appliances and fixtures. Beds were comfortable and clean. Definitely recommend this property. You will not find better owners to deal with, Dan and Ann are the best to deal with, they will treat you like family.

We had a great time not having to drag chairs and umbrellas to the beach with littles made the trip so easy!! The room was super clean and updated. The floor was quite no loud neighbors!

This was a perfect vacation home. It was attractively decorated and very clean, comfortable and welcoming. The owner was extremely personable and helpful with any questions we had. We would definitely stay here again!

I have stayed in several units at the Celadon and this was by far the nicest! The owner was very easy to work with and made sure we had everything we needed!

Very Nice condo. Very clean and updated nicely. Beds were comfortable. Only issue was the washer wasn’t working and that’s a very big deal to me. Washer and Dryer is one of the main things I check for. Like to do a load each night and like to go home with clean clothes so I don't have to do laundry as soon as we get home. He did call us before we came to give a heads up that it was broken but should be fixed Monday, but it was not. We had to use a laundromat for our beach towels and a clothes extra cost of $60 and like 6 hours of vacation wasted that I didn't expect. The owner did make sure we had clean bath towels and such for our stay and we really appreciate that. We informed him of a couple other items that needed replaced and he took care of immediately. The housekeeper was very prompt also and very polite. With a working washer would have been a perfect stay. Completely out of the control of owner but elevators where a pain. Only 3 elevators for 26 floors and 200+ condos. On arrival 1 of the 3 was broke and took almost an hour to get luggage to room and on Sunday and Monday 2 were broke so wait time was very lengthy, but by Tuesday all 3 working and it was much better. With all that being said I would definitely recommend this place to others. Dan was very easy to work with and very prompt in communication and professional.

We loved our stay! The condo was beautiful, clean, and comfortable. The kitchen has everything you would need to prepare meals. The towels are fluffy and the beds are comfy. Dan was great to work with. We loved the location on the quieter end of the beach! Unfortunately, the washing machine wasn't working while we were there, but Dan is working on getting it repaired. Our only complaint was with the elevators. There are three, but the first night it seemed that only one was functioning properly. Took us over an hour to get our luggage up to the room. After that, we chose to take the 16 flights on foot a couple of times when the line for an elevator seemed extra long. Good exercise! All three elevators seemed to be working again by mid-week and we didn't have much trouble after that. The half inside/half outside pool was a favorite of our kids. It was nice to get them out of the sun but still play in the water. We had a wonderful family vacation and would definitely stay here again!

Dan and Ann's condo was in a word AWESOME! Super clean and well equipped and the view of the clear gulf was spectacular. Got a chance to meet Dan as he took care of a minor maintenance issue. Would not hesitate to rent this space again. He also has another unit upstairs if you need more space and it's super cool as well. Thanks Dan and Ann !

You will not be disappointed if you rent from Dan and Ann. The Condo is exactly as described and very clean!! I have to give a 5++ stars for the patio furniture--perfect--high top and low chairs depending on your viewing preference. Dan checked in on us to make sure all was going well and offered any assistance that he could to make sure our trip was perfect, which it was....

My boyfriend and I stayed here for the first time and it was definitely our favorite condo that we've stayed at while in PCB. Very clean, views were amazing and the chair rental was exactly what we were looking for. Definitely recommend.

We enjoyed our stay! The condo was very clean & decorated nicely. The bed was comfortable & the kitchen had everything we needed plus some. Our only issue was that the back bedroom did not get as cool as the rest on the condo. Dan was extremely hospitable, helpful, and gave thorough instructions for our stay. We would definitely stay here again! The chair attendant was not so helpful. The mats were covered in sand & he did not offered to sweep them off. He also never offered to move our umbrella.

We will be back to visit this condo for sure and would tell everyone to use Dan he was checking in on us making sure all was good and any questions i had he answered very fast. We loved the experience and location and quiet area at night.

We had a beautiful week! The room was big enough for our family of 5 which included 2 teenagers and a toddler! The beds were comfortable and the beach service was fantastic! Can't wait to go back and stay here again!

Stayed with family of five and the condo was just perfect. It’s location on the west end of PCB is stress free and quite. The condo had everything we needed and more. We will stay here again and again.
