The check in process was very easy. Location was great! It is in a walkable neighborhood close to the Farmer’s Market, restaurants, and TN museum. The house itself was so charming and comfortable! Plenty of room for all eight of us. It had everything we needed for a long weekend stay.

6 of us had a little family meet up in Nashville. The house was perfect - plenty of space, very clean, cute, charming, nice neighborhood, and very easy to grab ride services to anywhere we needed to go. Communication leading up to our trip was timely and responsive. Would definitely recommend!

Overall it was pretty clean. Would have been nice to have more than one bath towel per person, there was only one pod for the wash machine and only one roll of paper towels. Also a good sized spider under pillow in main bedroom. Stools at bar are soiled.

Although we had maintenance issues, they were resolved within 24 hrs, but more on that in a minute. The property's location is fantastic. It's in a quaint residential neighborhood, 1.3 miles from the heart of Broadway St, downtown. It's barely a 5-minute walk to the Nashville Farmers' Market and a 10-minute walk to First Horizon Baseball Park. Best of all, it felt safe to walk around. The disappointing part of the stay was the way we felt once we arrived and started to settle in. There was a disconnect between the Vrbo photographs of the interior and screened-in porch of this house and the actual house as it is now. I get that photographs are usually taken when the property is brand new, but the onus is on management to keep the house the way it looks in your posted pictures or at least say how long the house has been hosting guests since those photographs were taken. The whole place could use repainting and carpet cleaning in the master bedroom. At a minimum, the house needs a deep cleaning, including on the screened-in porch where well-established spider homes around the main seating area make it uninviting, at least to humans. All the seat cushions and throw pillows on the back outdoor area and the screened-in porch are ready to be replaced. Upon our arrival, maintenance issues like a broken faucet, a leaky faucet, multiple burned-out bulbs, and dead batteries in the Roku remote required a visit from the management team. As I mentioned, these problems were handled with proficiency and professionalism within 24 hours. This property could live up to its name with a qualified crew who cleaned better and notified management about obvious maintenance issues. Don't make renters deal with them while they're on vacation. But it's up to management to know when to redo interior painting, clean the carpet, and refresh the decor - that or update your Vrbo pictures and change the title of your listing.

Everything went as planned

House was great! Comfortable for our group of 7. Quiet area. Loved the little porch sitting area too! Really not a walkable distance to Broadway though. Alot of high traffic area (not near the house but along the way) and not great area to walk through especially at night. No trouble getting Uber or Lyft drivers. Overall a great find for our first visit to Nashville!

The house was perfect for what we needed. The one thing I will say. If you are going to cook there bring your own spices, oils ect.
